This is the best location in Tamarindo and you are walking distance to restaurants, shopping, medical services and more, so a car is not necessary!
This exclusive 1600 SF poolside condo is nicely furnished and features a king-size bed in the master with private bath. There is also a queen bed in the 2nd bedroom and two twin beds in the third bedroom that can be converted into a king bed as per your request. This home sleeps 6 people comfortably. The large, gourmet kitchen is fully stocked with all utensils and cookware, granite countertops, wood cabinets, stainless steel appliances and washer/dryer. Free Wi-Fi, local phone calls, Cable TV, and 24-hour security included in the rate. Daily maid service available for an additional fee. All linens are provided. Large televisions in living room and master bedroom. Central air conditioning and ceiling fans in all rooms. Large, resort style pool with cascading waterfall and plenty of space to relax.
As a guest of this property, we also include a complimentary welcome basket with coffee, coffee filters, salt, pepper, cooking oil, and shampoo/soaps. The condo is FULLY stocked with other bonus items for your personal use such as beach towels, folding beach chairs, a cooler and more!!!

Cancellation Policy
Down payment and processing fee are non-refundable. If you cancel more than 30 days before your arrival date and we are able to re-rent the property for your dates at the same rate to another group, we will be happy to refund you 100% minus a 5% cancellation fee. There are NO refunds for holiday weeks and early departures, date changes, late arrivals or no-shows. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival are completely non-refundable.
Deposit Policy
50% down to reserve with balance due 30 days before arrival. We require a credit card authorization on the day of check in for Security Deposit. This authorization drops off within 72 hours after check out if everything is in satisfactory condition.
Rate varies due to seasonality and holidays.

This condo was awesome! It was spacious and well stocked. It is a great location in the complex, lower floor and close to the pool. It is also a great location in town, very walkable to restaurants, shops and activities.

The place was absolutely fantastic! Very walkable to everything which was huge with small children. The three rooms worked out for us perfectly with 3 adults and 2 kids. The apartment was very clean and modern and definitely as advertised. The pool was fantastic and we loved being about 10 steps away from our patio and the kids loved it. Could not have been happier. We have traveled to Latin America about 10 times and this was probably the best suited place for a family that we have stayed in.

Central to everything. Great for parking your car. Very safe community. Air conditioned apartment. Very huge unit. 6 people can fit more then comfortable. We bbq as well on patio. Kitchen fully stocked with everything you need to cook. Great place to stay for a long period of time. It’s like a home!! Master bedroom is beyond huge!!!!

Very clean, comfortable and accommodating for our family.
When looking for a place to stay I thought I wanted to stay on an upper level to see the ocean but where this condo is placed on the bottom floor was perfect. Easy access to the pool and still felt very private (from what I could see looking at the other condo's this is the only place that has that private feel). We spent many hours sitting outside.
If we go back to Tamarindo I will book this place again.

Beautiful Condo. Felt safe and secure with the security guards. Just had some issues with leaks when it rained but I’m sure Alejandro will get them fixed. Great location the beach is just across the road.

We had a little trouble getting into the property. The email went to my junk mail and I had trouble finding it . Other than that our trip was amazing. Great location, very nice pool area right outside our door, and lots of little extras in the house. Would definitely stay there again.

We really enjoyed our stay in Tamarindo. Our unit at Sunrise Condominiums was roomy and had a great location right off the pool. It is fairly centrally located in Tamarindo, and we could walk to any place we wanted to go including the beach. The kitchen could use a couple of upgrades, otherwise the accommodations we very nice. Would definitely go back.
