Apartment Calle la Ronda 15 offers you a one bedroom option with all the amenities you need for a great vacation. It is only a one minute walk to the beach, easy access to surrounding shops and restaurants, and literally miles of hiking and biking trails.

It has an open living room with a sleep sofa, eating area and fully equipped kitchen, with a table for six to get your meals together or play some cards or other table games. There is a separate queen bedroom, and a private bathroom and shower. The door off the kitchen space is your access onto the stone walking street to Beach Town. The perfect nest for your Mediterranean stay at the beach.

The apartment is fully equipped with A/C, ceiling fans, Smart TV with cable, and high-speed internet. As a guest of this property, we also include complementary amenities, such as salt, pepper, cooking oil, shampoo and soap. There are other bonus items for your personal use, such as beach towels, folding beach, chairs, a cooler, and more.

In order to maintain the security that everyone deserves, it is necessary to present the identification of the person who made the reservation at the time of check-in. We greatly appreciate your support.

About the area:

Las Catalinas is a Mediterranean-inspired community of gracefully winding walkways, magnificent stucco homes, unmatched landscaping a stunning Beach Club with four pools. You will have access to the soft sandy beaches, and a glorious warm ocean. Wandering through the carefree town, you will find various restaurants, a brew pub, shops, and other fun places to gather. LC’s very own Pura Vida Ride has bikes, kayaks, snorkel gear, SUP, boards, boogie boards, and fishing gear to be rented for your personal use. There are also two fitness facilities available – an indoor, fully equipped cardio and weight room, and an outdoor Flintstone-seque all wood strength training space and outdoor yoga studio. The Center of Joy, a beautiful indoor yoga studio and retreat, is also only a one minute walk away. Everywhere you go in this pedestrian only town you will find friendly residence, other vacation guests, and his staff to make your stay as enjoyable as possible.

The parking service is for free, the town is vehicle-free and makes a great place to relax, meet great people, and have the best vacation possible.

Beach Club access (pools, Jacuzzi, air-conditioned gym, restaurant service) is available for $16 per person, per day and may be purchased at the concierge desk of Las Catalinas.

Las Catalinas is committed to the comfort and enjoyment of their guests. That’s why up to second week of May, there will be undergoing renovations to enhance your experience. During this period, the kids pool will be temporarily closed, but don't worry, the lap and adult pool will remain open for some family fun! Additionally, the restaurant's bar will continue to serve you with a specially crafted, though reduced menu. There will be a fee of $16 for entry during this renovation period, but it is fully redeemable on food and drinks! Please note that there might be noise and some dust. Thank you for your understanding.

Pet Friendly

Your dog is very welcome to this unit! In case you want to travel with your beloved four-paws friend, there are three basic rules:

- An extra refundable deposit of $300 is needed in case of any damage.

- We must clean a bit more after you pet that’s why an extra cleaning fee of $50 is required.

- And your pet must be submitted to a pre-approval process.

*No puppies or pets different from dogs are allowed.

• The OFFICIAL ROAD to this property is ROAD #21 BELEN then ROAD #155 to HUACAS and finally ROAD #911 to Playa Potrero and Las Catalinas. NO other ROADS are accessible.
• A security deposit/authorization of $750 is due at CHECK-IN and can only be secured via CREDIT CARD (note that security deposits are refunded 3 business days after check out unless there are missing or damaged items).
• DRONES PROHIBITED: Please note that the use of drones is completely prohibited due to regulations of this complex; it is considered a privacy violation
• SMOKING PROHIBITED: Smoking of any kind is not allowed.
• ANIMALS/PETS PROHIBITED: Animal companions, including service animals, are not allowed.
• PARKING: The parking service is for free . Parking on the main road is prohibited.

Construction notice

Las Catalinas is a community in a constant state of growth, and because of this, there will be construction in the area.

• 6:00 am - 7:30 am: Construction may begin with workers required to speak in low voices and no power tools are allowed
• 7:30 am - 6:00 pm: Normal construction
• 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm: Construction may continue, with workers required to speak in low voices, and no power tools are allowed.

Our guests say that despite the construction going on, it did not affect their stay in the least bit.
