Very close from the beach and nice view.

Our stay was amazing. The condo was very clean and spacious!
The ocean view was breathtaking.
We enjoyed watching the sunset each night!
We rented a golf cart which was worth it!!
Although, the condo is within walking distance to the beach and many shops and restaurants at the new Flamingo Marina we enjoyed venturing out to other restaurants and markets with the golf cart

Great condo overlooking the Pacific. Very quiet condo with queen beds in each room. Very close to marina, restraunts and shops, steep hill but easily walkable. Flamingo is a great white sand beach and this condo puts you right next to the beach with a 250m walk to the beach!

A lovely place to stay with great ocean views!

The view is even better than the photos! Minutes to the beach, just down a very steep hill. I rented a golf cart to get up and down the hill, which was very fun. Used the golf cart to go to the neighboring beaches and visit many of the near by restaurants/coffee shops. The living room couches are a bit old and sunk in. I felt very safe at the condo and the pool. There is a gate at the entrance and the attendants where very nice. Easy parking right in front of the building.

Beautiful ocean view condo close to Flamingo beach. Great spot! Would highly recommend and love to come back on our next visit to Costa Rica

Beautiful clean condo with an amazing view. All we could ask for, for our week stay. You can hear the ocean waves all day long. Very tranquil and near some good restaurants. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location, walking distance to the beach, close to restaurants, nice condominium pool, the apartment is very spacious with a stunning view of the ocean. The wifi worked perfect, the BBQ is great. The host was super nice and the communication was easy and convenient. I stayed for 4 days and it was exceptional. I can’t wait to stay there again.

This condo was amazing. It was very spacious, had wonderful views and was so close to the beach and plaza. They reached out to ensure my stay was going well and to make sure I didn’t need anything. The condo has beach towels, chairs, plenty of helpful items in it. This was a great way to end our Costa Rica trip.

What an amazing stay and the view and place was just amazing!!!! The unit is lovely and there is so much room! Walking distance to the beach and an amazing taco place and grocery store down the hill. Of the 4 places we stayed in Costa Rica this was our favorite for sure. SO much more quiet than Tamarindo and the beaches around Flamingo Beach are so amazing!!!!!! The only negative ;) is the soaps in the bathroom are ADDICTIVE!!!!! These are to stay and be refilled but a sample to go would have just been amazing or a link to where we can buy them!!!!! Yes I still miss that scent!!:) Thanks again for a lovely experience.

Nice place., good location not for olderm ppl since you hv to walk 50 steps up n down to get to the beach. Not handicap friendly. it need some closer maintenance of the place.

Exc atención y un lugar hermoso. Ubicación céntrica y de facil acceso, una vista increíble y cuenta con todas las comodidades.

Amazing views. Very spacious and comfortable. Thoughtful welcome basket. Beds were comfortable. House has 4 ACs. They have beach towels, beach chairs, Umbrella. When we were there, there was some construction work in progress and the balconies were a bit messy. But the hosts got them cleaned after we notified them. WiFi speed is a bit inconsistent.

Great condo and the view is amazing! Perfect sunset view every night, my wife and I loved it here. It is up on a steep hill so be prepared to walk a couple mins if you want to get water or tacos. But the view from the balcony is absolutely worth it, and the pool was great too.

A unos cuantos pasos de la playa de Flamingo, vista inmejorable, cercanía con varios negocios, fácil acceso para cualquier tipo de automóvil, probablemente uno de los mejores Airbnbs en la zona.

Amazing experience from the moment we arrive, the communication of the team to help our stay as comfortable as possible. The view of the sunset from the condo is amazing and being at walking distance from the beach makes this a great place to stay on your vacation. Also based on the current standard for health protocols all guides are followed and the place is very clean.

The place is definitely worth the money.
The view of the ocean is breathtaking, sipping on a cup of coffee every morning while looking a the ocean is the definition of relaxation!

Un bello y confortable apartamento

Popped in to CR for a few days to hang with my brother and his family who rented a house on Playa Flamingo. Found this place on VRBO and was contacted by Bluewater Properties right away. Had difficulty communicating with them at times via email and I'm not sure why, but eventually the paperwork made it's way back and forth and they were great overall. The condo is very nice. Clean and comfy with all the kitchen stuff you could need. I wish there would have been some coffee already there but no biggie...the bar down the street made a great cup. I expected to see bugs in the condo as ants and stuff are everywhere in CR but didn't see one. Had a cocktail on the deck every night and enjoyed the view and the sounds of the ocean. AC works great, water pressure is weak, ice maker was a huge bonus...overall a good value in a sweet location.

We stayed here for our honeymoon and so glad we did! This unit has great views of the ocean from living room and bedroom- beautiful sunsets every night. It is within walking distance of the beach, restaurants, and stores. The beach is beautiful white sand and clean. The only downside is that its a really hilly area, so ladies leave your heels at home. But we didnt mind, it took the place of working out and made for great views from this unit. Unit has a pool but you can also use the pool at the Marina Resort which is really nice and also has great views of the bay. Mateo was great in setting up all our tours, and transportation-always on time. He will get you anything you need! We highly reccomend staying here.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property and would like to come back. This unit is on the 2nd floor, but you're up on a hill so you get an excellent view of the beach and sunsets. It's a 5 minute walk to the beach, but be aware you're on a hill and it's a hike back up. We found the property managers Blue Water to be very responsive. You will pick up (and drop off) the key at the property management office about 15 minutes away. You drive right past it coming from the airport so that's no big deal. Pay attention to the map Blue Water gives you or you might have a tough time finding the entrance to Oceanica. We had most our dinners next door at the resort. It had a 2nd floor bar with a view of the sunsets. It has full menu, or you can head downstairs for the dinner buffet (about $25 USD). We also discovered the bar had 2 for 1 drinks from 5-6pm :-) . The Beach is amazing for walking, I think it's about a half-mile long. We also drove to nearby Playa Conchal (Shell Beach) which had great soft sand. Recommend 4x4 if you're headed there. We would like to come back!
