Great place in a great location! Close to town and all the restaurants and shops. Close to grocery stores. Very nice and clean and just as described in the listings and photos. Very pleasant stay and the host was excellent. Highly recommend and would stay again without any hesitation.

Perfect location in Tamarindo, great spot for our family of 2 adults 2 kids. Place was well equipped and very clean. Check-in was easy.

We had a wonderful experience with Blue Zone. The condo was clean and a perfect location near the beach and restaurants so no car was necessary. They responded very quickly to my emails before, during, and after our stay. We also booked a private transfer to the airport which arrived right on time and was very comfortable. I would definitely stay with Blue Zone again, highly recommended!

Amazing view, easy access to the beach and to all the local restaurants, supermarkets and gas station. The place is outstanding and safe. Perfect for a family vacation or small groups. We will be back to learn more Spanish with Gotalkto. Thanks!

Entire process was outstanding and the unit was great. Communication was all timely and thorough. Once we arrived the unit was as good as the pics and better equipped than we expected. We didn’t prepare meals, so I can’t comment on that, but we made use of the beach towels and chairs, which was nice to have. Everything worked, was clean, and well maintained. Location is great - quick walk to the beach, a market, and lots of food and shops. We didn’t have a rental car and didn’t need one. Noise wasn’t bad, which I’d heard about some other areas. I know the smell mentioned in another review - and it isn’t the unit. I smelled it outside a couple times, which means it can get pulled inside via A/C, but it isn’t unique to this condo and certainly isn’t constant. Great experience and would stay here again if in Tamarindo.

Very nice condo, great view at the top - exceeded expectations. The internet was slow at first but I messaged the host and two guys came over and boosted the wifi so I could work remote better. Not a far walk from the beach or several great restaurants.

We had an amazing time! The place is extremely spacious and very very clean! Perfectly located within walking distance to everything in Tamarindo. We just left and already looking forward to our next trip back.

The condo is in a great location in town. There are several restaurants and shops in close proximity to the condo. The beach is just across the street and was so nice to just walk out and get to the beach. The condo was clean and had all the necessary cooking utensils.

All as advertised, location, view, amenties, process etc. Would stay again. Tamarindo is fun, great surf and beach town, plenty of restaurants, activities and nightlife.

The place is as advertised, the view is from the fourth floor, overlooking the ocean. From house to surf is literally less than a minute walk. This place was great! Thank you Alejandro.

Great location to everything in Tamarindo! The pool was nice! We loved that the condo came with beach towels, beach chairs and cooler! Made it very easy to go to the beach which was right across the street. Our only complaint was the smell inside the unit. It made it almost unbearable to be inside. It was coming from the vents. It smelled like sewage. We lit some candles, but it didn’t help. For this reason we give the condo 2-3 stars. If there wasn’t a smell, we would probably give you the condo 4-stars. It had all the accommodations we had wanted, great views and prime Tamarindo location!

They were awesome about us extending our stay in back to back days. Thanks for the hospitality!

My family and I had a great stay at Sunrise 12 penthouse. The views are great, the location ideal (right across the street from the beach and in the center of town). We were able to quickly get to anywhere we needed to be. The condo was great--comfortable furniture, GREAT beds, and great kitchen. Although we chose to eat out a lot, the kitchen is fully equipped to make your own meals at home. I greatly appreciated the kindness and patience of the team at Blue Water Properties/Blue Water Adventures who help set up our airport transfers and tours. Great service, efficient! We'll be back for sure! Pura Vida!

Surfing & Beach - Ranking 5*/5* Nightlife - Ranking 5*/5* Promimity to Restaraunts & Bars - Ranking 5*/5* BlueWater Properties Service - Ranking 5*/5* Condo Amenities - Ranking 5*/5* This condo is located in a prime location. We were right across the street from the beach and we were surrounded by bars, restaurants, and surf shops. We really enjoyed staying in the condo because we got to eat somewhere different every day. I would not recommend buying groceries because imported foods tend to be expensive and eating out is so cheap. The surfing down there is amazing. The beach in Tamarindo is good for beginners because the waves aren’t too extreme. Also, be sure to ask about the all-in-one excursions!

I just wanted to tell you how much I appreciated all your excellent information and advice while we were in Tamarindo last month. Kim and I had just a wonderful time thanks to you and your colleagues’ care and hospitality. The surf map you drew was very useful and accurate. Avellanas was going off on the last day we were there and I enjoyed the break thoroughly. Even Little Hawaii was spitting out some exceptional barrels (but wasn’t ready to try it). Looking forward to coming back to CR and hope to have the pleasure of working with you again soon. If we can ever be a referral to you or your company – please let me know.

This was our first trip to Costa Rica and we loved staying at this condo. The beach was right across the street. The balcony was the perfect place for breakfast and late afternoon relaxing. The kitchen was well stocked and we made breakfast at the condo each day. There are lots of great places to eat within a short walk. We loved the smoothie bar around the corner and in the evenings, the little outdoor restaurant with the made to order pasta bar a block away was a family favourite. The beds were super comfortable and the condo was very clean. Becky was very helpful in suggesting day trips we would enjoy. We are looking forward to returning to Tamarindo again!

Thanks again for working with us at the last minute and getting us settled into this fabulous condo. We were so comfortable in the condo and appreciated having all the necessities - plenty of towels, wonderful bedding and a fully outfitted kitchen. We enjoyed the pool and the proximity to the beach and nearby stores and restaurants. This is the perfect spot for a family of five. You'd be surprised how difficult it is to find such. Thanks for making this such a relaxing vacation!
