We absolutely loved staying in this airbnb. The best part was that it was in the perfect location - across the street from the beach and walkable to all of the restaurants and activities in town. The host provided detailed access instructions and we had no trouble finding it or getting in. The host also provided transportation and excursion information. We didn't end up booking any of that, but we appreciated the offer! Overall, really great experience!

My family of 5 enjoyed our week long stay in Tamarindo. The condo was perfect for what we needed. The balcony was cool and shady despite the high temps outside. We thought the condo was relatively quiet despite its close proximity to the Main Street in town. Would definitely stay here again.

Location is fantastic. Alejandro was helpful and responsive. We totally stay here again. Nice pool, great air conditioner across the street from the beach, and the grocery store was a two minute walk away.

The unit was clean, well stocked and very nice. The location is great, close to the beach and restaurants.
Balcony overlooking the pool was such a bonus, although a ceiling fan out there would be great!

The only issue we had was the pool-we arrived on Thursday and it was beautiful. By Wednesday the pool was very cloudy and I contacted Bluezone, they said they would contact the HOA at the complex. Unfortunately, the pool got progressively worse, and we were unable and unwilling to use it for the last 5 days of our stay. We travel with another couple, and the guys prefer the beach, we ladies are happiest poolside, so the pool conditions were a huge disappointment for us.

Wonderful location. Comfortable and well equipped property. Within walking distance of the beach and nearby restaurants. Really outstanding place.

Although our stay in Tamarindo was short (only 3 nights), we enjoyed every minute of it! The location of the property is hard to beat. Right across the street from the beach, and steps from shops and restaurants. The building was well kept, and the pool was a great place to relax. The condo has a large covered terrace, which was always nicely shaded, and a great place to escape the heat if you wanted. The internet was fast, and the condo was clean. We would definitely stay here again!!

Un apartamento con un lindo diseño, cómodamente amueblado y equipado, en segundo piso con ascensor, en un condo con mucha seguridad, en un entorno muy agradable, con piscina grande, ubicado en la avenida principal, pero con privacidad y sin ruidos, y a pocos metros de la playa y la zona principal de Tamarindo. Supermercado cerca, tiendas, restaurantes, bares. Una excelente opción. Tiene una amplia terraza bien amueblada y con barbacoa de gas.
Además ofrece sillas y nevera para la playa. Una muy buena opción.

Excellent location in heart of Tama. Kids enjoyed the pool with waterfall. We all appreciated that surfing and swimming is just across the street. Plentiful of good restaurants in walking distance

This condo was amazing for our family of 5. Easy walking to the beach, shops, and restaurants of Tamarindo. And the pool was super relaxing and one of the kids’ favorite activities. Would definitely stay here again when visiting Tamarindo.

Both properties were beautiful, well maintained and conveniently located for easy access to everything! But one of the best parts was the customer service of the property manager, Olber. He was always available to answer questions throughout our stay and was so helpful with our last minute changes. Thank you Olber. You helped make our stay a success!

Beautiful place

If the beach and walking are a priority, this is a great spot. We Enjoyed the pool quite a bit, too. If you’re looking for a quiet spot, I’d find something further from the downtown area.

Got confused with check-in instructions but not a big deal. Location is everything since you can walk to all of the ameneties, restaurants,beach that Tamarindo has to offer! Pool was fun to relax and we really enjoyed our stay.

Great place. The large balcony porch overlooking the pool is fantastic. We spent a good bit of time there, as it was shaded the entire time (at least in February) with a nice breeze, so we typically ate our breakfasts and/or lunch out there. We have two younger kids (7 and 8) and they loved the pool. Location is tough to beat - quick and easy access to the beach and lots of great restaurants. Grounds are well maintained. Very responsive to any questions. Would highly recommend!

Always amazing

This place was wonderful. We had 5 people in our group and there was plenty of space. The property manager (Kelly from Blue zone) was very tuned into our small problems and acted quickly to resolve them. Kudos to her! We felt safe as the security team was actually watching and making note of people going in and out of the complex. Being on 2nd floor we had a nice view of the pool and the veranda overlooking the pool had a great breeze. The pool was well kept and the water must have been heated as it wasn't a shock getting in. We ate at restaurants most nights and didn't repeat in 3 weeks with still many to try. The 30 minute/$20 beach massages were a hit with us. We felt safe walking the streets. The sidewalks outside the complex were quite uneven and there was heavy traffic so that could be challenging. That was typical of all of Tamarindo. We had a great stay and would recommend this condo.

We had a wonderful time at this condo. It was clean, spacious, and perfectly located across the road from the beach. Parking was easy and, being right in front of the security gate, added to the level of safety. There is no ocean view from this condo. But it does overlook the pool. Any concerns about noise were alleviated by a pool curfew which ensure some late night and early morning quiet.

The place was either right next door or a short walk to any of the many wonderful restaurants in Tamarindo. Tamarindo beach is busier than I remember it - so, for us, it did help to walk a little to the north end of the beach. We ended up going to some of the other, quieter beaches in the area e.g. Playas Avellana, Playa Grande, Playa Conchal, Playa Real etc. - all of which were about 30 minutes away.

There were some small supermarkets nearby, but we usually availed ourselves of the bigger supermarkets on the road into Tamarindo.

Everyone was receptive and responsive to any inquiries or e-mails I made. All in all, I highly recommend this condo.

This was an excellent location, a one minute walk to the beach, tamarindo beaks, a grocery store, restaurants and all the surfboard rental shops. We spent our day going back-and-forth to the beach to surf, resting at the pool and visiting the shops. All very convenient. Everything was as indicated, AC was excellent, and the pool was beautiful.

This condo was a great location for our family of four. Across the street from the beach doesn’t get much better. The pool was an added bonus to cool off during the day.

The Sunrise is a condo complex that is located right across the beach and is within walking distance of all restaurants in Tamarindo. There is a small grocery store less than a 5 minute walk away. The Sunrise #2 is a nice sized condo that would easily accommodate 6 people. It’s well appointed and tastefully decorated. Communication with owner/manager was prompt and courteous. Highly recommended.

This condo was absolutely perfect for our family (3 adults and 3 children) Location was ideal across from the beach, north end of town for easy trips to the grocery store in Villereal if needed, the condo overlooked a large pool for the kids and was a short 5 minute walk into the town's center. The space was furnished well, updated and felt roomy especially the patio which was our favorite place to hang out. I was initially concerned booking somewhere close to town for the noise, but we actually found the nights fairly peaceful. Perfect combination of convenience and space. Thank you!

The condo is wonderful - the AC is POWERFUL, which is great for a break from the Tamarindo heat. The shared condo pool was always very clean. The wifi was a bit slow - aka i would not recommend taking zoom calls from the property - but if your aim is to relax, then this is the perfect place! Literally a two minute walk from the beach and close to all of the restaurants in town. Didn't need a car at all.

Beautiful apartment very clean the location is amazing right in the center of Tamarindo walking distance to everywhere few steps on the beach the service of Kelly was wonderful she was always there to help we forgot some money and she informed us immediately.

Highly recommend this condo. The hosts were awesome in answering my questions and arranging a phenomenal zipline tour off the beaten path. The place was clean and spacious and communication was excellent. It's in a great area with easy access to everything.
