A fairytale house, close to flamingo beach, and equipped with everything you may need. Wonderful infinity pool with an oceanic view to the pacific. Will always be my choice on next trip. Alexandra was very hospitable and helpful, and arranged for us all the activities we wished to do.

This home is beautiful and we would have loved to stay again if the issues with the home were handled properly.
Communication between and property management company was not prompt nor professional.
Items that are stated as included are only available by rent (example:pack n play).
Most importantly, we were without water for the majority of the stay. When we did have water it was barely trickling out of the faucets. Unable to shower, flush toilets, cook, wash dishes or clothes, etc.

Place was 100% awesome. We will be back. The house is everything you would expect when looking at the photos (which isn’t always the case, in my opinion). Check in and communication w Alejandro was easy and spot on. Could not have asked for a better experience. I have already recommended this place to a few friends.

This rental property is amazing! Very private! It has everything you need just buy your groceries and you are good to go! The bedrooms were great, very clean. Kitchen is fully stocked and they even provide you with detergent and softener for your clothes. The pool is spectacular! Amazing views, but the pumps shut down at night (not much of a problem though). We had no kids it was four of us so it was the perfect stay! It is somewhat at the top of a mountain like the outskirts. What’s around it is just a few stores but if you really want the touristic place (tamarindo) it is about 30-45 minutes away. I highly recommend to take the time and make it to tamarindo. Hope this review helps!

Totally recommend this place. It’s absolutely amazing!!! Location, view, accommodations, communication, cleanliness, and gorgeous. Super safe and convenient. We had the absolute best time!

Casa Rosa is a beautiful house with the most breathtaking view of the Pacific Ocean! It was the perfect size for my sisters, my mother and I. The staff of Bluewater Properties, from Becky Clower, the concierge, Marcela, our driver, to our housekeeper, Marisa, were all very pleasant to work with. They really did their best to make our stay enjoyable! Our driver was there at the airport before we even landed. The van was very nice, clean, comfortable, and very roomy. Our driver even helped us shop for groceries on our way to the villa. Marcela was at the villa when we arrived and showed us around. Casa Rosa made us feel very relaxed, we didn't even want to leave and sight-see. Concierge also arranged for in-home massages for us, and all three masseuses were terrific! Casa Rosa is well-appointed, the ground is well -maintained, with a nice infinity pool. We also felt very safe as the guardhouse was right across the street from the villa. We had a couple of nights of private chef dinner cooked for us at the villa by the chef and owner of the local restaurant Coco Loco. It was just so nice and relaxing to enjoy cocktails by the pool, enjoying the beautiful sunset. My sisters and I didn't want to leave. The only thing somewhat negative I can say is the plastic dishes. I understand that you want to use plastic plastic plates and tumblers by the pool for safety reason, but I wish the dishes were not so old, scuffed and cracked. We were very hesitant to use them as bacterias could be living between the cracks. Anyway, I hope they will replace them with a new set. And maybe add more dinner ware set. Also, there were two coffee makers, but we were only able to use the smaller one that makes 2-3 cups. The bigger one didn't work. I guess we could have told Marcela or Marisa, and they probably would have done something about it, but we just never did. I still rate Casa Rosa as 5-stars overall. My sisters and I all agreed that we will come back. Thank you again to Becky, Marcela and Marisa, and our wonderful driver (I forgot his name). We hope to visit and stay at Casa Rosa again in the not so distant future!

