Close to all the action yet far enough to offer you the quiet you need this two stories vacation rental for up to 6 people, has a great location if you are looking for beach, fun, and relaxation. Located as short as a 2-minute walk to Langosta beach, with the surf break only about a 5 to 6-minute walk down the shore!!
In Villa Cerca del Mar, you will find 3 bedrooms, all of them with top-of-the-line lines and mattresses, A/C, ceiling fans, a closet, and a private bathroom, also with lots of natural light. The first room is on the main floor and has a queen-size bed. The second and third bedrooms are located on the second floor. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, and the third has a king-size bed. Baby crib (pack & play) is available upon request.
There is free high-speed fiber optic internet with 100mbps and signal extenders in every room to provide full coverage around the property, so you don't miss a thing. There is a 55” smart TV in the living/dining area, a 30” Chromecast enabled TV in the downstairs bedroom, and a 43” smart TV in the upstairs bedroom. You will have access to a private outdoor and spacious terrace with a BBQ grill and a private pool and also a fountain so you can relax at the sound of the dripping water. For your convenience, you'll find an inside utility room with a washer/dryer. There is free and secure parking directly outside the house.
The kitchen features wooden cabinets, concrete countertops, and stainless steel appliances, including a coffee maker, toaster oven, blender, and all utensils and cooking supplies. As a guest of this property, we also include complimentary amenities such as basic spices, salt, pepper, cooking oil, and shampoo/soaps. The condo is FULLY stocked with other bonus items for your personal use such as beach towels, folding beach chairs, a cooler, and more!!!
In order to maintain the security that everyone deserves, it is necessary to present the identification of the person who made the reservation at the time of check-in. We greatly appreciate your support.

- Yard and/or pool maintenance visits are conducted throughout the week, usually in the morning.
- A security deposit/authorization of $1000 is due at CHECK-IN and it can only be secured via CREDIT CARD (note that security deposits are refunded 3 business days after check out unless there are missing or damaged items).
- Enjoy vacations even more with our maid service available for an additional fee of $55 taxes included.
- DRONES PROHIBITED: Please note that the use of drones is completely prohibited due to the regulations of this complex; it is considered a privacy violation.

Policies
Cancellation Policy
Down payment and processing fee are non-refundable. If you cancel more than 30 days before your arrival date and we are able to re-rent the property for your dates at the same rate to another group, we will be happy to refund you 100% minus a 5% cancellation fee. There are NO refunds for holiday weeks and early departures, date changes, late arrivals or no-shows. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival are completely non-refundable.
Deposit Policy
50% down to reserve with balance due 30 days before arrival. We require a credit card authorization on the day of check in for Security Deposit. This authorization drops off within 72 hours after check out if everything is in satisfactory condition.

La villa #6 es una amplia casa, bien ventilada y con aire acondicionado en toda la casa; nuestra familia se acomodó muy bien. Todas las facilidades para cocinar, lavar si es necesario.
Un punto a mejorar respecto al mantenimiento: el agua de la piscina estaba algo turbia.
Los encargados de la casa destacan por su amabilidad y prontitud de resolución, mil gracias!
Para llegar a la playa basta con cruzar la calle y caminar por un senderito de unos 75 metros y listo! Playa Langosta a sus pies! Recuerden llevar sus water shoes por las rocas.
A unos 100 metros al norte está el Bistró Langosta , excelente atención y se puede ordenar para llevar.
También unos 200 metros al sur está pizzería El Sapo, muy rico todo. Y ahí a la vuelta hay un minisuper muy completo.
En resumen, la pasamos muy a gusto!! Muy satisfechos!!
Absolutely stunning villa. Had everything you needed, even a cooler to bring to the beach. It was on the quiet part of town which is lovely. Private pool was perfect.
The villa is very beautiful and equipped with everythingto have a very comfortable stay. Walking distance to beautiful beach, AC in every room.
Would highly recommend this property. Excellent location and very private and relaxing with an amazing pool.
