Villa Ocho is within the stunning Villa Flamingo complex, known for its tropical garden and fabulous location at the desirable south end of Playa Flamingo. This is the most ideal location in all of Flamingo - walkable to everything but quiet and peaceful.
Our guests love the open-concept design with plenty of natural light coming in from the oversized sliding doors that lead out into the tropical garden and pool area.
From the moment you step inside, you will notice the quality craftsmanship and thoughtful touches throughout, whether it is the high ceilings, wood cabinetry, granite countertops, custom wood floor, or the colorful decor, and playful Costa Rican art.
On the main level, you will find a spacious living room that integrates into the dining area, a fully furnished kitchen with a breakfast bar, a desk to work at, and a full bathroom to rinse from the pool and beach.
Upstairs, you will rest peacefully in two bedrooms, both with comfortable mattresses and fine linens to feel like you are sleeping among the clouds. Each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom and lots of closet space. The master suite includes a sitting area and a private balcony with wonderful ocean and garden views to make you feel immersed in this tropical paradise.
The common areas in this condominium include outdoor seating, a palapa, and a swimming pool surrounded by lush tropical landscaping that gives you the vibe of a resort. The complex has 24 hour security and you’ll find everyone smiling and friendly.
Equipped with a high-speed fiber optic internet connection and comfortable desk, this is a perfect location for digital nomads as you can work with no connectivity issues. You will definitely have the chance to make the 2 minute walk to the beach for a quick dip in the ocean between meetings or watch the sunset to finish the working day while sipping your favorite drink at the famous Coco Loco restaurant just steps away.
The house is fully equipped with A/C, ceiling fans, Smart TVs with streaming, high-speed internet, as well as laundry appliances for your convenience. As a guest of this property, we also include complimentary amenities such as salt, pepper, cooking oil, shampoo, and soap. There are other bonus items for your personal use such as beach towels, folding beach chairs, yoga mat, a cooler, and more.
In order to maintain the security that everyone deserves, it is necessary to present the identification of the person who made the reservation at the time of check-in. We greatly appreciate your support.
About the Area:
Flamingo Beach is part of the Costa Rican Riviera and boasts a beautiful mile-long white sand beach with a mild current and tide. Just steps to the beach, and within walking distance to the new Flamingo Marina, main shopping area, and the famous Coco Loco Restaurant, this property is very conveniently located. This beach is perfect for swimming and sunning.
One of the world’s most famous surfing beaches, Playa Grande, is about 45 minutes by car, and the bustling surf town of Tamarindo is close enough to offer you more fun shopping, surf classes, and a bountiful selection of restaurants and nightspots. Minutes away, Playa Potrero and Las Catalinas also offer additional dining and recreation options.

Cancellation Policy
Down payment and processing fee are non-refundable. If you cancel more than 30 days before your arrival date and we are able to re-rent the property for your dates at the same rate to another group, we will be happy to refund you 100% minus a 5% cancellation fee. There are NO refunds for holiday weeks and early departures, date changes, late arrivals or no-shows. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival are completely non-refundable.
Deposit Policy
50% down to reserve with balance due 30 days before arrival. We require a credit card authorization on the day of check in for Security Deposit. This authorization drops off within 72 hours after check out if everything is in satisfactory condition.

Absolutely loved our stay at this Playa Flamingo condo! Short 2 minute walk to the most beautiful beach with turquoise water and magnificent waves. Loved dining at Coco Loco after watching the sunset over the water. The Flamingo Marina is also walkable, or a short drive across the beach road. Plenty of restaurants and shops over there as well. Only thing I could have done without was the 5:00 am howler monkey wake-up call one morning, but even that added to the Costa Rica experience! Loved our Pura Vida vacation!
A beautiful, villa, spacious and modern, placed five minute walking distance from the gorgeous beach.
The villa had everything we need inside to enjoy the villa itself (comfortable bed, AC, full kitchen, games open space design), the pool and the beach, including beach chairs and towels.
We stayed there for five nights.
Absolutely worth it. We will for sure be back.

Villa Flamingo #8 is a beautiful, spacious and light condo in a well maintained, quiet complex only steps away from a less busy part of Playa Flamingo. Access to the soft white sands and warm ocean is by a short path at the south end of the complex. The kitchen is well equipped, minus a dishwasher, and there is a washer/dryer on the back patio, along with a charcoal bbq. Airconditioning worked well here, which was a big plus during our very hot, very humid stay. The main bedroom is large and spacious, and furnished very very sparingly (as is the whole condo... it's a minimalist aesthetic). It's still immensely cozy. We enjoyed the large, clean pool (which was usually empty) after our daily beach outting. There are beach toys, some beach towels, beach chairs, and a soft-sided cooler available. The house manager contacted me with access codes the day before our arrival and responded promptly when I had questions. We loved our stay at this condo and hope to come back!

We really enjoyed our stay at Flamingo Beach condo. The location was perfect! Even though the pool is shared, it was very peaceful and not busy. We were able to sit in the shade and enjoy the pool. It is a short walk to a very beautiful beach and to shops/restaurants. The condo is decorated very nicely - loved the boho decor! Very clean and spacious! We booked the condo late in the day and arrived an hour later, the security guard helped us with parking and two staff members came to our condo to welcome us!
We highly recommend staying here!

"Villas Flamingo 8"
Our five-night stay at Villa Flamingo 8 was nothing short of perfection. We were steps away from the beach across the way, and the villa provided a perfect blend of tranquility and wildlife. From morning walks up the hill for views and looking for monkey sightings, or just relaxing at the condo pool, we felt nestled away in this perfect jungle meets ocean oasis.The beach felt private with tons of room, offering a relaxing escape from the hustle and bustle. The beach is the ideal spot to watch the beautiful sunsets.
A charming local restaurant called Coco Loco conveniently located a short walk away, became our go-to spot for drinks and great food throughout the day. Also, a short walk into the town, where a newly built marina offers food and shops.
The villa itself was a dream come true – equipped with everything we needed and more. There were beach chairs to take to the water, games and books, and TV for a chill night indoors. It served as the perfect home base for exploring the beauty of Costa Rica. If you're seeking a slice of paradise and a seamless blend of comfort and adventure, Villa Flamingo 8 is the place to be. Highly recommended for an unforgettable experience in this stunning country!
Die Unterkunft hat eine voll ausgestattete Küche, der Strand war in ein paar Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen und die Anlage mit privatem Pool war sehr gepflegt.
Alles in allem ein super Aufenthalt.

Our stay at Villa Flamingo # 8 was amazing. Abigail was very informative and quick to reply when we messaged her. The property had everything we needed and more and the shortcut to the beach was amazing. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
The place is beautifully decorated and packed with all the necessities, including a fully packed kitchen. The pool area is very nice and peaceful. The whole villa complex feels private and quiet. There’s a small walking distance road to Flamingo beach which is one of Guanacaste’s most famous. We had a great stay

We had an amazing stay at Villa Flamingo 8. The condo was clean and spacious. There was plenty of room for me and family. It had everything we needed. The management was wonderful and attentive. "A few Steps from Playa Flamingo"
We love Villa Flamingo 8 so much we’ve booked it twice over the last 2 years! It’s so close to the best part of Playa Flamingo, steps to Coco Loco and the Flamingo Plaza, and beautifully renovated and furnished. The grounds and pool of the complex are immaculate. Pura Vida!
