Alejandro's place was perfect for my family. Clean & plenty of space. Great view. Just cross the street to the beach. Walking distances to shops and restaurants. Would highly recommend.

The unit was super clean, well furnished and the balcony view of the ocean provided us with outstanding sunsets, every day. When called upon for minor issues or requests, management members were very quick to respond and provide assistance. The project is very well managed and its proximity to the beach and many local restaurants and shops were definite plusses for our family.

The location was absolutely perfect, with a quick access to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. The space was clean and comfortable.
Communication with the host was seamless. They were quick to reply to questions and offered great suggestions for activities in the area.

Place was very clean with all the creature comforts for a great and comfortable vacation.

Perfect place to stay in Tamarindo! Our family with small kids was comfortable and had everything we needed. The view is incredible and location convenient but quiet. The boys loved the pool and being able to surf just steps from the condo.

The apartment has a great view and great location in front of the beach. We rated lower since we had a very bad experience going up the stairs with the luggage with a family of 6 and many bags. At night and the elevator didn't work the next day either. That's why we asked for compensation to the contact but they never answered. The location was not cheap and should have all things in working order to be able to charge full price.

Fantastic and very convenient location right across the street from Tamarindo beach and walking distance to so many restaurants and stores. Beautiful ocean view in this unit. The condo and building is older, but we didn’t mind. The beds are really comfortable and the AC units work great, and it has all the necessities of a vaca home. The management group was super responsive, answered all the questions and helped us with an issue we had figuring out the safe. We would stay here again when visiting Tamarindo!

The condo was very clean and just as expected. The AC worked well and the showers were hot. The sunset view over the ocean from the balcony was lovely. The pool was also very clean. The beach and shopping are all an easy walk. The parking is easily accessible and the location felt very safe. The only negative we had was related to being right in town - there was a Rave a few blocks away one night and it was very loud at 3am, but that was not an every night occurrence. Overall great experience.

If you are planning on visiting Tamarindo, I recommend this property. The condo was clean, had comfy beds, and a well-stocked kitchen. I used the washer/dryer a few times- another benefit to staying in a condo. We felt safe and the best part, sunset views. The location is directly across the street from the beach and walking distance to shops/restaurants. The highlight of the area was the surfing at the beach and there were several options for board rental close to the condo. We heard from several people about theft in the area, so always keep valuables locked inside and have someone sitting with your stuff at the beach. The vendors at the beach are constantly approaching you, although I understand it is a means to their livelihood, it just interrupts relaxing. We did a couple excursions and it was nice to get out of busy Tamarindo and see the beautiful Costa Rica countryside. All of our tour operators and van/transportation workers were professional and kind. The property managers were excellent communicators. All in all, a great choice if you are visiting Tamarindo.

Great condo located in a gated safe well located area. Enjoyed mornings on the patio listening to the ocean. Communication was awesome and they even helped me with a shuttle from the airport.

Loved this place! Walking distance to beach, shopping and restaurants. So roomy for our family of four so the teens could each have their own space. Spectacular balcony view of the ocean and sunsets.

This condo is truly beautiful. We found it to be exactly as depicted in the pictures, exceptionally clean and well appointed. We thoroughly enjoyed watching sunsets from the balcony each night and long walks on the beach just across the street. An absolutely wonderful place. We hope to be back with the whole family next time!!!! Loved it!

We always stay at sunrise when we visit tamarindo! We have been visiting 12 or more years now. The condo is great! Very clean, spacious nice hot showers, very comfy master bed and linens. Coffee pot, juicer and tuppeware for fruit..pots and pans. Washer and dryer is a must for us! Best sunset view! Great A/C and breeze from ocean at night. We will definitely rent this condo again!

Great host, very quick to respond. My family loves Sunrise Condos as we have stayed there a ton of times. This condo had a great view and lived up to our expectations. Hope to be back soon! Thank you for everything.

We were looking for a place to stay that was in the middle of town with access to restaurants and the ocean. We were hoping to get some surf in as well. SR48 met all of those needs. Place was clean, cute folded towels everywhere and well maintained.

Great location and property for a family vacation! Easy access to the beautiful Tamarindo beach and very convenient to stores and restaurants. Here are my two reasons for not giving all 5 stars - the complex and unit feel a bit dated. The pool is very nice and clean but the chairs were limited and many of them were broken. The unit is well stocked with glassware, plates, utensils and the big travel mugs were a bonus for drinks on the beach! The kitchen cabinets don't all easily close and the toe kick under the sink kept falling out. The dark decor and chunky furniture is aging. There were 6 big beach towels but only two "beach" chairs. They were tall chairs not sand beach chairs. We ended up spending $60 a day for 6 chairs and 3 umbrellas at the beach - the cost starts to add up. Alejandro and the Blue Water team were very responsive and helpful with questions. We had problems with the dryer and they came and repaired it quickly. We arrived early into Tamarindo and they were more than willing to let us store our luggage at the office (it is about a 10 minute walk to the complex). Upon check out our shuttle service was not coming until an hour after check out time so again the dilemma is to take our luggage to their office or just drag it around town. Having a place on site to store the luggage would be very helpful. It would have been helpful to have a book with information on the condo, check out information, what to do with trash. There was no can for recycling so unless you ask you would not know that you could or should. Also, they do not put toilet paper in the toilet but unless you ask you would not know. A book with some guidance for the unit would have been great. Ending on a positive the view from the balcony was more beautiful than in the pictures!!
