The condo features a King bed and a private full bath with a walk-in shower. This property can sleep 2 comfortably. The kitchen is fully equipped featuring stainless steel appliances and wooden cabinetry. This property measures 700 SF and has a private balcony. There is a flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi internet, and phone. There is a hairdryer, dishwasher, laundry machine, and dryer. The condo complex's own clubhouse is steps away with an infinity edge pool and lounge area. There is free assigned, covered parking for one car. Additional cars have parking in the guest parking area. As a guest of this property, we also include complimentary amenities like salt, pepper, cooking oil, and shampoo/soaps to get you started. The condo is fully stocked with other bonus items for personal use such as beach towels, folding beach chairs, a cooler, and more!!!

- Covid-19 restrictions apply to common areas and common area pools.
- Yard and/or pool maintenance visits are conducted throughout the week, usually in the morning.
- A security deposit/authorization of $750 is due at CHECK-IN. It can only be secured with a CREDIT CARD. Security deposits are refunded 7 business days after check out unless there are missing or damaged items.
- Enjoy vacations even more with our maid service available for an additional fee of $55 taxes included.
- DRONES PROHIBITED: Please note that the use of drones is prohibited due to the regulations of this complex; it is considered a privacy violation.

Cancellation Policy
Down payment and processing fee are non-refundable. If you cancel more than 30 days before your arrival date and we are able to re-rent the property for your dates at the same rate to another group, we will be happy to refund you 100% minus a 5% cancellation fee. There are NO refunds for holiday weeks and early departures, date changes, late arrivals or no-shows. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival are completely non-refundable.
Deposit Policy
50% down to reserve with balance due 30 days before arrival. We require a credit card authorization on the day of check in for Security Deposit. This authorization drops off within 72 hours after check out if everything is in satisfactory condition.
Rate varies due to seasonality and holidays.

The condo in Malinche at Reserva Conchal was perfect for a 10 day stay. We had everything we needed at the condo and the manager was very responsive to any minor issues we had. She responded quickly and was very friendly. The condo had everything we needed as far as kitchen, bathroom, linens, beach chairs, etc.
We hope to return again soon.
