This is a shared catamaran experience designed for relaxation, fun, and enjoying the beauty of Costa Rica’s coastline. The captain will choose the best snorkeling location based on the ocean conditions to ensure everyone’s safety.Wildlife sightings, including dolphins, whales, turtles, and other marine life, are common but cannot be guaranteed, as they are observed in their natural habitat. Whale sightings are seasonal.The itinerary and snorkeling stop may vary depending on weather and sea conditions. Passenger safety is always the crew’s top priority.Please arrive at the meeting point at least 30 minutes before departure. Cancellation Policy
1. Tour Cancellations Due to Weather or Operational CircumstancesTours are not automatically canceled due to rain. However, if weather conditions or unforeseen operational circumstances are considered unsafe, the tour will be canceled. Guests may choose to reschedule their tour or receive a full refund. 2. Minimum Participants for Shared Tours (Morning and Sunset)A minimum of 12 participants is required for shared morning and sunset tours.Confirmation of the tour's operation will be provided 1 to 3 days prior to the tour date, once the minimum number of participants has been reached.Please note that during the low season, May, August, September, and October, tour dates may be subject to change if the minimum participant requirement is not met. 3. Deposits, Payments, and Cancellation PolicyDeposit and PaymentReservations made more than two weeks in advance require a 50% deposit to confirm the booking. Reservations made within two weeks of the tour date require full payment at the time of booking. All shared tour reservations must be paid in full at least 24 hours before the scheduled tour. Cancellation PolicyMore than 48 hours before the tour: Full refund or complimentary rescheduling. 24 to 48 hours before the tour: 50% cancellation fee. Less than 24 hours before the tour: 100% cancellation fee. No show: Failure to arrive at the designated meeting point and boarding time will result in a 100% cancellation fee, and the reservation cannot be rescheduled. Illness or documented emergency: Requests may be considered on a case by case basis and are subject to review. Transportation Pick Up PolicyFor guests using the company's transportation service, the shuttle will arrive at the scheduled pick up time and will wait up to 10 minutes. If the guest does not arrive within this waiting period, the shuttle will depart, and the reservation will be considered a no show, with a 100% cancellation fee applied. No refund or rescheduling will be available.
