Sunrise #4 Penthouse is a spectacular 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom vacation rental condo that features stunning ocean views from the top floor of one of Tamarindo's most popular vacation condominium. Beautiful high ceilings and natural light flow through each room through wide sets of sliding glass doors.

Situated in the exclusive Sunrise gated community, this 2299 square foot penthouse condo is a luxurious retreat. Revel in the ocean views from the master patio or relax on balconies overlooking Tamarindo and the mountains.
This spacious three-bedroom vacation rental boasts vaulted ceilings and stunning Pacific Ocean views. The condo is fully air-conditioned, for personalized comfort. The primary bedroom features a king-size bed with private bath. The additional bedrooms share a bathroom, one of them has a king-size bed and the second offers a queen bed, to accommodate up to six guests. Each bedroom has access to its own private balcony.
Experience the ultimate convenience of a fully equipped kitchen. From morning coffee to gourmet dinners, the kitchen enhances your stay with a taste of home away from home. It is fully stocked with utensils, cookware, granite countertops, wood cabinets, and modern appliances, including a washer/dryer.
An open concept plan enhances living spaces, the ample windows and light walls increase natural light, and gives a sense of spaciousness, which enhances socializing as conversations flow seamlessly. The versatile furniture arrangement fosters a modern, airy ambiance, making the home feel welcoming to share experiences.
The property also includes a private terrace, high speed Wi-Fi, Cable Smart TV, a propane grill, laundry, 24-hour security and a parking space in the parking lot of the condo. While daily maid service is available for an extra fee, all linens and towels are provided.
As a guest of this property, we also include a complimentary welcome basket with amenities such as salt, pepper, cooking oil, shampoo, and soap. There are other bonus items for your personal use such as beach towels, folding beach chairs, a cooler, and more.

We are happy to provide free, competitive quotes for private rental cars or transportation to/from Liberia or San Jose International. - Yard and/or pool maintenance visits are conducted throughout the week, usually in the morning.
- A security deposit/authorization of $1000 is due at CHECK-IN and it can only be secured via CREDIT CARD (note that security deposits are refunded 3 business days after check out unless there are missing or damaged items).
- Enjoy your vacations even more with our maid service that is included one time EVERY 7 nights of stay. Additional maid service is available for a fee of $55 taxes included.
- DRONES PROHIBITED: Please note that the use of drones is completely prohibited due to the regulations of this complex; it is considered a privacy violation.

Policies
Cancellation Policy
Down payment and processing fee are non-refundable. If you cancel more than 30 days before your arrival date and we are able to re-rent the property for your dates at the same rate to another group, we will be happy to refund you 100% minus a 5% cancellation fee. There are NO refunds for holiday weeks and early departures, date changes, late arrivals or no-shows. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival are completely non-refundable.
Deposit Policy
50% down to reserve with balance due 30 days before arrival. We require a credit card authorization on the day of check in for Security Deposit. This authorization drops off within 72 hours after check out if everything is in satisfactory condition.

This was the perfect place for our family of 4. Perfect size and amenities. The beach is right across the street but the private condo pool was a great alternative to the beach. Beach towels, cooler and beach chairs provided were a plus. The location was perfect for walking to shops and restaurants meaning we didn’t need to rent a car. Our host was super responsive - we had a couple of plumbing issues that were addressed immediately. We would definitely stay here again!

"Sunrise 4 Penthouse Condo"
I had the pleasure of vacationing in Sunrise 4 Penthouse Condo in January of 2024. This beautiful unit surpassed my expectations for a vacation rental!
The condominium exterior and common areas are clean and attractive, with beautifully manicured grounds, and daily serviced pool. The security guards are friendly and helpful.
The unit is tastefully decorated, (I love the art work), and very well equipped. We cooked quite a few of our meals and found every dish, pot, bowl and utensil we needed. I am a tea drinker. You can imagine my delight when I discovered not only a tea kettle, but a teapot as well!
The rooms are all clean, bright, and attractive, but the balconies steal the show! The main balcony is large, shaded, and comfortable with exceptional views of the pool, ocean and the pièce de résistance - both sunrise and sunset.
The condo location is perfect, right across the street from the beach and within walking distance of shops, grocery stores, the farmers' market, cafés and restaurants.
I highly recommend this unit and will be back next year!
