La casa es divina, muy cómoda, súper limpio. Lo que mas nos sorprendió fue lo bien equipada que estaba.

This place had everything you could want, beach chairs and umbrella, beach towels, hair dryers, coffee maker, and the welcome pack was a nice touch too. Alexa from Blue Zone was amazing and responded very quickly to any enquiries. One of the best homes I have rented in the area. My wife & I will be back!

Review Absolutely perfect. The location is very safe, the grounds are very well maintained & beautiful from the moment you enter Mar Vista to the moment you arrive at the house. There is added security within the gated community where they have several gates to get to the location of your house. The first night we were unsure how to work the gate but immediately staff came & assisted us. Alexa has been a wonderful source of information, always available when we needed anything, provided so many wonderful places to check out during our stay & always checking in to ensure we had everything we needed. The house itself is the best we have stayed at & we have stayed in many over the years. It is modern, yet feels very much like you’re at home, the added touches of the decor are perfect, all the dishes, cutlery, plates, etc. were in great shape, nothing was missed. They thought of every little thing, we were so impressed! Nothing out of working order, all linens clean, fresh, entire house was immaculate, extremely safe & relaxing. The pool was incredible, the surrounding garden & trees made it feel like our own oasis. The beach chairs, umbrella & cooler were so handy to use at the beach, they were great quality & we were able to set up some nice spots to lounge at Playa Flamingo beach.
Overall I recommend this home 100% & give it a 10/10. We were even welcomed with a beautiful arrangement of fruit, coffee, crackers & candies. Perfect added touch.

Our stay at this Costa Rican Airbnb was exceptional. The property's standout feature was the gorgeous infinity pool, providing ultimate relaxation with scenic views. The pool area, complete with towels, was well-maintained, enhancing our experience. The interior of the Airbnb matched the exterior's beauty, with spotless rooms and all necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The welcome fruit basket upon arrival was a delightful touch, reflecting the host's thoughtfulness.

The only suggestion for improvement would be more flexible check-out times, ideally around 11 am, for added convenience on departure day.

Overall, this Airbnb offered a perfect mix of luxury and comfort, making our Costa Rican vacation memorable. We highly recommend it and hope to return soon.

La atencion fue muy buena. La muchacha Alexandra nos recibió y explicó todo sobre la casa y zona, ella fue muy amable. La casa es preciosa, todo muy limpio y nuevo. la comodidad de tener una casa completamente equipada incluso con una piscina privada nos pareció excelente ya que fuimos con nuesto hijo de 2 años. Un lugar 100% recomendado.

"Dos Rios at Mar Vista"

We went to Costa Rico the 1st week of October 2023 and stayed at Dos Rios Villa at Mar Vista in Guanacaste Province, Brasilito Costa Rica. The Dos Rios is a lovely 2 bedroom 2 1/2 bath Villa. We arrived and walked into the house, it was breath taking! The 1st thing we saw was the infinity pool. The house was clean and inviting. There was a welcome gift of a beautiful arrangement of fresh fruit on the kitchen island. The fruit was sweet and delicious. Our host Alexandria was wonderful and she was alway a text or phone call away, even before we arrived. Anything we asked for, she was there and delivered every request. From the sunset Catamaran boat ride to the private chef birthday dinner of authentic Costa Rican dishes, private bar tender included and the best chocolate cake ever!! I give 10 stars and highly recomemded staying at any Villa in Mar Vista. They have more than just the 2 bedroom we stayed in. They have 3, 4, 5 and even 6 beedrooms, all with a private pool. Go ahead and book your vacation today. You won't regret it!!! Pura Vida

By far this is a place where I will come back. Everything was perfect, tks for the attention, the welcome package and such an amazing and relaxing days. We will come back, and please visit this places if you want to viist the most beautiful beaches in Costa Rica, this is a place where you can enjoy the beauty of our country and our pura vida style.

It was nice. Once we worked everything out. We arrived at 7 pm and it was super hard to see and it was hard checking in as 3 people wanted to go into what’s app and not send info through the app of Airbb. And we had issues with the door it was fine and we entered. It was nicely set up and decorated with all things.

The beds were super comfortable. I didn’t like how the rooms were so far apart. But it’s ok!

We will be back again.

This house is very nice, cleaning is spotless, and has all necessary equipment to have a nice vacation. Keep in mind you will have to drive a car to go to beaches, restaurants and shops. There is one restaurant on premises that is not too far and possible to reach on foot in 5 minutes. Really tranquil location, and gated community feels very safe, nice neighbours and on-site security.

Bella, cómoda, espaciosa y acogedora casa dentro de una comunidad residencial privada, silenciosa rodeada de naturaleza. Todo muy limpio y ordenado. Un gran detalle los accesorios para llevar a la playa y los accesorios de baño (shampo, shower gel... ) La piscina limpia, amplia, buena temperatura de agua. Una excelente estadía. Volveremos pronto. Place was amazing. Very clean and centrally located to all the beautiful beaches. The washer and dryer were a plus and all the beach towels. We got here at night and it was extremely difficult to get to the house as there is no signage and house numbers are on meters. Besides that I would highly recommend this place.

Great sunsets from your poolside. Lovely 2 bedroom decorated tastefully. The community has a pool with swim-up bar and terrific restaurant. Management was very responsive and i will definitely be coming back next year.

Brand new house with everything you need already there--Beach and pool towels, paper and laundry products, and a well appointed kitchen. Lighted infinity pool in the back, a Coleman grill and tree top ocean view. We loved that we could walk over to the on site restaurant and bar.
