Flamingo Estates 18 is a two-level home and is perfect for couples, families, and friends. The main level of the home features a bedroom and full bathroom with a king bed, office, laundry room, kitchen, and living and dining area. Upstairs you will find 2 bedrooms, each with its own full bathroom with a walk-in shower, as well as access to a private covered terrace. There is reliable high-speed WiFi at the house as well as cable TV and Washer and dryer. The gourmet kitchen features a breakfast bar, stainless steel appliances, wood cabinetry, and granite countertops. The main living area has a dining area as well as plenty of seating and a 50" LED Smart TV, and A/C. The living area has access to the garden and private palapa area and pool. The terrace area has pool loungers.

Flamingo Beach is part of the Costa Rican Riviera and is located only 1.5 miles from the property. Flamingo boasts a beautiful mile-long white sand beach with a mild current and tide. This beach is perfect for swimming and sunning. One of the worldโs most famous surfing beaches Playa Grande is only 45 minutes by car and the bustling surf town of Tamarindo is close enough to offer you more fun shopping, surf classes, and a bountiful selection of restaurants and nightspots. We recommend a rental car for this area to get around with ease. We can assist in setting up car rentals, airport transfers, tours, at-home services, and more! We hope to have you as our guests.
