We had an amazing stay at this beautiful property. With 8 adult couples we all had our own rooms and bathrooms with a large living area and kitchen to spend time in. The pool and outdoor area was lovely, it has an outdoor shower and bathroom that made coming home from the beach effortless. The road into the estates is a little hidden and could be easily missed, in our rental cars. It was graveled and bumpy, with homebuilding and construction around the property. It is an easy walk into town for local restaurants, and grocery shopping. It takes a little longer to Flamingo beach but doable. There is an ocean view from the upstairs balcony that is beautiful. The property management Blue Zone Experience responded to our needs very quickly, Mariela with concierge was extremely friendly and and helpful. We had local chef Karen Andrade "The Singing Chef" cook for us one evening and it was amazing! Highly recommend that experience. For a big group we would rent this house again.

The home, guest house and grounds are beautiful. Alejandro responded quickly to all of our inquiries. We would highly recommended staying here. Thank you so much for your hospitality.

Excellent location, accommodations, and communication.

We stayed over Christmas with 8 people. We all had our own space when we needed and had great gathering areas when we wanted to be together. If we are coming back we will definitely stay here again. Thanks

We absolutely loved staying here. From the communication on how to locate the property to videos on how to get into the gate, everything was flawless. The property was exactly how it looked in the pictures. The team helped us book a great golf cart with zero hassle in getting it. I have nothing negative to say about this property and Alejandro’s team. Would stay here a million times over.

The flamingo estate was more than worth it! The location of the Airbnb was minutes away from all of the activities we did in the city. We thoroughly enjoyed the property and all of its amenities. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Costa Rica :)

La casa súper limpia, espaciosa y equipada con todo lo que necesitábamos. En una ubicación estratégica para visitar lindas playas de la zona de Guanacaste. Muy agradecida con el trato de Abigail.

"Flamingo Estate #18-very comfortable"

This 3 bedroom house with a 1 bedroom cabana was very comfortable for us 8 adults that stayed there for 3 nights. The house had everything that we expected, it was clean, and the pool was warm. I recommend this house to any travellers.

My husband and I chose this place as it was walking distance to our friends that live here. This was a very clean and tidy house. The communication was always great. We would love to come back. Thanks again!

Es un lugar como lo indica la publicidad, limpieza cuando llegamos y cuatro días después, seguridad, privacidad y lo necesario para pasarla bien, excelente la atención de la Señora Abigail, recomendada para vacacionar en Familia.

Es un lugar con orden, aseo, seguridad y lo necesario para pasarla bien. Lo que se establece en la publicidad del lugar, es así.
Está muy cerca de la playa, restaurantes y otros servicios.
Además de Flamingo hay otras playas cercanas, razón por la que hay mucho por hacer y disfrutar.
Agradecemos mucho a Blue Zone Experience, por permitirnos pasarla bien en familia.

Hermoso lugar, volveríamos de nuevo, tal cual como está en las fotos...

La casa es muy linda, espaciosa y bien distribuida, tiene muy buena ubicación; pero la privacidad en la propiedad en este momento NO EXISTE debido a las dos construcciones q se realizan a ambos lados de la misma, desde el día q llegamos se notan los trabajadores viendo para adentro de la propiedad, tanto en la casa, como fuera de esta al área de piscina.
El host jamás nos indicó tal situación y no tuvimos opción de decidir si lo aceptamos o no.
Esto aparte de los ruidos fuertes q generan los equipos de construcción y el personal de las mismas desde las 6 am.
Y ME PARECE Q DURANTE VARIOS MESES PRÓXIMOS va ser la misma situación!

Es una casa espectacular para familias y amigos , nosotros viajamos con niños y se divirtieron muchísimo, la piscina perfecta , área de BBQ y muy muy bien equipada , excelente red , y oficina mi esposo pudo trabajar tranquilo … muy muy agradecidos… la comunicación excelente también

Wonderful home in a great area, minutes drive to Playa Flamingo. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. Very clean and secure. I loved the digital check-in. Ample room for the seven of us. Kitchen stocked with everything you need. The pool and outdoor area was nice. Wouldn’t hesitate recommending.
