Welcome to our Mediterranean-style vacation home located in Paseo Miraflores at Las Catalinas.

As you step inside, you'll be greeted by an inviting open-concept living space comprising a spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen, and a dining area. The kitchen is outfitted with sleek stainless steel appliances, complemented by wood cabinets and ample natural light streaming in. Gather around the kitchen island with seating for four, perfect for enjoying morning coffee or casual meals.

The living room features a large L-shaped sofa, ideal for lounging after a day of exploring the nearby attractions. The decor is tastefully minimalist with pops of color found in the furnishings, throw pillows, artwork, and vibrant hues reminiscent of nature or the soothing tones of the sea.

Step outside onto the terrace and soak in the Mediterranean ambiance while enjoying al fresco dining or simply unwinding with a good book.

This charming property, located on a second floor, boasts three bedrooms, each with its own unique features. The master bedroom is furnished with a luxurious king-sized bed and comes complete with a private ensuite bathroom.

The second bedroom is perfect for families or groups, offering two sets of twin bunk beds. Meanwhile, the third bedroom features a comfortable queen-sized bed and shares a beautifully appointed bathroom with the second bedroom.

For added convenience, the property includes a laundry room, A/C and high-speed internet, ensuring that your stay is as comfortable as possible. We provide many bonus items for our guests such as folding beach chairs, a beach cooler, beach towels, salt, pepper, cooking oil, soaps, and shampoo.

In order to maintain the security that everyone deserves, it is necessary to present the identification of the person who made the reservation at the time of check-in. We greatly appreciate your support.

About the Area

Las Catalinas is located on a majestic 1,100-acre property, an architecturally unique Mediterranean Style Beach Town that is totally walkable and offers many on-site amenities such as an ocean view beach club, several restaurants, grocery store Copper & Stone, spa, gym, hotel, cafe, outdoor outfitter Pura Vida Ride, hiking and biking trails, and more! The beach is only a 1-minute walk from the property and is perfect for swimming, kayaking, and stand-up paddleboarding.
The town is vehicle-free and makes a great place to relax, meet great people, and have the best vacation possible. Beach Club access (Pools, jacuzzi, gym, restaurant service) is available for $16 per person, per day and may be purchased at the concierge desk of Las Catalinas.

Notice

Las Catalinas is committed to the comfort and enjoyment of their guests. That’s why up to second week of May, there will be undergoing renovations to enhance your experience. During this period, the kids pool will be temporarily closed, but don't worry, the lap and adult pool will remain open for some family fun! Additionally, the restaurant's bar will continue to serve you with a specially crafted, though reduced menu. There will be a fee of $16 for entry during this renovation period, but it is fully redeemable on food and drinks! Please note that there might be noise and some dust. Thank you for your understanding.

Construction notice

Las Catalinas is a community in a constant state of growth, and because of this, there will be construction in the area, at specific hours for minimal disturbance. Thank you for your understanding.

• Beach Club access (Pools, jacuzzi, gym, restaurant service) is available for $16  per person, per day and may be purchased at the concierge desk of Las Catalinas.
•   Valet Parking  service for $24 per service.
• Enjoy your vacations even more with our maid service that is included EVERY 5 nights of stay.  Additional maid service is available for a fee of $55 taxes included.
• A security deposit/authorization of $1000  is due at CHECK-IN. It can only be secured via CREDIT CARD (note that security deposits are refunded 5 business days after check out unless there are missing or damaged items).
• The OFFICIAL ROAD to this property is ROAD #21 BELEN then ROAD #155 to HUACAS and finally ROAD #911 to Playa Potrero and Las Catalinas. NO other ROADS are accessible.
• DRONES PROHIBITED: Please note that the use of drones is prohibited due to the regulations of this complex; it is considered a privacy violation
• Smoking of any kind is not allowed.
• ANIMALS/PETS PROHIBITED: Animal companions, including service animals, are not allowed.
• PARKING: The parking service is for free . Parking on the main road is prohibited.

Construction notice

Las Catalinas is a community in a constant state of growth, and because of this, there will be construction in the area.

• 6:00 am - 7:30 am: Construction may begin with workers required to speak in low voices and no power tools are allowed
• 7:30 am - 6:00 pm: Normal construction
• 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm: Construction may continue, with workers required to speak in low voices, and no power tools are allowed.

Our guests say that despite the construction going on, it did not affect their stay in the least bit.
