We had a great week in Tamarindo and surrounding areas. The accommodations at Jade Coast were just as described and we enjoyed relaxing on the terrace, swimming in the pool and being able to walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. A sweet spot! We also used the concierge services and they arranged a day trip to rincon de la vieja and an afternoon sunset cruise on a catamaran. A wonderful family vacation. Thanks for everything!

Great check in experience. The house is super comfortable for all the guests with enough bathrooms and bedrooms, a great pool and a big kitchen and space for plenty of people. Walking distance to lots of restaurants and things to do.

Incredible location. Close to beach, restaurants and everything you need.

Beautiful place, only concern was bed bugs in one of the main rooms. Host respond by blaming guest about leaving doors open, which was mot even the case. Bugs where there at arrival. We had a family death and left a day early, no considerations were taken. Nice place, not much empathy from the host.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this amazing Airbnb, and I must say it exceeded all my expectations! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm hospitality and a beautifully decorated space.

The location couldn't have been better. It is very close to the Main Street but you still get some quite time. There were plenty of restaurants, cafes, and shops within walking distance.

What truly made my stay memorable was the exceptional host. They were incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to ensure I had a comfortable stay. They provided helpful recommendations for local attractions and even checked in periodically to make sure everything was going well.

I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a top-notch experience. The combination of a beautiful space, great location, and an outstanding host truly made it a standout choice. I will definitely be returning on my next visit to the Costa Rica. Thank you for making my trip so enjoyable!

Perfect location to access all Tamarindo has to offer. 5 minute walk or less to the beach. Would absolutely stay again. House was gorgeous. Driver had a difficult time locating it but only compliant.

I and my family and friends thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Jade Coast 3 in Tamarindo. Indeed, as someone who travels a lot internationally, the Jade Coast villa is one of the most comfortable, spacious, and well kept properties I've had the pleasure to stay in. We spent hours lounging around the pool, and could amble down to the sandy beach in less than a few minutes. Small details matter, and the villa's rooms are all spotless, and the kitchen well stocked with anything you'd need for a meal for a dozen people or more. For a relaxing time close to the downtown restaurants and galleries of happening Tamarindo, I could not recommend Jade Coast 3 more highly.

The house was in a perfect location with a 5 minute walk from the beach. It's located on the quieter side of the main street, but only a 10 minute walk to the more active side of the strip where the majority of the bars/restaurants are located.

The team was easy and fast to communicate with, and super helpful! The team set up shuttles and surfing for my friends and I.

The only downside to this spot is its located off a dirt road so the outside furniture is dusty and hard to keep clean.

This was a perfect house to stay at. Less than 5 min walk to the beach and town.
The host helped us with anything we needed and would not take longer than 5-10 minutes to get us an answer. We will definitely be back

Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay for our first Costa Rican vacation. The property was just as advertised and was in a great location. The check in and out process was seamless and the property manager was very responsive on any questions we had. Would definitely look to stay here again for our next Tamarindo trip!

Awesome house!

This villa in Tamarindo is a wonderful place to stay. It is spacious, clean, and only a three minute walk from the beach. All of Tamarindo’s delicious restaurants are a close walk away, as well as all of the lovely shops. It is located off the main road and therefore quiet and relaxing. I really enjoyed my time staying here and being able to take a dip in the pool after the beach. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Tamarindo

We had the best holiday trip here! The property is spacious and private. We loved the outdoor courtyard where we could hide from the midday sun! The beds were very comfortable. Fantastic location close to the beach and plenty of restaurants. It was great to be a little distance to town, but entirely walkable if wanted to wander. Staff was very attentive for all our needs! We hope to be back soon

Great place that is conveniently located minutes to all the of the action that Tamarindo has to offer. The villa was spacious , clean and nicely decorated.

Was a great set up for our family. Property management company was very helpful & responsive. I personally found the master queen bed to be too firm. Also, the bathtub does not have a curtain over the windows, so the bedroom got light at daybreak. There are room darkening curtains in the master bedroom itself, but the bathtub is open to the bedroom. This unit is on a corner of a dirt road and there is a fair amount of traffic that passes by, which primarily impact the 2 studio apartments with both noise & dust. This is our first time staying in a beach area where the house did not smell musty. This was a very nice benefit that most would probably not notice. I appreciated not having to wash all my clothes upon returning. Overall a great stay in a fantastic location! I would definitely return.

