Welcome to Miramar 28 a brand-new home located in the Mar Vista community in Playa Flamingo. Experience total luxury and comfort while surrounded by the tropics at their finest. This new 3 Bedroom, 2-bathroom home is located 50 minutes from the Liberia International Airport. Miramar 28 is a brand new home with a split floor plan and is perfect for couples, families, and friends and sleeps 6 comfortably. The master bedroom has a King bed with top-of-the-line mattress and linens, A/C, a full bathroom with a walk-in shower, closet, digital safe, and ceiling fan. The second bedroom has a queen bed, comfortable mattresses, and linens, a closet, and A/C. The 3rd bedroom has a Queen size bed, built-in closets, and access to the pool area. The two bedrooms have a shared full bathroom.
There is reliable high-speed fiber optic Wi-Fi at the house as well as and Washer and dryer. The gourmet kitchen features a breakfast bar, stainless steel appliances, wood cabinetry, and granite countertops. The main living area has a dining area as well as plenty of seating and a 50" LED Smart TV, and A/C. All the bedrooms have their own LED smart TV with Digital cable. The terrace area has pool loungers as well as a dining table! The infinity edge pool has nice mountain and forest views! There is a BBQ grill for your personal use. There is a two-car carport and storage. All of this while surrounded in a pristine jungle environment amongst nature and within a private, secure community, close to many area beaches, yet far enough away from the tourists and noise!
This vacation rental feels more like a home—not a rental. We have done many things to make it feel like your home while you are with us here in Costa Rica! The house is fully stocked with other bonus items for your personal use, such as beach towels, folding beach chairs, a cooler, and more. We also include complimentary amenities like coffee and filters, creamer, tea, sugar, salt, pepper, cooking oil, and shampoo/soaps, as a courtesy for your stay.
In order to maintain the security that everyone deserves, it is necessary to present the identification of the person who made the reservation at the time of check-in. We greatly appreciate your support.
About the area:
This new home is located within the 900-acre development of Mar Vista in Flamingo Beach--amenities include tennis, ocean view clubhouse with an infinity pool, jacuzzi, swim-up bar, and an amazing on-site restaurant (Gracia), hiking and biking trails, a yoga deck and 24/7 security. If you ever need anything during your vacation, we are in the same community and are happy to assist you with anything you may need!
Flamingo Beach is part of the Costa Rican Riviera and is located only 1.5 miles from the property. Flamingo boasts a beautiful mile-long white sand beach with a mild current and tide. This beach is perfect for swimming and sunning. One of the world’s most famous surfing beaches Playa Grande is only 45 minutes by car and the bustling surf town of Tamarindo is close enough to offer you more fun shopping, surf classes, and a bountiful selection of restaurants and nightspots. We recommend a rental car for this area to get around with ease. We can assist in setting up car rentals, airport transfers, tours, at-home services, and more! - Yard and/or pool maintenance visits are conducted throughout the week, usually during morning hours.
- Enjoy your vacations even more with our maid service that is included one time EVERY 7 nights of stay. Additional maid service is available for a fee of $55 taxes included.

- A security deposit/authorization of $1000 is due at CHECK-IN and can only be secured via CREDIT CARD (note that security deposits are refunded 3 business days after check out unless there are missing or damaged items).
- DRONES ARE PROHIBITED: Please note that the use of drones is completely prohibited due to the regulations of this complex; it is considered a privacy violation.

Policies
Cancellation Policy
Down payment and processing fee are non-refundable. If you cancel more than 30 days before your arrival date and we are able to re-rent the property for your dates at the same rate to another group, we will be happy to refund you 100% minus a 5% cancellation fee. There are NO refunds for holiday weeks and early departures, date changes, late arrivals or no-shows. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival are completely non-refundable.
Deposit Policy
50% down to reserve with balance due 30 days before arrival. We require a credit card authorization on the day of check in for Security Deposit. This authorization drops off within 72 hours after check out if everything is in satisfactory condition.
