The property boasts a laundry room, providing an organized space for your housekeeping needs and a parking spot for one vehicle. As a guest of this property, we also include complimentary amenities such as salt, pepper, cooking oil, shampoo, and soap. There are other bonus items for your personal use such as surf rack, beach towels, folding beach chairs, a cooler, and more.
In order to maintain the security that everyone deserves, it is necessary to present the identification of the person who made the reservation at the time of check-in. We greatly appreciate your support.

- A security deposit/authorization of $750 is due at CHECK-IN. It can only be secured via CREDIT CARD (note that security deposits are refunded 5 business days after check out unless there are missing or damaged items).
