Welcome to Sunrise 27! This newly renovated two-bedroom, two-bath ocean view condo is so conveniently located within walking distance to Tamarindo beach, restaurants, shopping, and more! Forget about a car to move around. This is definitely the most unbeatable location and yet very quiet, you'll forget you are in the middle of town,
This ocean-view 1400 sq. ft. condo is nicely furnished and features a king-size bed in the master with dual vanity and a large shower in your own private bath. There is also one queen and a bunk bed in the second bedroom with a private bath as well, for up to 6 people sleeping comfortably. All linens are provided.
The large, gourmet kitchen is fully stocked with all utensils and cookware you might need, it also features granite countertops, wood cabinets, upgraded appliances, and a washer/dryer. Free Wi-Fi, local phone calls, Cable TV, and 24-hour security are included in the rate.
There are televisions in the living room and master bedroom. Central air conditioning and ceiling fans in all rooms. Gas BBQ on the balcony for your personal use. Large, resort-style pool with cascading waterfall and plenty of space to relax.
As a guest of this property, we also include complimentary amenities like coffee, salt, pepper, basic spices, cooking oil, and shampoo/soaps. The condo is FULLY stocked with other bonus items for your personal use such as beach towels, folding beach chairs, a cooler, and more!!! Daily maid service is available for an additional fee.
Enjoy the comfort of a hotel but at a much better price. We will be happy to host you for a long-term stay, up to three months.

Policies
Cancellation Policy
Down payment and processing fee are non-refundable. If you cancel more than 30 days before your arrival date and we are able to re-rent the property for your dates at the same rate to another group, we will be happy to refund you 100% minus a 5% cancellation fee. There are NO refunds for holiday weeks and early departures, date changes, late arrivals or no-shows. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival are completely non-refundable.
Deposit Policy
50% down to reserve with balance due 30 days before arrival. We require a credit card authorization on the day of check in for Security Deposit. This authorization drops off within 72 hours after check out if everything is in satisfactory condition.

Wow, what can I say - we are a family of 5 staying in Tamarindo and had an amazing time with this unit a big part of it. It was much more spacious than the photos and despite the complex being right on the Main Street the unit itself is at the back of the complex so it was quiet and peaceful the whole time. Easy to cross the street to the beach, or take the kids to the pool if wanting to stay close by.

The place was very beautiful, having a short walk to the beach and a short walk to entertainment. The pool was very nicely kept and the porch outside over looking it was nicely put together. The place itself had everything that you could need. We definitely recommend this place and we will be back!

The villa is beautiful. Very very clean !! It was such a sweet touch the fresh flowers on the bed. What a beautiful aroma! The villa is spacious perfect for our party of 6. The location is perfect, within walking distance of local restaurants, activities and the beach is right across the street. The pool temp is perfect. I felt very safe with security on site. We loved it so much we extended and additional night, the safe was very accommodating and offered a great rate. I enjoyed my time at the villa and look forward to one day returning.
