We really enjoyed our stay at Alejandro’s sunrise. Went with our 16 month old and the location made it great. Right across the street from the beach which made it easy for morning walks or quick trips. Pool was very nice for a toddler and cooling off mid day. It was set back enough that the complex was quiet but always saw people around relaxing or walking on. The staff greeted us everytime we came and went, and helped us to our spot when we first arrived. We said multiple times during the trip that the condo was great. We would stay again!

Nadie nos esperaba para hacer el chek in y nunca vino nadie a explicarnos el funcionamiento del departamento, cuando llegamos un guardia nos llevó a un departamento equivocado por que la anfitriona no nos contestaba,
Las fotos que muestran, como la del cuarto principal tiene la cortina cerrada , por que la vista da al estacionamiento, y se ve poco y nada la playa detrás de unos techos vecinos,
Y me dijeron que el departamento estaba en el segundo piso y no fue así, estaba en el primero desde donde se escuchaban todos los ruidos de la pileta,
El departamento estaba perfecto, todo nuevo y todo muy lindo y limpio y para los que les gusta estar cerca de lo comercial estaría perfecto por qué está en pleno centro cerca de todos los restaurantes y comercios
Lo mejor de todo y para destacar fue la amabilidad del señor Rodrigo que me escuchó todo esto y me hizo un descuento por todas estas cuestiones.

Great flat, right next to the surfing area and very close to centre of town.

Alejandro was a wonderful host and his place was in the perfect location to walk to beach or visit shops and restaurants.

We stayed here for 3 days with a family of five. Loved the condo, the pool outside, and location steps from the beach and plenty of good restaurants. Would definitely stay here again when we back. Thank you.

This place was the perfect location for our stay in Tamarindo. It was right across the street from the beach and had several restaurants within a 1-2 minute walk. It was spacious and comfortable for our family of four and had everything we needed for our stay. We would definitely go back again.

The condo was fantastic. The location could not be better, approximately 2 minutes walk to beach, pool side was really nice 24hr security make you feel safe

We stayed at the Sunrise for a family vaction. The condo was well maintained and as described. The pool was great and location is good near the primary surfing/swimming beach.

We absolutely loved Alejandro’s place!!! The view and comfort was extremely nice on the balconies! The view of the pool was great. The pool itself was wonderful, and we especially liked the waterfall. The size and the rooms and the beds were perfect for a family of four, and the beds were actually extremely comfortable! Having towels for both the pool and showering was excellent. Having a washer and dryer was extremely helpful! The proximity to the beach was exceptional! We also really liked having responsive climate control in the apartment. The WiFi was functional and good speed. We also felt very safe because of the front gate to the property and the security guards. Lastly, despite being so close to everything, it was still very quiet, even if we did hear howler monkeys one morning!!! Thank you!!!

Alejandro’s place is in a great location. Literally cross the street and you are in the central part of Tamarindo beach.

Banana surf shop, across the street, had good prices relative to others for lessons and out teenagers enjoyed their instructor.

The apartment has everything you will need from kitchenwares, to beach chairs, to extra towels and linens and more.

This is a very good place to stay in Tamarindo.

Alejandro was responsive and our stay was very pleasant. The rooms were very clean on arrival and was close to everything in town. The beach was right accross the street and the pool was also very nice. The family had a great time and we appreciate all of the accommodations. Would recommend and would stay here again. Thank you.

Let’s talk about location, location, location! This condo is walkable to everything and anything in Tamarindo…especially the beach. The condo is clean, lots of space and has ocean views from the balcony. Security to enter the complex makes it really safe and secure. Restaurants, bars and mini supermarkets are just a few minutes walk. We would definitely stay again!

Great stay, wish we could have stayed longer! From waking up with the view of the ocean, to being located steps from a great little grocery store, to a 2 min walk to the beach - we loved every moment! The condo is bright and clean, and the two balconies are a treat. Towels and sheets were spotless and the beds very comfortable. There were beach chairs and a boogie board we used, thank you!

The only word of concern: the traffic at the main road is pretty busy when trying to cross the road to go to the beach and back, but that is just because Tamarindo is a popular destination that was not designed by civil engineers

Great spot and central location to do all things in Tamarindo. Pool was nice too if the beach got a little too crowded in the busy season.

Great spot in Tamarindo with awesome views of sunset from the porch, living room and primary bedroom. Elevator access to get to the third floor. Awesome access through pin pad to get in/out. Very responsive!

Amazing location and very clean. Have no the washer and dryer in the unit is a life saver. Getting in and out was easy and Alejandro was very nice and clear with instructions.

Great week in Tamarindo enjoying our stay at Alejandro’s. We enjoyed the convenience to everything! The live music from the nearby The Burger Joint was a pleasure for evenings at the pool relaxing! The condo and the resort were great for our family!

Convenient to everything in Tamarindo. The beach, grocery store, restaurants, yoga, horseback riding, catamaran day trips to name a few. Beds were comfortable and had nice sheets. Good place to rent.

Really clean, comfy beds and well stocked place. Very close to the beach and lots of good places to eat near as well. Had a fab time there - pool is also very big and we never had any issues getting a deck chair or space to swim. Would definitely recommend

Great sized condo with everything you could need like plenty of towels and beach towels. Comfy beds and a great location. Easy to use code for the door so you don’t have to worry about having a key on you at all times. Great location with all kinds of amazing places to eat within walking distance. Walk the beach for the best beach restaurants. I would stay there again.

The kitchen is awesome, it has everything u need and very organized. The location is amazing, I was able to take 1 of the 4 beach chairs over to sunset every night. I tried booking place again but not available for my dates.

Excellent location and property, could not be more happy! Checkin and communication was easy and the condo was very comfortable and had all the amenities you want for a family stay at the beach.

We traveled around Costa Rica for three weeks and this was the best placed that we stayed!!! The beds were so comfortable, the location was close to everything, the AC worked and the temperature was very comfortable. Great view to top it off!!! Would definitely stay here again!

One of the best rental I have stay in Tamarindo and world wide. 5 star amenities, extremely clean, convenient location, you will feel right at home. Perfect for family or a group of friends come to visit Tamarindo and surrounding area. The staffs are professional and friendly and with immediate respond on any issue you might have. Highly recommended. You might find rentals little bid cheaper, but the welcome package (snack, fruits and basic cooking condiments), the comfortable bedding and great location is Unparalleled to any other property.

A to Z, this place was amazing. The condo had everything you need, the check-in, the info prior to check-in, the property, it was all perfecto! The town is awesome, the food was great, Sunrise Condos are right in the middle of everything! 100% highly recommend!