This was not the first property that we chose for our trip in Nov 2018, however the first property that we booked was unavailable, so Blue Water Properties offered us Casa Rosa instead. I was a little disappointed at first, as I had been looking forward for a year to staying at the property that I initially chose, but any disappointment that I felt was immediately forgotten once we walked into the door at Casa Rosa! First Impressions: When we walked in the door, we literally all dropped our bags and said "wow". The floor to ceiling windows overlooking the pool and beach were unbelievable. We couldn't get into our bathing suits fast enough to hit the pool! House The house is huge - there were 4 uf us (2 couples) and we joked that each couple had their own "wing" of the house! The bedrooms were all very large, lots of storage, tastefully decorated and the bathrooms were fully stocked with everything we needed. There was plenty of space and privacy for everyone. The common ares (dining, living room etc) were also very spacious, laid out perfectly and there was more than enough space for 4 of us to socialize when we wanted to. The house is on a hill just up the road from the beach. It's in a private, gated community and we felt very safe on the property. Casa Rosa itself is also gated and has security/door alarms and a safe to store valuables. The security guard station is directly across from the house, so you'll feel very secure in Costa Rica if staying at Casa Rosa. Pool/Outdoor Area The pool was perfect! It's an infinity pool and we spent most nights in the pool, enjoying a drink and watching the sunsets. We even found a few pool noodles and ball to play with in the pool. There's a covered ranchero area with dining table and big BBQ. We cooked and dined outside pretty much every night. There are 4 loungers poolside, with a few side tables, and that was a welcome spot to have coffee and read by the pool. There are also a few chairs and small couch outside the kitchen/master bedroom to chill in. There's a lovely garden surrounding the entire house and it really adds to the feeling of being in paradise! Overall, we were very impressed with Casa Rosa and Blue Water Properties. They were even kind enough to bring a birthday cake and bottle of wine (as we had come to celebrate my birthday). BWP's also helped provide info on tours etc. I can't thank them enough for helping to make my birthday and our vacation one of the best I've ever had.

If you’re planning a stay in Flaming Beach, this home is perfect. Flamingo Beach is an upscale area, and this home is stunning. It has three bedrooms with en suite bathrooms plus an extra powder room. We enjoyed lounging by the infinity pool overlooking the beach. The wildlife was special with visits from giant lizards, humming birds, parrots and more. The WiFi in the house was high speed, and we were able to stream Netflix throughout. Becky, the owner of the Property Mgmt company, is fantastic. She is extremely responsive and will do everything in her power to make sure you are happy during your stay. We had a fantastic visit and highly recommend this home and Blue Water Properties.

My family of four stayed at Casa Rosa for seven days. From the moment we entered in the main foyer of this wonderful home, we were completely blown away at the views. The home sits on a bluff overlooking the beachfront and the beautiful Costa Rican greenery surrounding the property. The home has everything needed for a comfortable stay. Nothing was missed on the luxuries provided in this home. Every room has a ceiling fan and air conditioned throughout, so personal comfort was a nice touch. Hearing Howler monkeys in the trees and seeing iguanas as we walked down the pathway to the beach was a great treat. We found the town of Flamingo a nice quite picturesque area and with towns such as Tamarindo (more night life) only a close 25 minute car ride away. It was truly hard to get up and leave the home to explore Costa Rica every day, since this home has everything to just enjoy and relax (infinity pool, spacious lounging around the pool, grilling, sunset views, etc.). An added bonus to the stay was having Blue Water Properties assisting in any way needed. From the personal tour of the property upon arrival to booking excursions (we did Ziplining-La Fortuna, Mistico Hanging Bridges, Deep sea fishing), all handled by the staff at Blue Water. This was a truly amazing vacation for our family and having the Blue Water Properties staff to work with made this possible. Highly recommend the property and all the great people associated with it.

irst off, Blue Water Properties' customer service was outstanding, always available, attentive and professional. Fiorella, Marcello, Marcella and Olga were outstanding. The house is beautifully decorated and well appointed. The views from the pool and patio are are STUNNING!!, even the view of the skies at night !!!. The outdoor living space is very comfortable and has areas for shade as well. I would recommend this house to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway. We have stayed at other private homes at Playa Flamingo and have never worried about our safety. However, CASA ROSA has a high tech security system for both the inside and outside of the home, with a gated entrance that has an automatic gate open/close feature. At dusk, a security guard sits outside the home across the street for added security for all the homes in this area. However, we NEVER felt worried or unsafe at any time. We rented a golf cart and it was perfect for what we needed, we traveled easily from Potrero to Conchal using the golf cart . There is a market about 5K away with any staples you may need.

First of all, the rental agency was great to work with and they organized all of our transportation to and from the airport, our car rental, and all of our tour activities. Everything went very smooth. As for the house, the views of Playa Flamingo from the pool and patio areas are worth the price of admission! The house was comfortable, perfectly maintained and the decorations gave it a tropical touch. The house has all the modern necessities including A/C in every room. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were beautiful. From the pool patio, we saw everything from parrots to monkeys in the trees along the hillside. The house is up on a hill overlooking Playa Flamingo (Thus the incredible views), so a rental car is almost a necessity, although we made the 5-10 minute walk down to the beach and restaurants to avoid the hassle of parking. Would not hesitate to rent this house again!Recommended for: Families with Young Children, Sightseeing, Adventure Seekers, Romantic Getaway, Families with Teenagers.

