Wonderful!! We stayed at 8MiraFlores for a girls trip - the home is beautiful with the perfect location. It is so well appointed and comfortable especially the beds! Highly recommend this unit for a family or group.

Miraflores was stylish, clean and very comfortable. The property management was professional and very responsive and helped with coordinating a birthday cake, which was super convenient. We’d definitely stay again.

The house in Las Catalinas was immaculate and very much matched the pictures. The location and setting is wonderful. While there may not be immaculate views, the house is perfect for a large group to lounge together, and the surroundings draw you outside to enjoy all that Las Catalinas has to offer. The host was extremely responsive and helpful with recommendations and reservations. We would absolutely come back.

Las Catalinas is a special place. Really like none other. It's very exclusive, the surroundings are breathtaking, the staff is exceptional. Worth noting ... it is expensive. The service, the atmosphere comes with a price. Miraflores 8 is exactly as described and pictured if not better. we are at Celeste, the brewery, sushi, tapas and Pots and Bowls. They were all delicious. We spent a good amount of time at the adult pool and the cocktails were very yummy. Try the fruit smoothies they are great.
If you are going in the near future call Las Catalinas directly and inquire about the pools, gym, beach club. The infinity pool, gym and beach club restaurant are closed and while not a huge inconvenience we were hoping to use the gym. Instead we hiked and loved every second!
We visited Flamingo, Tamarindo and did a Catamaran cruise with Pacific Soul Sailing.
We did not do Sentido Norte this trip but would recommend.

We had a wonderful time in Costa Rica. The home we stayed in was beautiful. The unit was spotless , well maintained, stocked with everything you could possibly need including a washer and dryer, and the beds were all extremely comfortable. It was in a great location and walking distance to the beach, great hiking trails, the beach club, wonderful restaurants and the local grocery market. The accommodations far exceeded our expectations. We will definitely be returning to Costa Rica and plan to stay once again at Paseo Miraflores.

Nos lo pasamos genial en esta preciosa casa. La ubicación era perfecta: a solo unos pasos de 3 fantásticos restaurantes, una microcervecería y la playa. La casa estaba bellamente amueblada con todas las habitaciones con baño...perfecta para varias parejas/familias. ¡Una de nuestras mejores vacaciones!

Alejandro’s place in Las Catalinas was absolutely gorgeous! Highly recommend staying here for an unforgettable vacation!

The house was very clean and homey! Bedrooms are extremely quiet - perfect for a group of couples / adults with each bedroom having it's own private bathroom. There was a bit of construction noise, but other than that, our stay was just lovely!

We've stayed at a couple of places in Las Catalinas and this place was by far the nicest one. The house was well stocked with kitchen utensils, cutlery, etc. The beds were all comfortable and the house was beautifully decorated! The location is very near the Plaza Mercado which has several restaurants, but is set back enough that it is quiet at night. Of course, being in Beach Town meant that it's only a few minutes walk to the beach. Even when we felt like the not going to the beach, the plunge pool was a perfect way to cool off for the day.

Right now (Feb 2023), there is some construction going on behind the house, but they're pretty far along and they're making good progress (based on what we saw during a one week stay). There is construction noise during the day, but that didn't bother us.

Diego, our contact with Blue Zone, was very responsive and was super nice when we met him in person.

Overall, this was an excellent stay and I highly recommend!

The home was beautiful and clean, the location and the town of Las Catalinas was picturesque with lots of restaurants and several gift stores. The host that met us was very nice and helpful, he met us at the valet point and our bags were taken to the house. Though at check-out he said that was not included and subject to availability from the valet people, we didn't bother with asking and just carried our own. The construction starting at 7am, six days week was not fun. We could not enjoy the patio/small soaking pool due to the noise factor. The host communicated well with me and if you don't mind the early wake-up hammering you will love this place.

Muy linda la casa, todo muy ordenado y limpio, tal y como se ve en las fotografías. La casa está en una excelente ubicación, el acceso a la playa está bastante cerca. La cocina está muy bien equipada para preparar alimentos con toda la comodidad. Me volvería a hospedar, nos encantó!!

We couldn’t possibly praise the home - and the responsiveness of Alejandro and team (went above and beyond to accommodate our checkin and checkouts, and quickly address any questions) — more. We had a group of 4 couples (from Houston, Miami, Denver and New Jersey) and all found the condition (like new!), location and amenities of the home to be impeccable. Every couple had space and privacy, and at the same time the common areas (indoor and out) were perfect. The home is literally steps away from the ocean, trails and multiple tasty food options, and it’s outdoor plunge pool, grill and dining space saw lots of action at the end of each day. All of us hope to come back soon to Las Catalinas, and Paseo Miraflores 8.

We were in Las Catalinas for a girls trip. The villa was absolutely perfect for our stay. It was like new; very nicely appointed, very clean and comfortable with a luxurious feel. It had everything we needed. Perfectly located within the community and we felt very safe. Kelly and Olber helped us to arrange a private chef one evening, an excursion to a volcano and airport transports - even at the last minute. Kelly was always courteous and responsive and caring. The villa together with the helpful services of Kelly and Olber made for a truly memorable stay in Las Catalinas.

Las habitaciones amplias y muy cómodas. Cada una con su baño privado.
Las sábanas y toallas de muy buena calidad.
La cocina muy bien equipada y todo muy limpio.
