Flamingo Stay Beachfront Apartment was a dream! The stunning ocean views, and unbeatable beachfront location made this stay unforgettable. This place was rough around the edges on the inside. The flooring seemed to be very wet underneath and it had some cracks. The hallways that led to the apartment had dead cockroaches and garbage. The laundry was located down the hall outside of the apartment which was inconvenient. The apartment was also lacking hot water (it was warm and we weren’t there long so we didn’t bring it up to the host). The amazing location and semi private beach made up for anything the inside lacked. The kitchen was fully stocked along with plenty of other extras such as beach towels, chairs, first aid kit, speaker,cooler etc. It was a quick walk to Flamingo Marina and many great restaurants. Beautiful Flamingo beach was only a 10 minute walk. Overall the place met our expectations. We loved the beach and the patio. The whole family slept well with the sound of the waves. We would stay here again.

Having the beach blankets, chairs, & cooler were an awesome addition to this rental. We loved being right on the little cove. I'd go down before the others woke up, or if ppl were tired of the beach, we could come back & still hang out on the cove since there was shade & sun.
I wish the porch had a fan though - most of the time, the breeze didn't come through onto the porch, so it was really hot (but a beautiful view). But again, we'd go down to the cove where the breeze was to be outside. The complexes outdoor shower wasn't working after day 1, but that's no one's fault. But know that it's there & is super convenient when working.
The beds were comfy, the place was clean. Not a lot of space in the matter bedroom for suitcases but we made it work, no problem.
We rented a golf cart from ECCR down the street & were able to get wherever we wanted from the condo. We would for sure stay there again.

Our trip to Playa Flamingo had a big hiccup and our host was very accommodating. His concierge went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help us. We are truly thankful for you Mariela! She went out of her way on multiple occasions to help us. We hope to come back!

The apartment was very well located, on a quiet cove with a little beach. Neighbors were quiet and the place was within walking distance of Flamingo beach, lots of restaurants and even a small grocery store. The concierge Abby was very friendly and responsive, and was able to provide us with just about every request we made. The European range was tricky to operate and we were never able to figure out the stove, which could be due to the fact that we are not very technically gifted.

I came here for my honeymoon and we made good memories. The entire place was very clean and comfortable. I will probably book this again for a longer stay for my 1 year anniversary.

The condo was fantastic! Pics are great but don’t do it justice. The team was responsive with any needs and we would highly recommend Alejandro’s place!

There was a delay getting the key code, so we had to wait, but other than that everything was as described. The condo was clean, and they had everything we needed, ie beach chairs and towels. The location was also convenient to great beaches and restaurants.

The place is decorated well and feels like a comfortable home. The location is excellent, right on a semi- private beach as described in the listing. As others commented, the parking situation is a bit weird as you park outside a different building and then go up a flight of stairs and over to this building. It’s not that big a deal and is fine unless someone has accessibility issues.

I contacted host ~9:30 p.m. to let them know we’d arrived and there was a problem. Water dribbled out of sinks, no water came out of the showers. No response until after 8 a.m. - was told water would be on in an hour. It was not. Several hours later we still didn’t have water and the host had referred us to a concierge who was supposed to handle everything.

They were nice but 24 hours after check-in time, still no water. Was told they’ve had problems with water for weeks. A note in villa indicated water was an issue other times. Host should have disclosed water issue. Couldn’t use bathrooms = problem.

My girlfriend and I had a great time in Playa Flamingo, and our condo was a good part of the reason why. Located right on the water, we saw and heard the waves everyday. The balcony looks right onto the water, and we spent our nights, and parts of our day, just hanging out, reading and relaxing there. The condo was well furnished and had everything one could want. Location is superb, just past the beautiful, newly compled harbor, and near many restaurants. If we return to Playa Flamingo, and we might, I’d hope to get this place again!

A little piece of heaven on earth. Private beach, excellent service. Our host was amazing, very helpful and understanding. I highly recommend this place!

This place has a very nice patio and a nice beach to spend time at. The Resort that this Condo is in is very run down and seems almost abandoned. However, the condo is nice and decorated well. Overall it's a solid place.

404 Flamingo Marine Cove was great!. We were a family of 2. But the 2nd bedroom has 2 single beds so could accommodate 2 more, plus the coach in the living room for an extra. So all in all this unit could host a family of 5.

Was a great well furnished place with a wonderful view. We also had great luck snorkeling at the beach right outside the place when the tide was up - lots of fish.

Patio and access to beach were amazing! Easy walk to numerous restaurants.

