About Flamingo
Flamingo Beach is part of the Costa Rican Golden Coast and is located only 1/2 mile from the property. Flamingo boasts a beautiful mile-long white sand beach with a mild current and tide. This beach is perfect for swimming and sunning.
It features an impressive Marina with restaurants with a huge variety of options, offering a delightful range of local and international unique experience, with amazing views, and excellent service. There is also an exquisite selection of stores from nautical gear to designer fashion.
Very close to Las Catalinas, a majestic Mediterranean Style Beach Town that is totally walkable and offers many on-site amenities such as an ocean view beach club, several restaurants, grocery store Copper & Stone, spa, gym, hotel, cafe, outdoor outfitter Pura Vida Ride, hiking and biking trails, and more! The beach is only a 1-minute walk from the property and is perfect for swimming, kayaking, and stand-up paddleboarding.

Cancellation Policy
Down payment and processing fee are non-refundable. If you cancel more than 30 days before your arrival date and we are able to re-rent the property for your dates at the same rate to another group, we will be happy to refund you 100% minus a 5% cancellation fee. There are NO refunds for holiday weeks and early departures, date changes, late arrivals or no-shows. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival are completely non-refundable.
Deposit Policy
50% down to reserve with balance due 30 days before arrival. We require a credit card authorization on the day of check in for Security Deposit. This authorization drops off within 72 hours after check out if everything is in satisfactory condition.

I'll repeat what someone else said. Just stay at this airbnb. truly. It had everything we needed. It was beautiful and relaxing and private. the rooms are like stand alone hotel rooms so you have plenty of privacy for some breaks from your group but lovely common kitchen area and pool area and porch area. just get this Airbnb

The house was beautiful and Alex was very helpful. The house was stock with amenities and the instructions were clear on how to operate everything there. If you have any questions she is readily available to answer questions or concerns. The host gave us tips on things to ro in the area. Overall it was a nice stay.

Alejandro´s place is perfect if you're not traveling with kids. Each room has its privacy and personal bathroom. You can't hear the neighbors and it's super peaceful. The view is amazing and the pool was clean and fresh.
Stunning views! So close to so much. Wish the communal area was set up to encourage more time together. Really great place to stay as a home base to explore Costa Rica.

We loved the house and location. The view is amazing. The separate bedrooms give great privacy when needed and the common areas provide perfect places to gather. The pool is really nice and is bigger and deeper than it appears. This is the perfect place to grill out and watch sunsets.
This home is excellent for family or friends. We loved the pool most of all, and the sunsets viewable from it are incredible! One thing to note is the drive to the home is extremely uphill and bumpy, so our 4x4 vehicle was best suited. Also, there was a cat that was in the outdoor areas of the home, which didn’t bother us but worth mentioning! All in all, it’s a comfortable, clean, relaxing home close to most active areas, and we fully enjoyed it!

It was our 3rd stay in Costa Rica and the best one. The home we rented in Playa Flamingo was located in convenient and safe area. The best view from the pool and balcony we could dream of!! The management was amazing, super responsive and great to work with. Highly recommend!!!.
Incredible view, comfortable beds, and amazing pool. All the things we were looking for. Given the location the wifi was a bit spotty. Because of this, I wouldn’t recommend for remote workers. Of you’re a nervous driver the rental is up a steep and narrow one way road. Keep that in mind! Otherwise, it was a great place!

This AirBNB was BEAUTIFUL. Communication was great! They responded very quickly to any concerns or questions we had. All of the rooms were separated, which was a little scary at first but we got use to it and felt more safe with the locks on the doors. The only suggestion I have would be to install more lighting in the pool and near the pool area where the third bedroom is. Other than that, we enjoyed every moment at this Airbnb and our trip to Costa Rica. This Airbnb made our trip 10 times better.

we had problems with the water.
no water for 2or 3 hours, then we only had hot water. Lights outside were off until 8 -9pm, which made it hard for us to park and get out of the car.
Communications with the management company were sometimes great, sometimes very slow. Other then that we had good time there.
This property is great value to large groups of people, all over 8. It has shared common areas with the bedrooms disjointed; lke apartment style living.
It will disappoint as a romantic getaway for people with $ to spare.
Like a lot of places in Flamingo, it is dated and older. If you want bright and new go to Potrero for your stay. Flamingo beach has a fun vibe and older kids would love this place.

Absolutely the cutest place ever with the best view! I usually stay at a hotel when I go to Costa Rica and this was my first time staying in an Airbnb there and it did not disappoint. It was so perfect and cozy. Great host too! I honestly though can not get over the view!
Un endroit de rêve, une vue digne d’être dans un magazine déco, une villa très élégante, superbement décorée, de grandes chambres avec des lits immenses et une literie très confortable. Salles de bain magnifiques et très fonctionnelles. Piscine à débordement. Cuisine très bien équipée. Merci pour la liste des restaurants qui nous a été bien utile. La villa est proche de nombreux restaurants et nous avons particulièrement adoré le Coco loco en bord de plage( un de nos meilleurs restaurants du Costa Rica). Communication excellente avec le loueur! Nous serions bien restés plus longtemps dans ce paradis!
This place is beautiful! The view of this home is incredible, worthy to sit back and be amazed. The beds are big and comfortable. The decor makes it for it to feel like home. Even though it’s one house all the rooms are private and you can’t hear each other. This place is perfect if you are traveling with your family or a group of friends.
This place is incredible, the way it is designed makes you feel like you are staying are a private small hotel. The views were breathtaking and the pool area is really nice. It is perfect for families and small groups of friends. We would definitely come back.