I cannot speak highly enough about Jade Coast 3 as a villa. I was lucky
enough to stay there for a week this winter with 7 other friends. Each
of us had our own lovely modern accommodations, either in the three
bedroom main house or the two separate rooms on the other side of the
terrace. The house is perfect for a vacation with large comfortable
bedrooms, an open well-stocked kitchen, large dining room/living room
area and a beautiful terrace with a refreshing swimming pool. The villa
is conveniently located on a quiet side street within a five minute walk
to the beach and the town where there are lots of shops and
restaurants. We spent most of our time at the beach but would retreat
to the villa during the hot afternoon to play cards on the terrace or
float in the pool. At night we enjoyed excellent meals at local
restaurants and wandering through the many fun shops in town. When we
wanted to venture further, we were delighted that Blue Water Properties
seamlessly arranged an zip-lining excursion for us. They also provided
excellent maid and security service as well as convenient airport
transfers, making this the easiest vacation that I have ever taken
abroad. If you are looking for a fantastic vacation for your family or
friends near a spectacular beach and lively small town, you will adore
Jade Coast 3. I would go back there in a heart beat.

When we arrived, we could not have been greeted by a friendlier Gecko, lounging at the patio-side pool. The colors of the villa, both inside and out, and of the vegetation sprinkled about fit right in with the natural dreamscape that is Costa Rica. Everything was in tip top shape, from the living area furniture to the linens on the beds to the well stocked kitchen cabinets. Topping it all off is the villa's location -- tucked away a block from main street traffic, but within a few minutes walking distance to the white sand beach. We could not have been happier.

First of all wow : what a place ,the house is amazing and the location is absoultly perfect. There were 8 adults and 1 child . there are 2 apartments away from the main house where 2 couples stayed and 3 bedrooms in the main house. all rooms except 1 had a bathroom and showers. the kitchen was well equipped . the location was perfect a mile to the beach, shops , stores and resturants. coconuts resturant has sucalant lobster dinners and more. one of our faves. also patagonia you will need reservations at this one small but great food Blue water properties (Rebbeca clower) made it easy to rent this property and Alan made it super easy to book zipline tours and fishing trips ect. if anyone is planning a trip to CR I would highly reccomend this house for a large group of friends or a big family . but book ahead as this is a must have for location. did i mention it has a beautiful swimming pool . had a great trip and I would definitely rent this house again. A gorgeous property ideally located. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit

We had a great stay here. We had two families sharing the villa - 4 adults and 5 kids. The property was well cared for and well stocked with everything we needed. There was a hiccup with a leaky air conditioner that the property mgmt co had fixed within an hour. We appreciated the security and proximity to town as well as the market. The two things I wish I had known before booking - the pool is quite small. Hard to tell from photos. Having all of us in at the same time made it feel more like a hot tub as far as space. Also with the way the rooms were organized some of the kids stayed in the smaller house and we weren’t super comfortable having them separated from the adults. Our kids are younger though. It would be a perfect setup for families with teens. Overall a great stay and definitely recommend.

We had 7 adults and 2 teenagers. Jade Coast #3 was the perfect accommodations for us. We loved hanging out on the patio and in the pool. There was enough room for everyone to dine in the house or on the deck. The people of Tamarindo were so friendly and accommodating, including the office staff and the maid. We loved the weather, the walks on the beach and the food! We didn't have a car and could walk to almost everything. We hired a taxi for rides to the bigger grocery store. I would not recommend young children because of the pool and anyone that has trouble with stairs might find this house difficult. I would highly recommend a stay here and hope to return someday!

“Beautiful and Comfortable”
Our family chose to visit Tamarindo for the first time upon recommendation of our son. The group of 7 adults and 2 teenage girls from 4 families found this place perfect for our needs, allowing plenty of space for family get-togethers, as well as space for privacy. The outdoor area is fantastic...plenty of comfortable and varied seating, a pool (perfect for late night or after beach dips), and a totally over-stocked home with everything we needed, and then some! Having security 24 hours and a walled and gated home gave us privacy and comfort. Its proximity to the beach and town, plus availability of help in planning adventures, enabled us to be car-free....walking is easy. Honestly, there was nothing we didn't like about our home, the friendly and helpful staff, and our 10 day vacation. We definitely will return!

We were a party of 9 and this property was perfect for us. We would recommend this villa to anyone considering Tamarindo. It is a short walk to both the beach and into town and we never even needed a taxi for anything local. The concierge service through Bluewater Properties is excellent and the staff at the house was fantastic. As an example we had one small issue with the A/C in the main house at 7pm one evening and by 8pm the technician came to the house and everything was working perfectly after her visit. We were also recommended to Chef Derek Furlani by the concierge for some onsite dinners and he was absolutely terrific. The quality of the food was amazing and Chef Derek is a great guy in addition to being a great chef.