Wow this place was awesome! I will definitely book it again. Things I loved…. 1) The outdoor shower is great for keeping sand out of the residence. It’s on the right when you are walking down to the beach. 2) The fact that the fridge is new and has an ice maker is 110% a bonus!! 3) The taco place (Amigos) a pizza place (Campari’s? Companari’s?) and a small grocery store are within walking distance. 4) The small beach is PRIVATE! It is only used by the residents of the condo. The water was completely clear. 5) Beach towels and beach chairs! 6) the deck has a grill and beautiful furniture. 7) The beds we so comfortable.

This condo was great! Very clean and beautifully prepared by the housekeeper. The kitchen was well stocked. The view was wonderful, the little beach is close and there are chairs and a cooler provided.

I think the space can accommodate four adults comfortably (there were only 2 of us), but many more than that would feel cramped.

Be aware that the parking is far from the condo and you will need to navigate many stairs. Beware of the ramps, they are very slick and if you’re moving luggage, can be dangerous.

Communication was frequent and clear.

This place is in a great location with beautiful scenery and super friendly neighbours. Unfortunately we did find a few things were not up to the standard we expected. We found it pretty hard to get in contact with the owners - the parking situation was pretty disorganized. Overall we were pretty underwhelmed with the customer service of the place and would not stay here again.

We had a fabulous stay, could not have wished for more. The condo is like new, crispy clean with every conceivable extra you could wish for. It sits right on a beautiful semi private white sand beach and just minutes to two other amazing beaches and restaurants. Hoping not too many people read this, would like to keep it a secret !!!

Loved this place there is a lot of construction going on as they are inproving the marina next door and building. Hotel beside it awesome spot right in the beach and Jew is spectacular it did not take us long to find groceries liquor store abd great restaurants We would go back This place was so nice and clean had everything we needed

The condo was very nice with a wonderful view of the private beach! We loved our days spent on the beach and the location was within walking distance of Flamingo beach, shopping and restaurants. The condo was not as new feeling as the other reviewers stated. The railing to the balcony was broken, but once we let them know, it was fixed within a few days. If you have small children, I would not allow them on the balcony due to the spacing of the railing. There were 5 of us staying for the week and 4 of us were comfortable. The sofa sleeper is very uncomfortable and the shared bathroom is very small. Four people would have been perfect. There is a lot of construction going on around the condo on the new marina and makes walking the easier path to downtown difficult, dirty and just a little dangerous due to the large equipment on the road. Overall, even with the construction, sofa sleeper and balcony issues, we would recommend this condo and would definitely stay again!

Clean, renovated condo on the beach. Very private though there was a little construction noise (it wasn’t bad). It’s a smaller private beach with few people. We brought our snorkeling gear and loved seeing a variety of fish near the rocks off the beach. The patio was perfect for reading and relaxing and the condo was well equipped. Blue Water Property group was responsive any time we had questions and was great at arranging excursions. We would love to stay again.

The property (Condo) and location are awesome, I would've given it a 5 star if it wasn't for the construction work going on in the complex and access road, this was a minor nuisance but didn't impact our enjoyment too much. The apartment itself is beautiful and the small beach in front of the property is nice and almost feels like it is just for you. Flamingo Beach is beatiful and we anjoyed awesome sunsets. there are local restaurants for all tastes and budgets. Kelly Viales was really helpfull. I would definitely go back.

El apartamento está bien ubicado, frente a una pequeña playa de acceso restringido. Lo mejor es poder escuchar y ver el mar desde el balcón. El apartamento es cómodo para 4 personas. El acceso al apartamento no es cómodo y menos si se viaja con adultos mayores o niños muy chicos, ya que se deben subir y bajar muchas escaleras y caminar bastante desde donde se deja el automóvil. Los pequeños problemas con los aparatos eléctricos fueron solucionados rápidamente. Y los mensajes enviados contestados con prontitud.

This condo is absolutely amazing! We could not have been happier with it. The condo itself is very nice and had virtually anything that you might want or need for your stay. The location was incredible! Beautiful trees and flowers everywhere! And to top it all off, the beach was more than we could have hoped for... Beautiful sandy beach for relaxing and playing in the surf, but also some great little rocky areas that had great snorkeling as well! We saw tons of fish and other sea life right out our back door! The general location was also good. It was an easy drive to restaurants and shops, but not crowded at all while at the condo. We would go back tomorrow if we could!

We really liked this place and the views off the balcony are incredible! It was super clean and the communication was great. If you’re looking for a quiet, relaxing place this is a great choice!
