100% recommend!! This place is perfect for anyone but especially to those who choose to cook and stay in some nights as the place had a big grill and kitchen that was equipped with an abundance of dishware and appliances (waffle maker, blender, toaster, coffee maker)! This condo was incredibly spacious as it contained 2 full bathrooms both with beautiful architectural showers (A+ water pressure!) My parents loved their master bedroom and found it very comfortable. My brother and I stayed in the second bedroom w/ 2 twin beds and had no problems with it. Our condo was situated on the first floor- we were able to walk right out to the most beautiful, secluded, clear-watered pool. Even though this pool was shared, the majority of the time we had it all to ourselves as there weren’t many other occupants at this facility! The location of this place felt perfect to us. Playa Langosta was right across from us (less than a minute walk) and the bustling downtown was just a quick 5 min drive ❤️

"A truly high end property"

My family and I had the pleasure of visiting Costa Rica and staying at La Esquina #7 in Langosta, just outside of Tamarindo, for 6 days. It was everything as described in the property description. A truly high end property - it couldn’t get any better. The condo was spacious, fully equipped, and had wonderful amenities. The bed linens and bath towels, dinnerware, outdoor grill were of high quality. The pool area was stunning and perfect for relaxing and enjoying the view. What was so great about staying in the Langosta area is that the beach felt private and was away from the hustle and bustle of Tamarindo but was only a short walk if you wanted more of the action. The restaurant across the street from the property had excellent food. I would highly recommend La Esquina #7 for anyone looking for a quiet BUT exciting getaway in Costa Rica! Outstanding!

Really an excellent condo. Roomy, spotless, near several excellent dining options within walking distance. Great to have a beautiful pool outside the condo back door, and a quick walk to a beautiful beach. Never seen a kitchen so well equipped. We stay in a lot of AirBnb's with the bare minimum because they are clearly managed as investment opportunities. This is someone's vacation home and they care about it.

The company that manages the condo for the owner does a tremendous job. Extremely good communicators and quick to respond. We had a minor problem with a showerhead in the shower and it was fixed within hours after we reported it. Try that at home! Great meals at Bistro Langosta, Cala Luna, El Sapo Pizzeria and Fish and Cheese - all within walking distance. Golf cart a good way to go. Highly recommend this condo.

We had a fantastic stay here. The condo felt like home. The location was perfect for us- a bit removed from the busy aspect of town but walkable (or a short golf cart drive) to all the town has to offer. The best part is the short walk to Playa Langosta. Such an incredible and quiet beach. The beach chair and cooler provided were perfect. We took morning walks and spent almost every sunset on the beautiful beach. We will book again.

This place is great, so beautiful, easy access to the pool. We felt like we were in our own little paradise! Early morning swims were great!! We will be back!! Host was always easy to get hold of!! Everything we needed was there!! Easy walk into town if you wanted a party, or stay home and go to the lovely restaurant next door. Perfect ❤️

* Great condo for a family of 4 (probably 1200 sq ft), well laid out with a separate master bedroom/bathroom.
* Location - across the street from beach access, we love Playa Langosta as it's just enough away from the hustle of downtown Tamarindo
* Speedy communication
* The pool is huge and accommodating for a complex of 10 condos
Cons:
* Not private; it's a complex of 10 individual condos
*Most condos were run as Airbnbs except the apt directly above us. The owner was a lonely, self-proclaimed "bored" retired American woman who smoked and talked non-stop on her cell phone on speaker phone.
*The small exterior patio for the condo was set up with a table and 2 lounge chairs which took up 90% of the patio space, not ideal to be outside for all 4 of us at the same time. There is a patio deck at the end of the pool area and there is a rooftop as other options
*Mix clientele, 2 Animal House type of scenarios during our 2-week stay
*New 2-story restaurant soon to open right next door

Place was great! Kitchen had everything you would need. The gas grill was wonderful too! Beds were comfortable, lots of books to browse, cooler, boogie boards and beach chairs! Life just couldn’t get better!

LOVED this Airbnb. It is very comfortable and better than the pictures give it credit. It is a 10 minute walk to downtown restaurants and a 4 minute walk to a small grocery store. The Airbnb had a fully functional kitchen and was well stocked with cooking supplies such as pots, pans, utensils, etc. The pool and seating area are better than the pictures and is really nice and super private. We didn’t see anyone else use it in our 3 days there. Would definitely stay here again and wish we could have stayed even longer.

The unit is very clean and comfortable with 24 hour security at the front gate. It is located a short walk from Langosta & Tamarindo Beaches, restaurants, and supermarkets so there's no need for a car. There's a place that rents golf carts less than 1/4 mile away if you're interested in getting around quickly. We would stay there again.

We really enjoyed this property for the week. Property was clean and well kept. We felt safe at all times. We used the services of the property management company to coordinate excursions. Overall, we had a great time and felt the property and its offerings were as advertised.

We loved our stay at Esquina #7. The condo itself is very well maintained, had all of the amenities we could ask for including a great kitchen, plenty of dishware, pots and pans, silverware, etc. The living area was the perfect size for our family of four. Wifi worked great. Having the washer/dryer in the unit was excellent. We loved having the pool right outside our patio sliders. The pool is beautiful and very well maintained. There is shade as well as sun throughout the day. the location of the condo was perfect for our family. We could walk the path to the rocky beach and then walk left (south) around 10 minutes to get to the end of the beach near the Occidental resort where there is great swimming/exploring. Absolutely beautiful beaches. We walked many days to the Tamarindo beach as well. Totally walkable for our 11 and 13 year old children (10-15 minutes along the street, longer via the beach). Blue Properties was great to work with and set up our excursions as well as answered any questions we had. Very accommodating and knowledgable! Just a great trip overall. In fact, our kids said if we ever go back to the area, they want to stay in this exact condo.

"Fantastic condo in great location."

This was a great condo just outside of Tamarindo. We could walk into town in 15 minutes but were far enough out that it was quiet. It is just across the street from the beach and there was a small grocery store and restaurants within a five minute walk. The condo was a great size for the five of us. The ground level patio deck was just feet from the pool. We saw howler monkeys walking across the wall of the property from the condo. It was clean and had everything we needed including beach chairs! The condo building was gated with security. We would recommend this condo.

"Fantastic vacation condo"

This was a great vacation condo in Costa Rica. There were 5 of us (2 adults & 3 teenage boys). There was plenty of room for all of us and we were very comfortable. We spent most of our time on the walk out porch that overlooked the pool. The porch had lots of space for eating meals and lounging and felt very private. We were treated to a group of monkeys walking by on the wall surrounding the property! The kitchen was very well stocked as was the condo in general. It had everything we could need including beach chairs and an umbrella. The beach was across the street and you could easily walk the beach to the centre of Tamarindo. The condo had a small grocery and restaurants close by and the centre of Tamarindo had tons of wonderful restaurants as well. The roads around the condo were not paved which made it a bit dusty which is the only concern I could come up with. It didn't bother us. Overall, this was a fantastic condo!

"Idyllic area and condo"

Highly recommended! My family of twenty-somethings and I enjoyed an unforgettable few days in stunning Casa Papaya! Well-equipped, extremely convenient, close to amenities, close to the beach, and affords every comfort one could imagine, including a beautiful covered patio opening onto the complex pool and private, sheltered barbecue area leading off the kitchen area. Beautifully furnished and decorated! A wonderful holiday! Undiluted PURA VIDA!
