Great place and location. Easy access to community pool directly out back door. Short walk from ocean. Everything was very high quality, and we were highly satisfied!

Probably our family's best Spring Break yet. First floor condo was better than expected as we could walk out straight to the pool. A 2 minute walk to the beach and under 5 minute walk to great restaurants. Would highly recommend this condo and town.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was amazing and when you got sick of the beach, there was always the pool right there to entertain the kids.

Perfect location both within the complex and within Tamarindo. Close to restaurants and shops and the beach. Loved being on the bottom floor close to the pool. The condo could use better cleaning where the walls meet the floor but everything else felt clean.

I really can't say anything negative about our stay. The condo was perfect, just as described. You can literally walk out the patio door and jump right in the pool. It was clean and spacious and had everything we needed. The location also couldn't be better. Across the street from the beach and steps from restaurants and shops. Had an amazing time and will be back

My family and I had a great trip with Blue Zone. The service was top notch from when just starting to look for a place all the way through our stay. Kelly and Ober were so responsive, not only with information about the booking, but also general questions about the area. Our unit was clean, well apointed and very comfortable! Five stars!!!!

Very nice stay! Awesome location that is within walking distance of the beach, restaurants, and shops. The patio opens into the beautiful community pool, which we definitely enjoyed throughout our stay. This place was comfortable for our group of six and was actually nicer than the pictures. There was a super easy check-in/check-out process, and we were so grateful for the washer and dryer. Completely recommend!

Clean, well appointed —great to have sugar and other things we would only need a small amount of. Room w twins and double had noise from people walking by but otherwise quiet. Host was quick to respond and helpful. Super comfortable and great proximity to pool.

Alejandro’s condo was absolutely perfect!!! We loved our stay, so easy to find and right in the middle of town so very convenient to get around walking to so many great restaurants and shops. The grocery store was right next door, perfect location. The condo was so clean, tidy and had everything we needed or wanted. I can’t say enough good things about it.

Loved the location, loved the layout of the condo, particularly the beautiful patio overlooking the pool. Everything was spotless when we arrived, the cleaners did a great job! My only suggestion might be a booklet with recommendations of where to go (best restaurants, grocery stores, etc) to help navigate the area for those of us who are new to the area. Even info on little things like where to take out the trash would have been helpful. Also, it would have been great to have sharp knives (seemed all the knives were pretty dull). Finally, the couch is a little soft and worn, could be updated. Otherwise, great stay, beautiful place, thank you so much!

Had a lovely stay and the condo had everything we needed. Being on the ground floor made it seem like the pool area was an extension of the patio which we loved. And this condo is literally the closest one to the central street which made it so easy to walk to everything. The only issue we had was that the internet in our building went out multiple times though other residents mentioned that it was a rare occurrence. This wasn’t a huge deal breaker for us seeing as we were okay being more unplugged for vacation and we are used to spotty internet in CR. Overall, very happy with our stay!

We loved our stay at Sunrise Condos. The condo was clean and as pictured. It has a well stocked kitchen and large dinning table that allowed us to fix/have breakfasts and lunches and even grill up some swordfish one evening. The washer and dryer was super helpful. The beds were comfortable and the couch in the front room was awesome for screencasting a movie. A/C worked great! Having beach towels and beach chairs was a huge bonus. The grounds and swimming pool were well kept and secure. Easy check-in/out process and I liked not having to carry around a door key due to the keypad lock. Super close to the beach (like a minute walk) and a small grocery store. Shops and restaurants all just a few steps away. Even though your right in the middle of all the action this was still a quiet place to stay.

We absolutely loved everything this condo had to offer. The location was everything! Right across the street from the beach and also what turned out to be our favorite restaurant- Pico! The space was amazing and the AC worked like a charm. Lastly I have to shout out how comfortable the beds were- we all commented on that over the week we were there. I would highly recommend staying at Sunrise unit #1!

This condo was perfect for our family (parents and two kids, 5&7yo). Our kids loved the pool and it was so nice to be able to just walk out to it. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed for a great stay. We really appreciated the beach towels, chairs, etc, that were provided. The location was also great, we walked everywhere and the beach was a short two minute walk across the street. Highly recommend.

This place was in a perfect location close to town and the beach. Everything was within walking distance. The pool was spectacular and it was nice having the ground floor right by the pool. It has everything you needed to cook. The only downside is it is right up front of the condo complex and you had a lot of foot traffic coming and going late into the night so it was noisy. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of hot water. They provided beach chairs but no umbrella. The couch was comfy and they had Netflix for entertainment.

We enjoyed our stay at the Sunrise condo. We were on the first floor, so the pool was right there. It is as nice as it looks in the pictures. We felt secure as there is 24-hr watch at the gate to the complex. Restaurants are all around. Beach is right across the street. The unit was well-kept and clean, with most everything you need in the kitchen, with a few minor exceptions. Bed was comfortable. AC worked well.

Awesome location, beautiful 3 bedroom apartment, perfect for a family or a group of friends. Very centrally located while being tucked away in a gated community - and it's only a 1 min walk from the famous Tamarindo beach! Super comfy bed in the master suite and the full-size kitchen was definitely a plus. Would definitely stay here again!

Estuvimos hospedados en Sunrise 1 por 3 noches, y todo estuvo muy bien! Tiene acceso directo a la piscina, está ubicado en el centro; con la playa, restaurantes, tiendas y bares a unos cuantos pasos... El apartamento está muy bien equipado, lo único que no tiene es olla arrocera! Definitivamente volvería a esta propiedad! Gracias Blue Water Properties por su amable atención, en especial a Julieth que nos ayudó con nuestra reservación! :)

Our family of 6 stayed at this condo for 12 days. We were thrilled! It was clean, comfortable and had a great location. We have told so many of our friends how nice it was and how much fun we had. We will definitely stay here again!

We stayed for 5 nights in this great condo. The unit is ground floor, so we didnt have to pack all our groceries and suitcases up 4 floors, seeing the elevator had been down for 3 weeks! This unit has its own deck, bbq and patio furniture, which not all ground floor units have. We were 5 steps into the pool! It was a busy corner, with many people walking by to leave the complex via the pool deck, but it was fun to visit with everyone as they went by. Very safe place, great location, close to grocery, restaurants, and the beach access.
The property managers were quick to respond to a few maintainence issues.
