The master bedroom features a King bed and a private full bath with a step-in shower. The guest bedroom features 2 twin beds (which can be joined into a king bed upon request). The guest bedroom has its own private bathroom with a step-in shower. This property can sleep 4 guests comfortably.
The kitchen is fully equipped featuring stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher and wood cabinetry. This property measures 1,500 SF and has a private covered balcony with a gas grill and outdoor seating to enjoy world-class sunsets. There are 2 flat screen TV's with cable, Wi-Fi internet and a phone. There is a hairdryer, iron, and ironing board as well as a shared laundry room just down the hall. The condo complex's own clubhouse boasts an infinity-edge pool and lounge area.
There is a stackable washer and dryer inside the condo for your use. There is free assigned, covered parking for one car. Additional cars have parking in guest parking. As a guest of this property, we also include complimentary amenities like salt, pepper, cooking oil, and shampoo/soap. The condo is FULLY stocked with other bonus items for your personal use such as beach towels, folding beach chairs, a cooler, and more!!!

Cancellation Policy
Down payment and processing fee are non-refundable. If you cancel more than 30 days before your arrival date and we are able to re-rent the property for your dates at the same rate to another group, we will be happy to refund you 100% minus a 5% cancellation fee. There are NO refunds for holiday weeks and early departures, date changes, late arrivals or no-shows. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival are completely non-refundable.
Deposit Policy
50% down to reserve with balance due 30 days before arrival. We require a credit card authorization on the day of check in for Security Deposit. This authorization drops off within 72 hours after check out if everything is in satisfactory condition.
Rate varies due to seasonality and holidays.

We enjoyed our stay at Malinche 423-B. Mariela Jean was very kind and helpful at any time. The Condo is clean and quite well equipped, could have a bit more cutlery. However, we really think the kitchen and especially the bathrooms should be renovated soon. Looking forward staying with you again!
Amazing view. Place was clean and beds and bedding was great. Loved the pool side restaurant by the pool and beach. Had great meals. Golf one day and was great. Definitely would go back and stay here.

This was our second stay at this specific condominium. Reserva Conchal is our favorite go to place for a beach in Costa Rica and the accommodations here are so nice with a great view and really good restaurants nearby. The access to the beach club is a big draw too since there are nice amenities there including a gym, swimming pools, kayaking, and access to the beach with lounge chairs. We highly recommend the condo and the administrators are very responsive and helpful.

The space was very accommodating and access to the beach club was perfect.

This condo had everything that we needed. Spacious, kids had their own beds. 3 toilets was nice and I am the only boy, I had my own… it’s a 10 mins drive to the beach club, one time there was no parking so had to return and get a shuttle so lost 45mins. However you can call concierge and check parking status. I would go to Huacas and get baguettes, natilla and reposteria from La principal then eat lunch/dinner inside Reserva but you can also go to Brasilito or Huacas and save $$. We would definitely stay here again, beautiful all the way around. Pura Vida! Russ
El lugar es precioso. Exactamente como se ve en las fotos. El club es bonito, pero el diseño de la piscina no es muy apropiado para familias porque está separada por carriles para nadar. La playa es de las más bonitas de Guanacaste. El personal muy amable y el condominio tiene una de las mejores ubicaciones de toda la Reserva. Muy recomendado para familias de 4. Se puede desayunar en la terraza que cuenta con una muy buena vista al mar. Tuvimos un problema con la electricidad porque cayó un árbol frente a la Reserva. El manejo de la situación fue muy malo por parte de los que administran la Villa. Me dijeron simplemente que no podían hacer nada, que no sabían cuando volvía, y que si no volvía tampoco hacían ningún tipo de reembolso, sin importar que no podíamos ni cocinar, ni usar nada, ni teníamos aire acondicionado, ni internet. Muy mal. De no ser por esta situación la experiencia hubiese sido de 5 estrellas.

The condo has three bathrooms but they are quite small.
Everything worked satisfactorily and the Malinche complex has a great pool area. Throw in the Reserva Conchal beach club, restaurants, gym, golf course etc. and you have the recipe for a truly memorable stay!!

Just amazing, from the moment I made the reservation and arrived at the condo it was just dreamy, I went with my husband to celebrate our anniversary and we didn’t have a worry in the world. The staff at Blue Water took great care of us and our needs and will definitely come back to them.
