This beautiful, bright and airy home will make you feel like in the middle of paradise, while the ocean breeze gets into your skin and the tropical lush green refreshes your view and your senses.

This vacation rental is distributed in two stories. In the first one, the common spaces are in an open style ideal for those who desire a fluid living space between the kitchen and living room or dining areas, to spend time together while enjoying the beautiful views or head to the pool through the sliding doors to integrate all this area.

There is an island with stools for 4 and a dining table for 8 with windows all around, to feel immersed in the forest. In the living room, you’ll find an L-shaped sofa, a great place to rest, read or watch your favorite series. The kitchen is modern and has stainless steel appliances and all the utensils needed to cook like at home.

At the ample terrace, you’ll find the pool and a BBQ to grill while the sun sets, sip cocktails at the pool, or just tell funny stories while resting in the chairs. There is a table for 4 to enjoy eating outside or playing cards.

On the first floor, there is a bedroom with a king-size bed, access to the pool, and a desk area, in case you are working remotely. There is a full shared bathroom with a shower. You will find an extra TV room in case the kids or teenagers prefer a space of their own and the two sofa beds offer space for 2 people each.

The rest of the bedrooms are on the second floor, two with king-size beds and one bunk bed for up to three with a shared bathroom, and plenty of room for storage. The master bedroom features a walk-in closet and a full bathroom with double vanity. All of them offer plenty of natural light that you can control with the blackout curtains.

This vacation home is perfect for those who are looking for a minimalistic and convenient home, close enough to the beach yet far to enjoy the tranquility of the tropical forest.

The property is full A/C, there are 3 Smart TVs of 50 inches each, one in the living room, one downstairs in the second living room, and one in the master bedroom. It also has a very modern LG washer and dryer.

We provide many bonus items for our guests such as folding beach chairs, a beach cooler, beach towels, salt, pepper, cooking oil, soaps, and shampoo.

In order to maintain the security that everyone deserves, it is necessary to present the identification of the person who made the reservation at the time of check-in. We greatly appreciate your support.

About the area

Dos Ríos 20 is situated amongst nature and within a private, secure community, close to many area beaches, yet far enough away from tourists and noise!
It is located within the 750-acre development of Mar Vista in Flamingo Beach--amenities include tennis, an ocean-view clubhouse with an infinity pool, jacuzzi, swim-up bar, an amazing on-site restaurant (Gracia), gym, hiking and biking trails, a yoga deck, and 24/7 security.

Flamingo Beach is part of the Costa Rican Riviera and is located only 1.5 miles from the property. Flamingo boasts a beautiful mile-long white sand beach with a mild current and tide.
This beach is perfect for swimming and sunning. One of the world’s most famous surfing beaches, Playa Grande, is only 45 minutes by car, and the bustling surf town of Tamarindo is close enough to offer you more fun shopping, surf classes, and a bountiful selection of restaurants and nightspots.

• A security deposit/authorization of $1000 is due at CHECK-IN and can only be secured via CREDIT CARD (note that security deposits are refunded 3 business days after check out unless there are missing or damaged items).
• Maid service is available upon request for an additional fee of $55
• DRONES PROHIBITED: Please note that the use of drones is completely prohibited due to the regulations of this complex; it is considered a privacy violation.
