Welcome to Dos Rios #19, a brand-new home located in the Mar Vista community in Playa Flamingo. Experience total luxury and comfort while surrounded by the tropics at their finest. Experience wonderful forest views from your private pool! Hear the local Howler monkeys as they wind their way through the dry tropical forest surrounding Casa Dos Rios.
This new 3 Bedroom, 3.5-bathroom home is located 50 minutes from the Liberia International Airport. Dos Rios 19 is a single-level home with a split floor plan and is perfect for couples, families, and friends and sleeps 7-8 comfortably. The master bedroom has a King bed with top-of-the-line mattress and linens, A/C, a full bathroom with a walk-in shower, closet, digital safe, and ceiling fan. The second bedroom has a queen bed, comfortable mattresses and linens, a closet, A/C, and a full bathroom. The 3rd bedroom has a twin over full-size bunk bed and a full bathroom. There is also a half bath off the main living area. There is an additional futon sofa in the living area for an additional guest.
There is reliable high-speed WiFi at the house as well as a Satellite TV and a washer and dryer. The gourmet kitchen features a breakfast bar, stainless steel appliances, wood cabinetry, and granite countertops. The main living area has a dining area as well as plenty of seating and a 50" LED Smart TV, and A/C. The master and guest bedrooms have a smart TV as well as access through the sliding doors to the private covered terrace area and pool. The terrace area has pool loungers as well as a dining table! The infinity edge pool is a lap pool as well and has nice ocean and forest views! There is a large stainless steel BBQ grill for your personal use. All of this while surrounded in a pristine jungle environment amongst nature and within a private, secure community, close to many area beaches, yet far enough away from the tourists and noise!
The house is fully equipped for a great vacation and includes beach chairs, a cooler, beach towels, also complimentary amenities such as coffee, spices, cooking oil, shampoo, and soap.
In order to maintain the security that everyone deserves, it is necessary to present the identification of the person who made the reservation at the time of check-in. We greatly appreciate your support.
About the area
This new home is located within the 900-acre development of Mar Vista in Flamingo Beach--amenities include tennis, an ocean view clubhouse with an infinity pool, a jacuzzi, a swim-up bar and restaurant, hiking and biking trails, a yoga deck, and 24/7 security. If you ever need anything during your vacation, we are in the same community and are happy to assist you with anything you may need!
Flamingo Beach is part of the Costa Rican Riviera and is located only 1.5 miles from the property. Flamingo boasts a beautiful mile-long white sand beach with a mild current and tide. This beach is perfect for swimming and sunning. One of the world’s most famous surfing beaches Playa Grande is only 45 minutes by car and the bustling surf town of Tamarindo is close enough to offer you more fun shopping, surf classes, and a bountiful selection of restaurants and nightspots. We recommend a rental car for this area to get around with ease. We can assist in setting up car rentals, airport transfers, tours, at-home services, and more!

Cancellation Policy
Down payment and processing fee are non-refundable. If you cancel more than 30 days before your arrival date and we are able to re-rent the property for your dates at the same rate to another group, we will be happy to refund you 100% minus a 5% cancellation fee. There are NO refunds for holiday weeks and early departures, date changes, late arrivals or no-shows. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival are completely non-refundable.
Deposit Policy
50% down to reserve with balance due 30 days before arrival. We require a credit card authorization on the day of check in for Security Deposit. This authorization drops off within 72 hours after check out if everything is in satisfactory condition.

"Excellent séjour."
Nous avons passé un séjour en famille très agréable. La maison est récente et tout est neuf, il y a beaucoup d'espace pour chacun, nous avons aprecié la grande cuisine avec la vue sur l'océan et la piscine. À l'heure du coucher du soleil la vue sur l'océan est magique. Du living room on peut voir les singes dans les arbres. Nous avons pu profiter du court de tennis de Mar Vista et la superbe plage de Flamingo est à 5 minutes en voiture. C'est un lieu idéal pour visiter la région. Notre Hôte Rebecca a été parfaite et nous a organisé des activités. Nous espérons pouvoir revenir à nouveau dans le futur.

We really had a great time staying at Dos Rios 19. Great views, private, safe! We love Mar Vista and the people. We ate a couple nights at the Mar Vista restaurant (Gracia) and highly recommend for lunch, dinner or happy hour! Also met Edgar the tennis pro for the community at the tennis courts and had a lesson with him. Top notch! We’ll be back!
"Gorgeous Home"
I had a fantastic stay. The views were gorgeous and could be enjoyed while swimming in your own private infinity pool. The house itself is very spacious and nicely laid out with very elegant furniture. You could easily stay in the house with eight other people and feel very comfortable. Not only is the house amazing but the neighborhood itself is wonderful. The clubhouse has fantastic food with a great view. And if you want to go for a post lunch swim you can! The gated community allows you to feel safe and all the people inside the community are so friendly. The location of the house is great too because it’s only a 5 min drive to Playa Flamingo and Playa Conchal. There are so many other beaches near by that you can explore as well. I had a great stay and highly recommend this house for other families to come and enjoy too.
