A spacious and comfortable condo for the four of us with unbeatable views of the ocean and especially daily sunset (spectacular). The howler monkeys visited the trees outside our balcony almost daily. There are a few stairs so if you have mobility constraints it might not be the best choice. Lastly, the Blue Zone team was easily reachable and responsive when we had questions.

We enjoyed our stay so much. With two kids age 7 and 9, our stay was wonderful. The pool is perfect, the condo is well appointed and extremely comfortable. Walking distance from all of Tamarindo, we look forward to coming back!

Very nice condo inside the Daria complex. Great pool area right across the street from the beach also very nice balconies. Condo is very well set up as a matter of fact has everything you need to use the kitchen. Have to say that the response time from the management company was excellent whenever there was any little issue

Only thing I would suggest is that they put air conditioning on the master bathroom on the second floor there is no air conditioning in there and it gets incredibly hot to the point where you cannot really use that bathroom at all to shower and get yourself together as it does get sweaty... And downstairs the living room furniture is way too big from that room and makes it quite tight perhaps put in a smaller sofa and seat

The apartment is clean, well equipped, and the view was stunning! The temperature in Tamarindo was in the mid-90's when we visited and the AC worked perfectly, making the apartment a great refuge from the heat. The building is set back from the street so it's very quiet (unless you're awoken by howler monkeys at dawn!). Our kids loved the huge pool, and my only complaint is that the route to the pool is a little circuitous. The apartment is up three flights of stairs, which was fine, but there is also another two or three flights to get down to the pool. Not a deal-breaker for us, but something to be aware of. All in all, this was a great place to stay and we'll miss that view!

We had a wonderful stay at the El Diria 302, the views were great and the condo gave us a warm Costa Rican feel with the colorful tropical paintings and carved woodwork throughout. Alejandro and the management company were very helpful with setting up transfers to and from the airport and with arranging a fishing trip. Communication was typically very prompt.

We enjoyed our stay at the penthouse. It was centrally located to many restaurants, pubs, bars, shopping, etc. The view from the balcony is amazing and probably makes up for the price

Condo exactly as advertised. Great location - as part of Diria resort it is in the middle of all the restaurants and shops of Tamarindo. A/C, wifi, laundry, towels and bedding were great. Pool was incredible. Lots of steps/stairs so be ready to get some exercise - upside to that was it made for fantastic views! Would definitely return and recommend to others! Thanks for a great stay!

The place is difficult to find. Make sure you get instuctions before you go to the place. Once you get there it is well worth it. Best place around in my opinion. Far enough away from the crowds. Close enough to the beach to walk easily. The best view you can get in tamarindo.

My family of four spent the week of Christmas in this beautiful condo. The views were breathtaking. The condo was amazing with beautiful woodwork and lighting. The condo was clean and well equipped with everything we could think of. We could not have found a better location. Blue Zone Management Company was very responsive and easy to work with. They had great recommendations and were helpful in setting up excursions and reliable rides to the airport. We look forward to going back.

This is the ONLY place we would ever stay in Tamarindo after this visit. The home and the view are incredibly beautiful and in the perfect location. There is not a better place to watch the sunset or an easier walk to the beach!

Our family had a great experience staying at Alejandro’s place. The condo was clean with plenty of space and an absolutely gorgeous view of the pool and ocean. We appreciated having dish soap, cooking oil, sugar, salt, and other spices so we didn’t have to buy those things. There is also an amazing tree outside near the porch where we saw many birds, squirrels, iguanas every day and where howler monkeys visited twice. The family loved the pool and spent a lot of time there. We would definitely recommend staying here when in Tamarindo.

Great view, Great location!

This place was fabulous! More than enough room for two couples, or a family of four. Modern furnishings, hardwood, this place truly is five-star! The view cannot be beaten! Diria is one of the nicest properties in Tamarindo, you will absolutely love the amenities. Food and drinks from the resort were well priced, staff was accommodating and friendly. Walking distance to shopping, entertainment, and all sorts of dining options. We loved our time here, and highly recommend it! Pura Vida!

Location…Location…LOCATION! The condo is perfectly situated right in the middle of all the Tamarindo action! Everything was a short walk away. Tons or restaurants, bars and retail shops. Huge Pool just downstairs, smaller pool located just across the street as well as the OCEAN :)

Great location!

Very nice condo in a great location. The third floor provides great views of the pool, city and the ocean. Felt very "at home" in this condo and everything was very comfortable.

Well located and beautiful apartment

This airbnb was great! Good location and great amenities! It was super nice and just made our vacation 10x better! The only con to this place is finding it to check in on the first day! It was a bit complicated. —It is not where the hotel Diria is, its across the street & behind the gate! (At the top of the hill behind the pool and in the building on the left. It says Diria on it). Other than the check in process, it was easy to get to the pool and also to use the hotel amenities (including beach access) with the use of the bracelets they give! Definitely recommend especially for an extended stay, really felt like a home!

This was a great place to stay, the views were fantastic. We were right in the middle of the action. The pool was a perfect place to read or cool off. The condo itself was exactly as pictured. I would not recommend staying with little kids since the stairs don’t have an outer railing and everything is very nice. But for a slightly older crowd it was great (and a little fancy)!

Amazing location right in the center and across the beach. The unit is beautiful furnished and has amazing view of the ocean especially at sunset. The unit was very well equipped for a beach holiday and guest have access to the hotel pool downstairs.

What an incredible spot to experience everything that Tamarindo has to offer! This was perfectly located in walking distance to everything you need, restaurants, the town center, gyms, and most importantly, the beach. The complex felt very safe with guards on duty 24/7, it also has an amazing pool/bar amenities.

The condo itself had everything you'd need for a long vacation, including beach towels/chairs, and the views were out of this world! If I weren't so adventurous, I could've easily spent most of my time inside soaking up the sunrises and sunsets from the balcony. There were even howler monkeys and parrots that would eat their morning breakfast from the fruit tree right next to the balcony.

This place made our Christmas getaway such an amazing experience. I can't recommend this place enough!!

The property is fantastic. Jaw dropping views, clean, and everything (and more) you'll need. Dual master suites were great.

The apartment is hot. Professionally managed. It's very comfortable and in the middle of the action. The pool/bar is the best. Only bad thing is that, there is no elevator and theres a lot of walkn to and from the place
