ABOUT THE VILLA
This townhome has beachfront views of the Pacific Ocean and is less than fifty steps to an amazing white sand beach. The property features a spacious living area, dining and kitchen area with full bathroom on the first level. The second level features two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The master bedroom has an incredible ocean views, king bed, en-suite master bathroom and oversized covered balcony. The spacious guest bedroom features two full size beds with a private en-suite bathroom. There is a washer/dryer as well as Wi-Fi, Cable, A/C throughout. As a guest of this property, we also include a complimentary welcome basket. The townhome is stocked with other items for your personal use such as beach towels, hair dryer, iron and more!
The Palms has 24-hour security, gated privacy, a large BBQ area, a gym and two pools. 24-hour staff within the complex allows visitors English speaking contacts no matter the hour or day. Palms also offers the free use of sea kayaks, boogie boards, surfboards, and snorkeling gear to our guests.
In order to maintain the security that everyone deserves, it is necessary to present the identification of the person who made the reservation at the time of check-in. We greatly appreciate your support.

Cancellation Policy
Down payment and processing fee are non-refundable. If you cancel more than 30 days before your arrival date and we are able to re-rent the property for your dates at the same rate to another group, we will be happy to refund you 100% minus a 5% cancellation fee. There are NO refunds for holiday weeks and early departures, date changes, late arrivals or no-shows. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival are completely non-refundable.
Deposit Policy
50% down to reserve with balance due 30 days before arrival. We require a credit card authorization on the day of check in for Security Deposit. This authorization drops off within 72 hours after check out if everything is in satisfactory condition.

"The Palms overdelivered"
This property was more beautiful than pictured. Me and my family of 4 had an amazing stay at the Palms. The swing chair is perfectly placed to watch the sunset each night. The 2 bedrooms are great size with plenty of closet space, the 3 bathrooms are awesome and the kitchen has everything. The concierge team was AMAZING! They helped us stock our fridge, transportation to and from the airport! picked up and dropped off clean pool towels everyday! There is a massage therapist on-site. We did not rent a car and called wonderful Dayna at the office if we needed a ride. We did rent a golf cart which was fun to get to nearby restaurants in Mar Vista and Protereo. Oh and Coco loco which I miss already is right next door and they deliver! Book this property if you like living like a local on your own private beach
"The perfect location to stay for our family!"
We absolutely loved our stay at The Palms! It was steps to the beach and pool and very quiet and not many people. No fighting for chairs like at big resorts. The unit was clean and it was so nice they were able to shop and have groceries delivered upon our arrival. The concierge was so helpful organizing anything we needed, driver to dinner, covid tests or chef to come cook for us. A vacation to remember and I hope we can come back one day!
"A Relaxing Tropical Getaway"
Amazing location. Very short walk from your patio to the beach and pool. The complex has water sports equipment to use like a kayaks, stand up paddle boards and boogie boards. The beach is very clean and the sand in fine so it feel great to walk on. The in unit kitchen has a full size stove /oven, fridge and a microwave. You also have access to 2 large brand new grills that can handle a large amount of food. Very short walk to Coco Loco for dinner with a sunset view or just relax on the many lounge chairs they have facing the beach. The staff are all very friendly and glad to help. The whole complex feels safe and has a laid back relaxed feel to you. Great place to come and unwind. Will definitely be coming back here in the future.

"Beautiful Property"
I recently stayed at The Palms #26. The condo is very comfortable, spacious, and well equipped. You will find absolutely everything you need to get a comfortable vacation. The kitchen is huge and you'll be tempted to stay home cooking, but if you prefer you also have some restaurants within walking distance. Right outside your front door, you have a swimming pool and the beautiful Flamingo beach. There's nothing else you could need, it has it all. I definitely recommend this place for your perfect vacation.

I have stayed at The Palms #26 on different occasions. The condo is very comfortable, the amenities of the property are in excellent condition (pools, gardens...), and the beach is a few steps away. The kitchen is well equipped and you have everything you need to cook your meals. There are also a few restaurants within walking distance. The place is great even if it is for a short vacation of 2 or 3 nights. Oh and you can also get a massage right there in the garden with the sound of the ocean! Will definitely come back.