I recently went to Tamarindo for the first time. We couldn't have been happier with this house! It is exactly how the pictures look on the website. It is absolutely beautiful, clean, safe and within the walking distance to everything. It is a close walk to all of the restaurants, shops and the beach. There is a 24-hour guard who sits outside of the gates to the house, so we always felt completely safe. Blue Water Properties provided us with recommendations for things to do, places to eat, etc....we took their suggestions and it helped to make our vacation an unforgettable one. When we are back in Tamarindo, we will definitely stay at this house again!

Perfect for two families

This place was amazing and perfect for two families. We had 4 adults, 3 college students and two teens. The adults and teens stayed in the main house and the college students stayed in the guesthouse. The house was very clean with very modern details. We love the fact this it was private and had 24-hour security. The pool is a must in Tamarindo and the maid service was a dream. I’m a research nut, trust me this place was perfect.

Everything you could want and more!!

My family just returned from our 3rd stay at Jade Coast in Tamarindo.. We are a family of 5 and the main house is perfect. We even had 3 more friends join us and there is plenty of room ... The pool is wonderful after a day at the beach or a surf session. A very short walk to town for meals, shopping or the beach. Every morning monkeys would be in the tree just outside the fence and the iguanas would joing us on the patio. Becky and her team are so helpful and nice, even helping us find a place to stay for the last night beacuse another family was coming in. Jade Coast feels like our home away from home!!

This is a wonderful place..., at least it was for my family of ten, including two small grandchildren. Well located, properly and comfortably furnished, the real secret is the staff. When you occupy a place for over two weeks, some things can go wrong. Like a refrigerator breaking mid-day on a Friday. The repair men were there by 3pm, fixed part of the problem but needed a new circuit board to really get it back in order. By 5pm that same Friday, they were back, the circuit board was installed and we lost nothing in the frig. Would that have happened at your home in your town?

Most Memorable Vacation House we have ever stayed in!!!!

I had read the great reviews on Jade Coast 3, and I had hoped that I would feel the same when our family arrived. Like many others who have reviewed, this property actually exceeded our expectations. The property has really high quality finishes that are a bonus (gorgeous ceilings, nice materials used, etc). The kitchen was INCREDIBLE- an "open concept," wide open space that easily accommodated our group of 8 cooking together and an evening with Chef Derek Furlani (HIGHLY recommended). We spent a lot of time enjoying the outdoor space that the property has to offer (patio, lounge chairs, rocking chairs, dining table, pool, etc). I have to give a HUGE shout-out to Blue Water Property MGMTs Mateo and Andrew concierge gurus. These guys were not only incredibly helpful in planning our trip prior to our arrival (Catamaran, Hacienda G, Los Altos De Eros Spa, Surf Lessons, Scuba, etc), but they were equally as awesome and helpful once we arrived. You don't get that with a lot of other properties- this is a highly valuable service. One Last thing: The Location is spectacular. There's a path to the beach just to the right of the surf shop on the road. You can literally be to the beach in several minutes... It was so awesome. We'll never forget this vacation, especially because of Jade Coast 3 and the awesome crew at BWP.

Just wanted to follow-up on our visit to Tamarindo and our stay at Jade Coast Villa 3....Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the trip, and the accommodations were more than i expected...the pics on the website are good, however the house shows very well...i told Mateo that the architecture, construction, finish, and furniture / accessories were excellent, and probably one of the nicest vacation rentals for us...thank you and your staff... Security Guards were very friendly, accommodating, and helped us with many questions..we will be back next summer, and i will be in contact once we secure the dates,...thanks for the help in providing us a wonderful vacation

AMAZING house rental for Wedding party

This house was a perfect rental for our wedding guests! Plenty of room for us (11 guests) in a very nice, clean and air conditioned house! The outdoor area is a great place to hang out with lounge chairs, pool, barbeque and plenty of seating! The kitchen is well equipped and gives you the opportunity to cook instead of eating out every meal. The guest house is great for people that want a little more privacy. The house was VERY close to everything we wanted to do! Just 2 minutes from the beach & shops/restaurants. Everyone from Blue Water was friendly and accomodating as well! We will most definitely be back at this house next time we are in Tamarindo! Couldn't have picked a better place!
