Beautiful House with Private Pool in Flamingo located in the Gated Community of Altos del Flamingo
Distributed in one level, this Gated Community Home, will suit any vacation plans, whether you are traveling with friends or family, it really has something to offer for everyone. Surrounded by green lush and palm trees, with the ocean a few minutes away, you can have a perfect vacation.
The house has a full equipped kitchen with large countertops, its ample windows will make you feel like you are cooking outside. The open concept plan creates a fluid living space ideal to spend time together. The natural light and the use of wood is certainly a combination that gives you that warm home feeling.
You will find three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The main room has a king-sized bed, the second one has a queen bed and the third one has a queen bed as well, for up to 6 people resting comfortably.
One of the main features is the lovely backyard with a huge pool to enjoy with family and friends. This is a place to get together and create memories.
Let yourself be embrace by the lullaby of the Flamingo any time of the day. If you are considering a vacation that will make you feel reset and boost with nature energy, this is the home for you.
As a guest of this property, we also include complimentary amenities such as salt, pepper, cooking oil, shampoo, and soap.

- A security deposit/authorization of $1000 is due at CHECK-IN. It can only be secured via CREDIT CARD (note that security deposits are refunded 5 business days after check out unless there are missing or damaged items).
- Enjoy vacations even more with our maid service available for an additional fee of $55 taxes included.
- DRONES PROHIBITED: Please note that the use of drones is prohibited due to the regulations of this complex; it is considered a privacy violation.

Policies
Cancellation Policy
Down payment and processing fee are non-refundable. If you cancel more than 30 days before your arrival date and we are able to re-rent the property for your dates at the same rate to another group, we will be happy to refund you 100% minus a 5% cancellation fee. There are NO refunds for holiday weeks and early departures, date changes, late arrivals or no-shows. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival are completely non-refundable.
Deposit Policy
50% down to reserve with balance due 30 days before arrival. We require a credit card authorization on the day of check in for Security Deposit. This authorization drops off within 72 hours after check out if everything is in satisfactory condition.

"Altos del Flamingo 38"
This Airbnb property is ideally located near a wonderful variety of activities and shopping stores. The home itself is immaculate and nicely maintained. The rear patio provides a perfect viewing of the mountainous terrain in the distance, and the pool the perfect solution for relaxing after a fun day of exploring. Alexa, the property manager is always available to answer any questions and provide helpful recommendations. Though this was our first stay at this lovely Airbnb, we are already planning our next visit.
