If I could give 10 stars, I would do it! We used Blue Zone for our condo, airport transfer and two tours and every single interaction was above and beyond! Our condo was so lovely; clean, well furnished, spacious, with some many little extra touches that made our stay so enjoyable. The one time we had a small issue (something has happened to the AC and it wasn’t cooling as effectively) I reached out to let them know and in less than 30 minutes they got back to me and had a tech out to fix the unit. Incredible service!
The condo is perfectly located at the Diria with access to the lagoon pool and pool bar, which we really enjoyed. The beach is a two minute walk through the open air hotel lobby and it gorgeous. And the area is surrounded by restaurants and shops. Basically the perfect location. If you’re looking for the best place to stay in Tamarindo or a company to trust with your travel plans, this is it!
Fun, easy, reliable experience in Tamarindo Costa Rica! Stayed 10 days at Diria Beach resort and booked several excursions all through blue zone. Accommodations were perfectly chosen for us...nice, first floor, 3 bedroom condo right near pool. Very accessible for me as i use a wheelchair for distance walking and Costa Rica is not the most handicap friendly. Condo had all the amenities we could want...even beach towels. AC, internet, hot water, coffee maker, hair dryers, TVs. All working well. Blue Zone provided on time, door-to-door transport to and from the airport and to all the excursions we booked...catamaran, horseback riding, river cruise, waterfall hike. With fun, helpful guides and good food, we didn't want for anything. We even booked a couple excursions the same day! Blue zone even helped us set up covid testing with a nurse that came to our condo and performed the test the day before our departure. Perfect. Just a lovely, easy trip and wonderful memory. We stayed in Dos Rios 52 and could not have had a better experience!! The home was perfection, especially the pool area!! They had everything you could need to have the perfect vacation. The property management team was very quick to respond to anything we needed while we were there. The restaurant in the community was one of the best I have ever been to with a view that was unmatched! The whole area of playa flamingo was fantastic, this is a must do vacation!!
