Hacienda Pinilla offers impressive amenities such as a world-class Beach Club, Spa, fitness center, JW Marriott, 18-hole golf course, tennis courts, horse stables, white sand beaches, 18 miles of running and mountain bike trails, and 24/7 security all within a gated community.
Get yourself immersed in the green of nature, in this spacious home. Its light color, multiple windows, and sliding doors offer you lots of natural light, which along with the natural wood furniture will certainly give you a home-like experience. The open-concept kitchen, living, and dining areas, ample windows, and lush green surroundings will make you feel like you are outside and are very inviting to spend time together.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed, has modern stainless-steel appliances, and there is plenty of space to eat or chat whether it is the kitchen bar with stools for 3, the dining table for six, or the other table also for six that is outside especially when you feel like having a BBQ in the grill by the pool.
There are also lounge chairs for sunbathing o patio furniture to seat and enjoy reading a book or having some coffee while the afternoon colors appear on the horizon, or after refreshing in the infinity-edge pool.
The house features 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. The main bedroom has a king-size bed and a private bathroom with an extra outside shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and the last one has a queen bed as well as a bunk bed for up to 8 people sleeping comfortably. The Master bedroom and first guest bedroom have cable TV, a closet, black-out curtains, and extra comfortable mattresses and lines. From every room, you'll have garden views, and be ready to get awakened by the sounds of nature.
There is a full laundry room for your convenience. The property has a private entrance with plenty of space for parking up to 2 cars. The property is equipped with high-speed Wifi and is fully A/C, and smart lockboxes and security guards in the complex. to make your stay even more enjoyable and stress-free. You can also have access for free to a gym with basic equipment that is located in Los Almendros 1.
The house is fully equipped for a great vacation and includes beach chairs, a cooler, and beach towels, also complimentary amenities such as coffee, spices, cooking oil, shampoo, and soap.
In order to maintain the security that everyone deserves, it is necessary to present the identification of the person who made the reservation at the time of check-in. We greatly appreciate your support.

Beach club policies
- Guests registered in the security department can enter the Club by paying a consumable amount of $10 per person in food and beverages from our restaurant.
- Visits of the day can enter by paying $10 for consumables in food and drinks from our bar and restaurant as long as they are accompanied by the owners of the property, please take into account that there are restrictions regarding the number of people you can come with according to the season.
- Visits of the day NOT accompanied by the owner must pay a non-consumable amount of $35.00.

- Yard and/or pool maintenance visits are conducted throughout the week, usually in the morning.
- A security deposit/authorization of $1000 is due at CHECK-IN and can only be secured via CREDIT CARD (note that security deposits are refunded 3 business days after check out unless there are missing or damaged items).
- Additional maid service is available for an additional fee of $55.
- DRONES PROHIBITED: Please note that the use of drones is prohibited due to the regulations of this complex; it is considered a privacy violation.

Policies
Cancellation Policy
Down payment and processing fee are non-refundable. If you cancel more than 30 days before your arrival date and we are able to re-rent the property for your dates at the same rate to another group, we will be happy to refund you 100% minus a 5% cancellation fee. There are NO refunds for holiday weeks and early departures, date changes, late arrivals or no-shows. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival are completely non-refundable.
Deposit Policy
50% down to reserve with balance due 30 days before arrival. We require a credit card authorization on the day of check in for Security Deposit. This authorization drops off within 72 hours after check out if everything is in satisfactory condition.
Rate varies due to seasonality and holidays.

My husband and I had our honeymoon here and invited friends halfway into the trip and stayed here. Kelly who is the coordinator for the private homes in Hacienda Pinilla, was extremely responsive and helpful leading up to the trip and until we left. She scheduled all our excursions, as well as shuttles. She made the whole process so easy and they have an entire menu of excursions to choose from! 10/10 recommend

La casa es amplia. Tiene 3 dormitorios. El principal es enorme y los otros dos son más pequeños. Tiene solo dos baños completos y un medio baño. Los dos baños tienen una ducha que no tiene techo para poder ver los árboles etc. pero por culpa de eso el resto del baño no puede tener aire acondicionado. Son un poco caliente. La piscina se ve bonita pero tiene una parte muy honda. Me gusto la parte baja porque parte del techo de la casa le da sombra. La cocina la sala y el comedor son amplios.

La casa muy cómoda, limpia, fresca, con ventanales amplios, puedes disfrutar de los jardines y desde la habitación principal la vista a la piscina también. Ideal para pasar en familia y si tienes niños es el lugar ideal. Un lugar para volver a visitar.

Pura Vida! We loved our stay at Casa Ohana! The home was beautifully appointed and had everything we needed to make ourselves at home. While the inside of the home was great, the star of the show for us was the covered patio and pool! We enjoyed our coffee in the comfortable patio seating, swam in the pool every afternoon and ate our dinners outside while listening to sounds of the birds & monkeys.
Alejandro and the team at Blue Zone Experience were easy to work with, very responsive to our questions, and provided lots of great information about the area, recommended restaurants, excursions, etc.
We have stayed in the Hacienda Pinilla area a couple times in the past and the location is just perfect! We can't wait to come back!
