Cancellation Policy
Down payment and processing fee are non-refundable. If you cancel more than 30 days before your arrival date and we are able to re-rent the property for your dates at the same rate to another group, we will be happy to refund you 100% minus a 5% cancellation fee. There are NO refunds for holiday weeks and early departures, date changes, late arrivals or no-shows. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival are completely non-refundable.
Deposit Policy
50% down to reserve with balance due 30 days before arrival. We require a credit card authorization on the day of check in for Security Deposit. This authorization drops off within 72 hours after check out if everything is in satisfactory condition.

The location was great! So close to everything and great security. The living quarters are smaller but we didn't spend much time there. We rented a golf cart which made it so much easier to get around than the car.

Beautiful property in Playa Langosta. This location is exactly what we were looking for. A quiet neighborhood with a handful of excellent restaurants and a small grocery store as well as easy access to Langosta Beach and the pristine Playa Pacifica. A short 10-15 min walk or 5 min golf cart ride gets you to the bustling center of Tamarindo. The condo complex is very clean and modern. Excellent pools/common areas with covered parking and 24 hour security. Roof top balcony to enjoy the beautiful sunsets. I would highly recommend to anyone visiting the are. We will be back for sure.

Great condo for extended stay. Very clean with a comfy bed and good internet to work. We liked that it was walkable to Tamarindo, but also enjoyed a few really good restaurants in Langosta.

Beautiful Condos, Great Location, really helpful staff. Steps from Langosta Beach, walking distance to Tamarindo Restaurants and Businesses. We even used the BBQ in the common areas for a nice family lunch. Everything is basically new and the only need is for a little more kitchen hardware.
