Distributed in one level, this Gated Community Home, will suit any vacation plans, whether you are traveling with friends or family, it really has something to offer for everyone. Surrounded by green lush and palm trees, with the ocean a few minutes away, you can have a perfect vacation.
The house has a full equipped kitchen with large countertops, its ample windows will make you feel like you are cooking outside. The open concept plan creates a fluid living space ideal to spend time together. The natural light and the use of wood is certainly a combination that gives you that warm home feeling.
You will find three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The main room has a king-sized bed, the second one has a queen bed and the third one has a queen bed as well, for up to 6 people resting comfortably. Need a travel crib? No problem! Just reach out our concierge team to arrange one. Keep in mind they are subjected to availability and have an additional charge.
One of the main features is the lovely backyard with a huge pool to enjoy with family and friends. This is a place to get together and create memories.

Flamingo is a community in a constant state of growth, therefore, it may have some construction in the area causing some noise during the day. We have asked our neighbors to cause the fewer disturbances as possible but please take into consideration that it’s out of our control. We truly appreciate your understanding.

- Yard and/or pool maintenance visits are conducted throughout the week, usually in the morning.
- A security deposit/authorization of $1000 is due at CHECK-IN. It can only be secured via CREDIT CARD (note that security deposits are refunded 5 business days after check out unless there are missing or damaged items).

- DRONES PROHIBITED: Please note that the use of drones is prohibited due to the regulations of this complex; it is considered a privacy violation.
