What a great place to spend a few days when in Tamarindo.
The condo was very spacious and clean. The memory foam king bed in the Master bedroom was very comfortable. The unit had central ac which made for a comfortable temperature inside considering how hot it was outside.
The location was perfect. We didn’t need our vehicle the whole time we stayed there.
The amazing beach is right across the street and all the restaurants and shops are walking distance. The beach chairs were great to have.

Will definitely book here again when coming back to Costa Rica!

Clean furniture, bed linens, comfortable king bed, great AC in primary bedroom, living room and kitchen
We didn’t cook but it had all the utensils and amenities we needed
No unexpected smells! Except in fridge upon arrival - maybe a bad vinegar cleaning smell - baking soda fixed it fast
Really enjoyed our stay here!

Cons:
furniture, floors, bathrooms, linens were clean - the unit could use a good wipe down/fresh paint. Not dirty, just needs refresh.
We were hesitant to use elevator bc another guest got stuck for an hour
Bedroom with twin beds got hotter than we like, fan helped and kids slept good

Great location and nice condo! one thing to note is that I wouldn’t rely on the use of the pull out bed for a guest as it is extremely uncomfortable! Otherwise, overall nice stay.

we loved everything about the condo. it was more spacious than we expected. we had a adults and 3 teenagers and the place was big enough for all of us. the pool was hit for the teens . we loved having our morning coffee on the balcony with the ocean view. the kitchen was well equipped with everything for us to cook simple meals. we have nothing to complain. everything was great. we will definitely return and recommend this to anyone.

Sunrise is a well maintained property with a beautiful pool and perfect proximity to the beach. Top that off with a great host and you have an amazing family vacation. The condo is VERY spacious! Plenty of room for an adult family of 5 that likes to pack heavy. It is well appointed with everything we needed for the stay including plenty of kitchen ware (even a toaster oven!), a grill, beach towels, 5 beach chairs, a great AC system...all just like or better than the posting, The penthouse view of the pool and ocean from the balcony is just gorgeous. I could go on and on raving about the property. I can't thank Alejandro and team enough for helping us out of jamb with these amazing accommodations!

Beautiful view. Beautiful place. Neighbors below did complain about us being on the terrace and simply playing cards at 11 pm, but otherwise all good.

Paid a fairly large amount, nearly $500/nite. Tamarindo is expensive so maybe it was market. Deal killer was the facilities--AC made too much noise; toilet was not functioning; things like the dishes and cups, were well-used. Believe Owner would benefit from upgrading the place with "new stuff"-- not that expensive when compared to the per nite fees.

Nice view, great pool for adults and toddlers, and close to beach and all the restaurants!

We had a very nice stay in Tamarindo and this Condo was in an excellent location, right off the beach, within walking distance of many excellent restaurants, a grocery store, tour companies & shopping and very safe feeling. The condo is located on the 4th floor over looking the pool towards the beach/ocean view. The condo is older, but very clean. Beds were very comfortable, laundry was nice to have available. This is a three bedroom, master with its own bath and the other two bedrooms share a bathroom. We never sat inside, we we’re always on the balcony, which is very nice. Grill worked great on the balcony. I would probably stay again here if returning to this location again.

Perfect location for relaxation and dining. Beach is 5 minute walk. Air conditioner worked great and was comfortable.

My family and I really enjoyed staying at Alejandro's beautiful condo! It had a beautiful view of the ocean and overlooked the pool! The place was nicely decorated and the beds were comfortable. It was nice to have air conditioning.

What an amazing spot! The view from the balcony is what makes this unit so special. There is a feel of paradise as you look out over the pool and then the ocean just beyond. The condo complex is secure, clean and well landscaped.
Getting to the beach is a breeze - you just walk across the street.
The unit itself has a beautiful well equipped kitchen and the convenience of a washer and dryer.
The master bedroom is a gem with a large king sized bed and lots of extra space. All of the beds and pillows were exceptional. A good night’s sleep is critical for a great stay. We appreciated the convenience of having beach towels and a cooler for guest use. We recommend this location for a great stay in Tamarindo.

Great place with an amazing view! Super clean, conveniently located by the beach, food and grocery stores. Every little thing you need is here to make the stay that much enjoyable. We would definitely stay this place again.

This place is beautiful and such good value. Great location right in the centre of town. Hosts were very communicative and easy check in/ out. Overall would highly recommend staying here

Beautiful place, excellent location!!

The pictures just don’t capture how great this place actually is! Everything is accurate in the listing and communication was perfect with the hosts. The wifi is excellent if you’re working or doing video meetings. I didn’t use my car the whole time here - tours do pickup from this location and you have so much in walking distance. Great place, go book it!

Alejandro and his team were absolutely amazing. The condo was exactly as pictured/described and the location can't be beat. I 10/10 would recommend this listing to anyone and will be staying here the next time I return to Tamarindo.

This is an amazing place to stay. You can sit on the balcony and check out the surf and the awesome pool. All the amenities were great. Everything was perfect for us. Note that the unit is on the top floor. The elevator works, but they recommend you use the stairs. Lots of stairs, but worth it!!!

We booked at the last minute due to maintenance issues at another place. The host was extremely accommodating and provided a easy check-in process for us. Great location in Tamarindo which is a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops. The ocean view was amazing and the pool was large and clean. Very family friendly atmosphere. Would definitely stay again!

This large and beautiful penthouse condo has breathtaking views of both the pool and ocean. It came fully equipped with all of the necessities one could need! Tranquil environment but only a few steps away from the thriving community and beach!

The condo was spacious and very clean. The location was great — close to everything — the beach, the shops, the restaurant. Checkin and checkout was super smooth and easy. We loved the property.

Very comfortable! View is accurate. Location is perfect for Surfing and access to restaurants and groceries. We liked all of the restaurants listed in the book of information provided by the host. Pangas was our favorite for dinner place and Breakfast Grinds for breakfast. Banana Surf Club - Evie has good quality boards for a reasonable price and is on the way to the beach. The condo is closer to the beach than it appears and there are showers outside of the pool area to rinse off before you enjoy the pool after a long day at the beach.

My friends and I had a great stay. The place was very clean and had great amenities with a great view of the ocean.
