Great place to stay

It is a great location for families, especially those with younger kids. It is a very safe gated community with wonderful views. Less than 10 minutes to local beaches.

I came to Costa Rica to celebrate my daughters 18th birthday, and the home was nothing less of amazing! The host Alejandra was very responsive and helpful with many different local activities. Great place to stay, I would recommend flying into Liberia because it is a 4 hour distance from San Jose airport. If I can do it again, I would book here. Thank you for a wonderful stay in Guanacaste.

The house, amenities and service were impeccable. The home, pool and view were even better than they looked in the pictures. Our host want extremely responsive prior to and during the trip to help ensure everything went smoothly. True 5 Star stay all around.

This was our first trip to Costa Rica and this home was a wonderful home base for our family. The layout worked perfectly for our family giving everyone space to relax, read or enjoy the view. The view is spectacular and the location is so peaceful. Alexandra was wonderful and responded to my inquiries promptly. She provided excellent recommendations for what to do in Playa Flamingo and the surrounding area. She made arrangements for an ATV tour and a Catamaran evening snorkel cruise. The Catamaran cruise was the best and I highly recommend it. ATV was fun too! We absolutely loved the pool! The photos of this home are accurate. It is a truly beautiful place to discover and experience Pura Vida! We rented a 4x4 and were glad we did as we visited during the rainy season.

What a wonderful vacation!! Everything was perfect. From the time we booked until the time we left to go back home communication with Alexandra was excellent. We rented a car and drove ourselves from the airport and that was very easy. A car is a must to get around! The home is just as you see in the pictures. So beautiful and spacious! We traveled with our family of 7 and there was plenty of space for all of us. We never felt crowded. The kitchen has everything you need to cook meals there as well as to clean up after and the bathroom is stocked with toiletries. The infinity pool is amazing and a great size. We ventured out a good bit but could have honestly stayed and enjoyed the pool and been very happy. While there we were interested in taking family beach pictures and Alexandra recommend Carlos. He met us at at Playa Flamingo and was absolutely amazing! I highly recommend him if you are interested in professional photos! We will definitely return and would stay here again!

Beautiful house with amazing views. Could soak in that pool all day. Well equiped kitchen. Had issue with washing machine that was promptly addressed. We did want to leave. Highly recommend.

This place was exactly as it was pictured if not better. The house is very modern and has an open concept. There are 4 bedrooms and each one comes with it’s own private room. The infinity pool was a dream, amazing views while you swim. Location was great for us because we had a rental and everything was within 10min drive. The house sits on top of a mountain with many other private homes in a gated community, walking to near by areas will be a challenge because you have to go up and down a steep hill.other than that I will recommend this house to anyone and I will give it 10/10

Alejandro was very all recommendations and transportations were spot on. Quick response to any question she made me feel like family all the restaurants are amazing. The tours were unbelievable the locals were great we were always in touch with someone she referred. I would definitely book again. Our 10th wedding anniversary trip was a success and one for the books. Thank you for your hospitality.

The house was beautiful and clean. Pool was clean, the views amazing. Only drawback was not walkable so a car rental or service a must. Othetwise would definitely recommend. Alex was friendly and a great help.

An amazing house, very clean, comfortable beds in a super safe area. Alexandra is a great addition to the house, always helpful. The cleaning crew left the place impeccable.

I want to start off by saying that the host was incredible. They went above and beyond catering to us when something appeared to not be as originally described. They ensured to rectify the problem immediately. The only qualms I have about the house are with the original construstion/design. There are not nearly enough towel hooks or places to hang swimsuits. We were swimming every day so it was a little annoying but we managed lol. Some of the screen doors are installed backwards/upside down so they didnt lock in place. There is no staircase from the outside pool area to the upstairs deck area where the views are better so we rarely used the upper deck during the day. It didnt make sense to walk through the house wet just to come back down again to cool off. But I work in construction so I tend to notice these things more than the average consumer. We are a blanket family so more blankets would have been nice to use while curled up on the couch. The pool and onsite restaurant for the commmunity were awesome as were the hiking trails!!

Perfect house for a group. There was space for everyone and the house was clean. Anything we needed I could contact Alejandro and he responded. Great concierge team and transportation. The pictures of the view did it no justice. Thank you for a great stay

We had a fantastic time staying at this gorgeous home!! Each bedroom has a beautiful view and access to an outside balcony or patio. The surrounding landscape offers privacy. The kitchen is big and well stocked. There are beach chairs and boogie boards available for use.

The home is in a gated neighborhood with security. Gracia at the clubhouse is a must to eat at and watch the sunset!!

Would highly recommend! Looks just like the pictures. The property management team was really helpful in booking transportation and excursions. The pool was cleaned daily and overall the place was really clean.

My 12 year old chose this house over some other properties and we were so happy he did. Pool is long, house is very functional and beautiful, view is amazing, kitchen was well stocked. It has boogie boards, beach towels. Beds were very comfortable, lights in a/c units turned off for a good nights sleep, roller shades.

If I could give more than five stars, I would.

Tip: make sure you follow Alejandro’s instructions to go to Community gate first. We were arriving late at night and clicked on the house. Google maps took us on a scary steep dirt road which had a dead end. Don’t repeat that mistake :)
Tip 2: check out the restaurant that is in community. Great food, beautiful views.
Tip 3: the grocery stores to the north of the property are much better than the ones south/left.

A really nice place, quiet, clean, spacious, and simply beautiful. It is very near all beautiful beaches like playa real , playa Zapotillal and Nombre de Jesus and close to all the lovely restaurants and bars of the brasilito and Flamingo area. I would definitely come again!

Hands down this place is absolutely beautiful inside to outside. !! The communication was amazing when ever we needed something !! The blue water adventures I suggest you do it, it was one for books and so worth it !!! We felt safe from the moment we walked in and left !!! I have no words to describe my amazing beautiful staycation for my birthday !! Thank you so much <3
