With 3 comfortable bedrooms, this vacation rental is perfect for families or groups of friends. Each bedroom is designed with your comfort in mind. The main bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and queen bed, featuring top-of-the-line mattresses and bedding as well as ample storage space.
The other 2 bedrooms are sleek and modern, offering tranquil atmosphere for a relaxing experience with their clean lines, beautiful color and luxurious amenities. One of them has a bunk bed with a queen at the bottom and an individual at the top, under the bunkbed there is a Toddler Bed. The third bedroom has a queen bed and TV, they both share a bathroom.
In order to maintain the security that everyone deserves, it is necessary to present the identification of the person who made the reservation at the time of check-in. We greatly appreciate your support.
About the Area
Las Catalinas is located on a majestic 1,100-acre property, an architecturally unique Mediterranean Style Beach Town that is totally walkable and offers many on-site amenities such as an ocean view beach club, several restaurants, grocery store Copper & Stone, spa, gym, hotel, cafe, outdoor outfitter Pura Vida Ride, hiking and biking trails, and more! The beach is only a 1-minute walk from the property and is perfect for swimming, kayaking, and stand-up paddleboarding.
The town is vehicle-free and makes a great place to relax, meet great people, and have the best vacation possible!
The parking lot for two cars is for free. Now parking at our property is autonomously and more environmentally friendly with a reusable card that you’ll receive upon arrival. If the card is not returned or missing, there will be a $50 USD replacement fee. - Beach Club Adult Pass: At $30 USD + 13% VAT, with $15 redeemable in consumables. Reservations required.

- Swim & Gym Pass: $20 USD + 13% VAT for access between 7 am and 10 am only. Perfect for early birds! Hours may vary, and access is limited.

- The OFFICIAL ROAD to this property is ROAD #21 BELEN then ROAD #155 to HUACAS and finally ROAD #911 to Playa Potrero and Las Catalinas. NO other ROADS are accessible.
- A security deposit/authorization of $ 750Â is due at CHECK-IN and can only be secured via CREDIT CARD (note that security deposits are refunded 7 business days after check out unless there are missing or damaged items).
- Enjoy your vacations even more with our maid service, available upon request for an additional fee of $55 taxes included.
- DRONES PROHIBITED: Please note that the use of drones is completely prohibited due to the regulations of this complex; it is considered a privacy violation

Construction notice
Las Catalinas is a community in a constant state of growth, and because of this, there will be construction in the area.
- 6:00 am - 7:30 am: Construction may begin with workers required to speak in low voices and no power tools are allowed
- 7:30 am - 6:00 pm: Normal construction
- 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm: Construction may continue, with workers required to speak in low voices, and no power tools are allowed.
Our guests say that despite the construction going on, it did not affect their stay in the least bit.
