This elegant vacation rental is a unit on an upper floor overlooking the beautiful Potrero Bay. This secure gated community offers a nice swimming pool, and is within walking distance to Playa Flamingo, with easy access to a small secluded beach.
The open-concept living-dining-kitchen area connects through glass doors to a large, furnished balcony with a barbecue, which overlooks a postcard-perfect bay. From here you can see the world-class Flamingo Marina with the boats anchored in the Bay of the picturesque Potrero Beach.
This vacation home is fully A/C with ceiling fans and lots of natural light. The living room features plush blue furniture, attractive artwork, and plants. A smartTV with Netflix. The round glass dining room table seats four, and there’s also a breakfast bar that seats two for a bit or chit-chat while cooking in the chef-ready kitchen to cook at your ease. Also find a huge stainless-steel refrigerator, microwave, double sink, quartz counters, wooden cabinets, pots, pans, and all utensils needed.
The two bedrooms feature queen beds, with rich wooden dressers, and tropical art. The headboards, closets, and doors are made of the same striking golden-brown wood found throughout the unit, giving you a warm and cozy atmosphere. The shared bathroom is also nice, with a basin sink and a Costa Rican-style half-wall in the shower for privacy. Oh, and did we mention there’s a washer and dryer for your convenience? As well as high-speed Wi-Fi throughout and in common areas.
The house is fully stocked with other bonus items for a great vacation, such as beach towels, folding beach chairs, a cooler, and more. We also include complimentary amenities like coffee, salt, pepper, cooking oil, shampoo, and soap, as a courtesy for your stay.
We are sure, it’s going to be hard leaving this place, but there are lots of adventures awaiting you or if you prefer to just lounge on a beach with a cold drink, Flamingo has plenty of both within walking distance. - Limited Parking available: Be advised that this property comes with only one parking spot. If you have additional vehicles, you may at times be able to park them inside the complex, depending on availability and building management instructions, or they may need to be parked on the street.
- Yard and/or pool maintenance visits are conducted throughout the week, usually during morning hours.
- Enjoy vacations even more with our maid service available for an additional fee of $55 taxes included.

Policies
Cancellation Policy
Down payment and processing fee are non-refundable. If you cancel more than 30 days before your arrival date and we are able to re-rent the property for your dates at the same rate to another group, we will be happy to refund you 100% minus a 5% cancellation fee. There are NO refunds for holiday weeks and early departures, date changes, late arrivals or no-shows. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival are completely non-refundable.
Deposit Policy
50% down to reserve with balance due 30 days before arrival. We require a credit card authorization on the day of check in for Security Deposit. This authorization drops off within 72 hours after check out if everything is in satisfactory condition.
