We had a fantastic time at Casa Sunset. The house is located in a great location near Playa Flamingo and Brasilito. All sorts of activities and great restaurants are close by. The sunsets are awesome, A/C works great, and the pool is very inviting after a long hot day in the sun. The house is very well constructed and no amenities are lacking. The hosts are very helpful and responsive and overall this was a very good experience for our family's spring break vacation. We have stayed at a number of rental properties in various countries and Caribbean islands and Casa Sunset is up at the top of our list. We've already decided we would like to return next year.

Beautiful oceanfront condo. Well stocked. Very conveniently located. Mng company follows up and will address issues. There is a gate to building that is closed at night that is very difficult to open. There was patio sitting for 2 people which we thought way too few. Beach chairs are rusty and falling apart. Overall a great location that with a little tlc would be amazing.

Our stay was perfect. The condo is right on a private beach where we felt absolutely safe and comfortable. The condo was equipped with all the amenities from home- having a washer and dryer was a must for us. The BEST part by far was Alexa!! It was as if we had our own personal concierge that was available and responsive at all hours of the day!! We happened to travel in amidst Costa Rica’s largest storm that resulted in flooded, dangerous and closed roads. The route our GPS was taking us through was closed and with the rain and fog that dark night we were ready to call it quits. I messaged Alexa to let her know we were likely not going to make it and she comforted me and asked me to share our location. She guided us to the condo step by step through a different route. During our stay, The storm caused our departing flights to be cancelled TWICE and she was very accommodating and supportive! Thank you Alexa for genuinely caring about us! YOU made it special and memorable! Pura Vida!!

Enjoyed our stay here- The view is gorgeous! Lovely balcony for watching the sunset and lightning storms! Clean modern, and functional with good AC. Easy walk along the beach to restaurants and a minimart.

We really liked the place. It was just on the beach, we could walk in the mornings. The apartment is super clean and equipped with everything you need. The air conditioning and fans worked well. We can definitely recommend the apartment!

We really enjoyed our stay here, good location and beautiful view of the bay. Nice and quiet place with friendly neighbors. Alejandro was very helpful with recommendations for activities and answered any questions we had. Only issues was when searching for a place to stay, we had king bed in the filters and this place lists that for the master bedroom. However, the master bedroom has a queen bed the same size as the other guest room so I would recommend the listing gets adjusted. Other than the bed and not getting the dysfunctional toaster problem rectified, we had a great family holiday. Really enjoyed the New Year's fireworks that we watched right from our own balcony.

Great condo for our family. Condo even included 4 beach chairs and an umbrella. Close to many restaurants, beaches, and grocery stores. The beach is good for walking to and from restaurants, but recommend going down to Flamingo Beach for the white sand beachy feel. Host was super easy to work with and very helpful as we, unfortunately, came in a little later due to our flight delay.

They had salt, pepper, olive oil, coffee,sugar, toilet paper, shampoo& conditioner, clothes detergent, dish detergent, I stay in many air b&b’s and these guys went over and beyond.

The beach is nice, but certainly not the most beautiful beach.

We loved that this location was not as crowded as some other areas.

Our family of five had a fantastic four night stay at 303 Sunset. The location is AMAZING, right on the water with lots of restaurants within walking distance either direction down the beach. The condo was also clean, well stocked, and in great condition.

One of the best parts of our trip was thanks to Alex, the concierge. She helped us rent a golf cart so we were able to explore all the beaches of Flamingo and Potrero. Alex was incredibly helpful the entire trip and went above and beyond answering questions to ensure our trip was a success. We are so thankful to her. Pura Vida!

Beautiful condo in small 9 unit building. Beautifully decorated, and STUNNING VIEW. Although Playa Potero is not the prettiest beach, it is a blue flag beach, and not quite as crowded as some of the other beaches. Walkable to a bar and restaurants. I originally wanted to be on Playa Flamingo, but so glad I found this. Not as congested as Flamingo. My family all agreed we would choose this location and condo again.

We had a wonderful vacation experience at the address above. Everybody we dealt with was friendly and professional. Thank you for making our trip truly memorable.

The condo was beautiful & the team was excellent! Alexandra was kind, funny & responsive. One suggestion is to leave more than one set of keys with guests (considering you can have up to 6). Everything went well from check in until check out. I would highly recommend this place AND this team!
