Policies
Cancellation Policy
Down payment and processing fee are non-refundable. If you cancel more than 30 days before your arrival date and we are able to re-rent the property for your dates at the same rate to another group, we will be happy to refund you 100% minus a 5% cancellation fee. There are NO refunds for holiday weeks and early departures, date changes, late arrivals or no-shows. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival are completely non-refundable.
Deposit Policy
50% down to reserve with balance due 30 days before arrival. We require a credit card authorization on the day of check in for Security Deposit. This authorization drops off within 72 hours after check out if everything is in satisfactory condition.
Rate varies due to seasonality and holidays.

10/10 recommend staying at Alejandro’s airbnb! The space itself was super clean with beautiful views overlooking the Playa Flamingo Marina. It is also stocked with full kitchen equipment if you feel like having a relaxing night in and cooking from home. The Airbnb was walkable to many amazing restaurants and activities. Alejandro’s team went above and beyond in their recommendations and helping to set up day trips/activities with local vendors and transport to and from the airport. Centrally located, Playa Flamingo is only a 30 minute trip to Tamarindo and Diamanté Ecopark and Ziplining. Brasilito and Playa Conchal was only a 10 minute ride away from Playa Flamingo. Right below the apartment is a high end grocery store, and only a block away is a local grocery store with fresh fruits and veggies. We also had access to renting a motorcycle and a garage pass for our transportation. My boyfriend and I loved our stay so much, we plan on coming back to get married in Costa Rica!

Our studio apartment at The Flamingo Marina was outstanding! It is new, high ceilings, and so very clean. The view of the marina outside our large door to patio and window was extraordinary. The sun rising over the marina was breathtaking. The marina is on the bay so no beach - rent a golf cart at reservation to go to the beach. An infinity pool and beach chairs were right outside our room. Very peaceful! The only negatives had to do with the property being new - washing machine/dryer not yet in the room, no book with information about the marina, restaurants, beaches, etc was available.

Really enjoyed our stay. Marina had plenty of excellent dining options.
Golf cart would have been nice (to go to the beach) but didn’t know we needed to book in advance.
