This is the best location in Tamarindo and you are walking distance to restaurants, shopping, medical services and more, so a car is not necessary!
This exclusive 1200 SF ocean view condo is nicely furnished and features a king-size bed in the master with private bath. There are also a queen and twin bed in the second bedroom with private bath. This home sleeps up to five in beds. The large, gourmet kitchen is fully stocked with all utensils and cookware, granite countertops, wood cabinets, stainless steel appliances and washer/dryer. Free Wi-Fi, local phone calls, Cable TV, and 24-hour security included in the rate. Daily maid service available for an additional fee. All linens are provided. Large televisions in living room and both bedrooms. Central air conditioning and ceiling fans in all rooms. Large, resort style pool with cascading waterfall and plenty of space to relax.
As a guest of this property, we also include a complimentary welcome basket with coffee, coffee filters, salt, pepper, cooking oil, and shampoo/soaps. The condo is FULLY stocked with other bonus items for your personal use such as beach towels, folding beach chairs, a cooler and more!!!

Policies
Cancellation Policy
Down payment and processing fee are non-refundable. If you cancel more than 30 days before your arrival date and we are able to re-rent the property for your dates at the same rate to another group, we will be happy to refund you 100% minus a 5% cancellation fee. There are NO refunds for holiday weeks and early departures, date changes, late arrivals or no-shows. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival are completely non-refundable.
Deposit Policy
50% down to reserve with balance due 30 days before arrival. We require a credit card authorization on the day of check in for Security Deposit. This authorization drops off within 72 hours after check out if everything is in satisfactory condition.
Rate varies due to seasonality and holidays.

The place overall was nicer than some of the other half dozen+ Airbnbs in the complex because it had a sunset view being in the correct tower on the 3rd floor. Some argued that being on mainfloor with patio to pool was better than the 2min walk to the pool for this unit (for kids).
The unit was all tile floor so we swept daily to keep sand under control. A/C, washer and dryer, dishwasher, ice maker etc worked well. The kitchen had most of the amenities we were used to at home except it needs a new frypan (was warped) and the hood fan didn't work so it got smoky when cooking on stove top. Some additional cutlery would help.
Sleeping was was fine, no complaints about mattresses or bedding. 1king, 1 queen, 1 double across 2 bedrooms as excepted.
We left a pool noodle we brought from home, Pam, soy sauce, rum, pepper, additional coffee filers, toilet paper, etc for the next guest :)
Smart TV in main room was new.
I would stay again.

A great place to stay right across from the beach with a beautiful pool. Close to stores and restaurants. Our only small issue pertained to the front door keypad with difficulty opening and locking it.

Great condo. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is the twin mattress in the kids room was really hard and we are used to firm mattresses. Needs a topper. Great location and this condo has everything you need.
The condo was very convenient with everything we needed that had a good view of the ocean. It was very walkable but also allowed us to have a rental car parked. We would love to stay there again if ever in Tamarindo.

We stayed at this property for 7 days. Our group consisted of four adults and we had plenty of room. The location is great! It’s directly across the street from beach access and within walking distance to everything in town. Not only was the condo itself great, but the beach towels and beach chairs were a bonus. Will definitely stay here again!
Great apartment in a great location. It has everything you need from coolers to beach chairs and anything you’d need to make pretty much any meal. Great views as well. Can get a little loud at times but I guess that just depends on other guests.

The condo is just as shown. The view from the balcony is beautiful! The condo is well appointed with many amenities, including toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, garbage bags, detergent, beach chairs, and beach towels. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you could possibly imagine. The grocery store is conveniently located. The location is very safe and secure. We were lucky enough to see a troop of monkeys each morning of our stay. Trust me, you WILL know they are there!
Great place to stay and relax. We lost water supply on our last day which was an inconvenience. It should not happen very often there but if it does, ask the host to give you a call just in case!
Place was good. Close prox to surf spot and stores. Pool was great. Hot water in showers lasts 2 minutes, so be aware of that. They charged us for a missing bluetooth speaker we didn't use (they didn't have a charge cord for it) and a towel. Not a huge deal I guess, but they were a little short about it. Overall a good spot.
This place is one of a kind. Enough distance from the strip to sleep quietly at night and close enough that just a few minutes walk puts you in the middle of everything. Perfect!

Great condo in a perfect location in Tamarindo. The pool is awesome and you have a nice ocean view from the balcony and the master bedroom. It was really nice that beach towels, chairs and a cooler were all provided. Parking was easy and safe. This complex might be the best place to stay in Tamarindo
Alejandros spot has an ocean and pool view from the balcony and is within a short walk of all the action in town. Super market is close by for essentials as well.
