The whole apartment has a minimalistic and clean design with a calming color palette that creates a tranquil atmosphere, perfect for restful nights, and offers sea views.

The apartment is fully equipped with A/C, ceiling fans, Smart TV with streaming or cable, and high-speed internet, as well as a laundry room for your convenience. There is one spot for parking available in the driveway.

About the Area

Flamingo Beach is part of the Costa Rican Riviera and boasts a beautiful mile-long white sand beach with a mild current and tide. Just steps to the beach, and within walking distance to the new Flamingo Marina and the famous Coco Loco Restaurant, it is also surrounded by lots of food options and shops, this property is very conveniently located and comfortable!
This beach is perfect for swimming and sunning. One of the world’s most famous surfing beaches, Playa Grande, is about 40 minutes by car, and the bustling surf town of Tamarindo is close enough to offer you more fun shopping, surf classes, and a bountiful selection of restaurants and nightspots.

• Yard and/or pool maintenance visits are conducted throughout the week, usually in the morning.
• A security deposit/authorization of $750 is due at CHECK-IN. It can only be secured via CREDIT CARD (note that security deposits are refunded 5 business days after check out unless there are missing or damaged items).
• Enjoy vacations even more with our maid service available for an additional fee of $55 taxes included.
• DRONES PROHIBITED: Please note that the use of drones is prohibited due to the regulations of this complex; it is considered a privacy violation.
• This is a non-smoking property.
