Paseo Miraflores 42 welcomes you! This is an elegant, ocean-view vacation rental within the Las Catalinas Development conveniently located very near to the parking lot, which makes it so much easy to reach your car without the worries of extra expense on valet parking.
This tropical home offers a spacious common area in which the kitchen, dining, and sitting rooms are integrated, to make it easy for a couple or a small family to spend time together. The master suite features a king bed and access to a full bathroom with a walk-in shower and double vanity for your convenience, and beautiful mountain and ocean views. The guest bedroom has a Queen bed and a bathroom next-door in the hallway. This property sleeps up to 4 guests, comfortably in upgraded mattresses, and linens.
The house has been nicely decorated and features a fully stocked kitchen, which upgraded wood cabinetry, quartz countertops, and stainless-steel appliances. The living area leads to a balcony with amazing views of the ocean and sunset, where you can swing on the bed swing, read a book or relax to the sound of the ocean's waves in the distance. We provide many bonus items for our guests such as folding beach chairs, a beach cooler, beach towels, salt, pepper, cooking oil, soaps, and shampoo.
In order to maintain the security that everyone deserves, it is necessary to present the identification of the person who made the reservation at the time of check-in. We greatly appreciate your support.
The parking service is for free. The town is vehicle-free and makes a great place to relax, meet great people, and have the best vacation possible.
Don't miss the Beach Club with pools, jacuzzi, gym, and restaurant service for $16 per person as an access fee, ask at Las Catalinas concierge desk.
Notice
Las Catalinas is committed to the comfort and enjoyment of their guests. That’s why up to second week of May, there will be undergoing renovations to enhance your experience. During this period, the kids pool will be temporarily closed, but don't worry, the lap and adult pool will remain open for some family fun! Additionally, the restaurant's bar will continue to serve you with a specially crafted, though reduced menu. There will be a fee of $16 for entry during this renovation period, but it is fully redeemable on food and drinks! Please note that there might be noise and some dust. Thank you for your understanding.
About the Area
Las Catalinas is a majestic 1,100-acre architecturally unique Mediterranean Style Beach Town that is totally walkable and offers many on-site amenities such as an ocean view beach club, several restaurants, a grocery store Copper & Stone, a spa, a gym, a hotel, a cafe, outdoor outfitter Pura Vida Ride, hiking and biking trails, and more! The beach is only a 1-minute walk from the property and is perfect for swimming, kayaking, and stand-up paddleboarding. The town is vehicle-free and makes a great place to relax, meet great people, and have the best vacation ever!

- Valet Parking service for $24 per service.
- Enjoy your vacations even more with our maid service that is included EVERY 5 nights of stay. Additional maid service is available for a fee of $55 taxes included.
- A security deposit/authorization of $750 is due at CHECK-IN. It can only be secured via CREDIT CARD (note that security deposits are refunded 5 business days after check out unless there are missing or damaged items).
- The OFFICIAL ROAD to this property is ROAD #21 BELEN then ROAD #155 to HUACAS and finally ROAD #911 to Playa Potrero and Las Catalinas. NO other ROADS are accessible.
- DRONES PROHIBITED: Please note that the use of drones is prohibited due to the regulations of this complex; it is considered a privacy violation
- Smoking of any kind is not allowed.
- ANIMALS/PETS PROHIBITED: Animal companions, including service animals, are not allowed.
- PARKING: The parking service is for free . Parking on the main road is prohibited.

- 6:00 am - 7:30 am: Construction may begin with workers required to speak in low voices and no power tools are allowed
- 7:30 am - 6:00 pm: Normal construction
- 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm: Construction may continue, with workers required to speak in low voices, and no power tools are allowed.
Our guests say that despite the construction going on, it did not affect their stay in the least bit.

Cancellation Policy
Down payment and processing fee are non-refundable. If you cancel more than 30 days before your arrival date and we are able to re-rent the property for your dates at the same rate to another group, we will be happy to refund you 100% minus a 5% cancellation fee. There are NO refunds for holiday weeks and early departures, date changes, late arrivals or no-shows. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival are completely non-refundable.
Deposit Policy
50% down to reserve with balance due 30 days before arrival. We require a credit card authorization on the day of check in for Security Deposit. This authorization drops off within 72 hours after check out if everything is in satisfactory condition.

Beautiful location with great views. The beds were extremely comfortable, it felt like sleeping on a cloud. The apartment has everything you need to cook and they even offer beach chairs and towels, we had a great time.
One thing to notice is that there’s no cellphone signal and WiFi is flaky, we didn’t have internet access for most of our stay, so if you’re planning to do remote work from here, keep that in mind. Also the restaurants in the area are very nice and the food is great but there are no affordable options, very expensive.
There’s no night life either, it’s a place for quiet time and rest.
There’s work being done in the area in the mornings so you can hear the trucks and the construction work since early morning, this was mentioned by the host so we were aware, but keep that in mind as well. Nights are super quiet, so it’s only during day time.

Apartment on the 3rd floor, perfect for the group of 4 people.
Located in the relatively quiet place with good restaurants, beautiful beache(s), great service, breathtaking views, several hiking trails, bikes rentals and all the other conveniences within a walking distance.
We really loved our stay at Miraflores 22! The unit is located close to restaurants and the splash pad for the kids. We had everything we needed and it was the perfect size for our family of four.

Great apartment, with beautiful views from the balcony. A few steps from the attractions of town including restaurants and the beach. Access to an exceptional trail system for walking and biking. Las Catalinas is a place of great beauty - a magical world apart. The only thing that slightly marred an otherwise perfect vacation was the construction noise and activity beginning right across from the house, which continues 7 days a week. We knew about this before coming, but not quite the extent of it. Nevertheless, we would jump at the chance to come again and are most grateful for our time there.
We’ve stayed at LC several times and found this to be a great value. Perfect location for our family (direct access to the splash pad, beach, food, parking). The unit was very clean. We had issues with the lock, but someone came quickly and replaced the unit. Will be back!
Very nice place, with an amazing view. Kitchen is great, very comfortable space to be and calm. They got u cover on games and things you can perhaps use at the house or take to the beach. It was a very good stay.

Amazing place, even nicer than the pictures ! Incredible sea view from a large balcony. We enjoy to be at las Catalina’s and Marcela was always there to support us with any query. Will try to return in the future!!
This place is just perfect. Views out the front to the hills and out the back to the ocean. Clean, well appointed and comfortable.