My family (3 kids) had a great vacation at Casa Rosa. The property was immaculate and the Blue Water team did a great job of managing all the logistics. The property is very convenient to Playa Flamingo and in a great location. The views are stunning. Highly recommend anyone staying rents a car to be able to easily venture out.

This home is beautiful! The home is beautifully decorated and is equipped with everything you would need. The kitchen has every gadget and the home provides towels and linens. The home is equipped with wifi and an alarm system. The best part of this home...the amazing views! Pictures cannot capture the magnificence of this view. Being able to lay by the infinity pool and take in your surroundings is the perfect end to a day on the beach. The home is in a great location to several beaches and numerous restaurants. Bluewater Properties was very easy to work with. They had someone take us to the home and show us around. One evening we lost water and Blue Water Properties was very easy to reach to report the issue to and provide us with a resolution. This home is so comfortable and has a spa like feel. It is so comfortable, we didn't want to leave! We enjoyed every minute we spent here. This home has three bedrooms and three full baths. The rooms are large in size. This home would be great for families or couples looking for a getaway. I can't say enough great things about this home. We loved it and will return to Casa Rosa!

We had a great vacation at Casa Rosa. The home is very well appointed. The pool and outdoor space had great views of Flamingo and Flamingo Beach. It is a 5 minute walk to the beach which is perfect. Would highly recommend.

Just returned from a spectacular couple of weeks at Casa Rosa. I echo the other reviews. The house is much nicer than the pictures convey. Whoever did the interior decorating has amazing talent and a very large budget. The attention to detail and taste made us feel that we were in a museum. Every detail is first class. Great infinity pool and a well thought out outdoor living area with plenty of shade. This was our 5th trip to Costa Rica and our 3rd at Flamingo Beach. We will be back. The walk to the beach wasn't bad at all and the walk back up the hill is moderate for anyone in decent shape. We walked into town everyday and to the beach twice a day. Bluewater properties was very professional and responsive. I would recommend this house to anyone.

My family and I feel blessed that the owners of this wonderful vacation home made it available in the short term rental market. We have stayed at numerous home rentals in island and beach locations and Casa Rosa by far is the crown jewell of them all. This house has a complete well-stocked kitchen, every utensil or appliance or serviceware you need is available and all of good quality. The bedrooms are large and the linens and towels in the bedrooms and bathrooms are superb quality and the beds are all super comfortable. Each bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom and they are large and spa like in their design. A very luxurious feel. The main living area of this single level home is large, open and has great views out to the veranda, pool and ocean below. Did I say that the furnishings were very comfortable? They are very inviting after a full day of activities and sun when you are cooling down. Speaking of the outside pool area, it has very comfortable patio funiture for relaxing or dining, how can you not spend a lot of time here?(writing this review now in one of the chaises, looking out on that great ocean view!) and the infinity pool is a nice depth and great for cooling off while watching the sportfishing and sailboats cruise the water. The management company, Blue Water Properties, has been very good to work with and they have a great concierge service that will help you book tours and answer questions on sites to see and restaurants in the area. You can book all your tours while sipping a cold drink next to the pool and the tours will pick you up and reture you right to the house. All of these things make you feel like you are at a high-end resort, but with the space, comfort and relxation of a personal home. Please do yourself a favor and stay at Casa Rosa if coming to Flamingo Beach area! It is worth it!

My family and I stayed here for a Thanksgiving getaway/wedding celebration and had an amazing time. Not only did my parents, grandmother and sister enjoy the home but my husband and I, along with our son, had the time of our lives at Casa Rosa. Not only was BlueWater Properties extremely helpful in making our stay as easy and stress-free as possible, they also did not disappoint on the comfort of our living arrangements for the week. Each bedroom was wonderful in size and the kitchen allowed us to cook a lot of our meals during the week. The views and pool were stunning and it was just a short walk down 3 hills (may be too steep for some) to get to the ocean. The only thing I can think of that may have been a drawback is the tile outside that was extremely slippery when wet so we had to be really careful when walking around. Though we would have been anyway with a pool right off our back patio. All tours and transportation were easily booked through the concierge at BlueWater Properties, who was always accessible and eager to help in any way possible. An amazing vacation and we will certainly contact BlueWater again for our next trip to Costa Rica!
