This 6 bedroom plus 1 bedroom apartment Mediterranean style house is perfect for up to 14 people comfortably accommodated. Just 15 stairs are between you and the white soft sand of the one of most beautiful beaches in Costa Rica: Flamingo.
The house is located right in front of Flamingo beach and surrounded by luscious green, which will make you feel immersed in this beautiful scenery. The wooden-vaulted ceilings give a warm atmosphere that welcomes you to relax and enjoy. The subdued color and abundant wide windows are thought to give tones of natural light and fill the house with the breeze of the tropics.
The house has a master bedroom upstairs overlooking the ocean, it has a king-sized bedroom, a living room with a smart TV with cable, and a large Master bathroom with a hot tub. Downstairs you'll find five more bedrooms, 1 bedroom with a queen -sized bed and its own full bathroom, 2 bedrooms with 1 queen -sized bed each one sharing a full bathroom, and two more bedrooms with 2 single beds each one sharing a full bathroom. Totally separate from the house there is a 1-bedroom apartment with a King -sized bed, living area, and full bathroom. All of them with top-of-the-lines mattresses and lines for you to rest very comfortably and wake up brand new.
Among the amenities, you'll enjoy an infinity edge pool overlooking the beach, the Flamingo Marina is located at the south end of the bay. The house is close enough to everything, the top-rated restaurant Coco Loco is located only 500 meters away.
There is free high-speed WiFi all around. The house is fully equipped for a great vacation and includes beach chairs, a cooler, and beach towels, also complimentary amenities such as coffee, spices, cooking oil, shampoo, and soap.
You'll find the right mix of fun and relaxation you are looking for your dream vacation. Casa de la Playa is certainly the right spot.
In order to maintain the security that everyone deserves, it is necessary to present the identification of the person who made the reservation at the time of check-in. We greatly appreciate your support.
Pet Friendly
Your dog is very welcome to this unit! In case you want to travel with your beloved four-paws friend, there are three basic rules:
- An extra refundable deposit of $500 is needed in case of any damage.
- We must clean a bit more after you pet that’s why an extra cleaning fee of $75 is required.
- And your pet must be submitted to a pre-approval process.
*No puppies or pets different from dogs are allowed.

Cancellation Policy
Down payment and processing fee are non-refundable. If you cancel more than 30 days before your arrival date and we are able to re-rent the property for your dates at the same rate to another group, we will be happy to refund you 100% minus a 5% cancellation fee. There are NO refunds for holiday weeks and early departures, date changes, late arrivals or no-shows. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival are completely non-refundable.
Deposit Policy
50% down to reserve with balance due 30 days before arrival. We require a credit card authorization on the day of check in for Security Deposit. This authorization drops off within 72 hours after check out if everything is in satisfactory condition.

We had a great week at Playa Flamingo! The property was private and right on the beach. The views were amazing and the pool was a great place to relax. Our group had a terrific time and were able to eat dinner on the terrace to watch the sunset. We had two kids under 4 and we were able to keep they occupied with the beach and pool. We even ate mangos from the tree located on the property. Would stay again if back in Playa Flamingo!
This house is the GEM of Playa Flamingo! The online photos do not do this house justice! The setting is spectular, the sunsets amazing!
Our family group was 13 - 10 adults and three children under the age of 3. The house gave everyone private space and abundant outdoor space! The pool, beach and overall layout of the house was amazingly private! The interior furnishings were confortable, not fuzzy - perfect for a large group.
The three rotating security guards were so nice, they gave us the addeded security of leaving our windows and doors open all the time. The cleaning crew was friendly and efficient!
Alexandra Arguedas, the house Property Manager was very helpful and always available for all of our needs. She recommened Chef Karen, the singing chef, who prepared fabulous meals every night for our group.
Its going to be very difficult to replicated this house/setting for our next family trip in another country!

The pictures did not do this space justice - we are already planning our return trip. The house and casita were spacious and offered privacy. The views are stunning. The onsite staff were incredibly helpful and made our stay even better. The beach access was great and I particularly enjoyed relaxing in the pool that overlooked the beach! Alex was incredibly responsive and arranged an onsite chef for us for a dinner, which we all enjoyed.

This house is absolutely amazing! We had 11 in our party and everyone had a fantastic time. We order our groceries and did multiple activities, all lined up through the concierge, and they came directly to the house and they were all incredible. We strongly recommend for large parties or families. A special thanks to Alexandria for the great care!

This Airbnb was quite amazing! I felt that the photos of the surroundings didn’t do the place justice, it was so beautiful. The house is very nice and gives off beach vibes. We had a group of 9 and it allowed us all to have space and privacy on our own when we wanted as well as group gatherings. There is always security at the house/around the house so we felt very safe as well as peaceful. The home sits a little higher off of the beach but had direct beach access going downstairs. We were able to watch beautiful sunsets, saw whales, stingrays, and hummingbirds on the property. Flamingo Beach itself wasn’t very touristy (mid August 2023) and felt like we got to enjoy our vacation without feeling like we were in a packed area, that itself made the trip better. The beach was beautiful and the water was perfect to swim in. We had a chef (Karen the Singing Chef) for breakfast and dinner every day who cooked whatever we wanted, her food was amazing and I HIGHLY recommend her and her team.

Overall this was a great place to stay with really great views and close proximity to the beach. The cleaning staff and 24hr attendant were also really good and made us feel really comfortable with out stay. The house overall could really use some general maintenance and upkeep as many of the exterior lights were not working and in several areas needed some attention. The kitchen could use a few more items like hot pads to enable safer cooking.
The setup and bedrooms worked really well for our large family group and everyone had the space that they needed to either be along or for us to be together as a larger group.

Perfect view and location!! The kitchen is well equipped. The hot water is lukewarm at best. The bathrooms need updated, towel rod come off the wall. No umbrella at the pool which is a bummer. Great snorkeling at your door step. Staff is awesome. Karen the singing chief is amazing!!!! She is well worth the money.

Great location on the beach!! Great pool with lots of outdoor space. Rooms are clean and simple with lots of rooms/bathrooms for large groups. Each room with air conditioning. Large kitchen with plenty of refrigerator space and well stocked with dishes/cooking items.
