We had a great stay! The Diria is the best. It was so nice having access to the entire resort and resort restaurants within a two minute walk. The pool rocked. The place was nice and clean. We had an issue with none of the key cards working, and the shower heads need replaced but besides that it was great. Loved the resort setting.

Condo is perfectly accessible to all of downtown Tamarindo - with beach, shopping, restaurants, and activities very close by. The condo pool was well loved by the family. The condo itself was very well equipped with everything you could need for a pleasant stay - from cooking utensils (including a grill) to beach chairs. We appreciated the coffee, rice, spice, and other pantry items. The best part of the condo is the view from the deck and the master bedroom.

We absolutely loved this condo. I truly feel that the listing didn’t do the condo justice. The space was the perfect layout for our family of 4 and the view exceeded our expectations. The only item that would have been really nice was a little info booklet on the hotel restaurants, pools, amenities. It may have been there and we just missed it. Thank you for sharing your space with us, we can’t wait to return.

We had a wonderful stay. The condo is immaculate and the hosts were responsive. We loved the pool and proximity to restaurants.

I can't describe how perfect this place was for our family. the condo was SO comfortable, SO clean and homey, and such a great location. My mom was comfortable, my kid could swim in the amazing pool whenever, and we could get anywhere in minutes. If we had questions before or during the trip they were answered immediately. We would love to come back to Tamarindo and I would 100% stay here again.

A BEAUTIFUL place with an even more beautiful view and the amenities were amazing. Everything in this place was so well thought out, it says you’ll have to purchase things but we had everything we needed and more! Cannot wait to come back. Blue Zone Concierge was AMAZING, I cannot thank them enough for everything they did for me and my family!

This location blew us away when we walked in and saw the beautiful finishes and the outstanding view of the pool below and the ocean. Blue zone addressed all of our needs and in a timely fashion! Be careful…you might not want to leave!!!

This place was amazing. We enjoyed our stay at the Diria resort condo. The condo was a short walk to all the shops, restaurants, and the beach. The people in tamarindo were very polite and welcoming. We have nothing, but good things to say about this place.

Condo was huge and in perfect location! The condo has everything you need and the pictures don’t do it justice. It is very nice and amazing views from the balcony.

Great place to stay in Costa Rica. I was very impressed. Probably one of the best airbnbs ive stayed at. I highly recommend this place. The pool is really nice and its quiet at night so you can sleep great. I will be a returning customer.

This place is beyond words. The condo is in the heart of Tamarindo with an exceptional view of the pool, beaches and incredible sunsets. The condo came with beach chairs, towels, laundry detergent, salt, pepper, other cooking items, comfortable beds and lots more. You will certainly not be disappointed with this place. Exactly how it was described.

Overall terrific experience. Beautiful views and great location. Easy access to beach, the pool, dining, and bars.

Had all the amenities we needed for a week and easy access to a close store to food/drinks.

Appreciated that it was managed by a company that was able to arrange transport to and from airport as well as help us book excursions.

Condo was exactly as described and had all the 'extras' including sand toys. Blue Water Property Management was amazing. They were able to setup all of our tours, provided detailed information on every question and responded within 20 minutes to every inquiry. As one other review mentioned, the condo is hard to find the first time as there are no signs. If you feel like you are driving to the back entrance of a hotel, you are in the right spot. It caused a 3 minute delay (no big deal) and Blue Water was able to tell our taxi exactly where to drop us off at. We had a ton of space, felt very safe and were a 5 minute walk to everything. I don't think there is a better location in Tamarindo. This rental is ideal.

"Don’t look anywhere else"

We have been to Costa Rica multiple times now and absolutely love everything about the Tamarindo area. The beautiful beach, fun gift shops, and outstanding food is something that we keep coming back to. Staying at Matapalo 605 in the Diria condominiums is unbeatable. You are walking distance to everything you could possibly need including restaurants, grocery stores, and even a gym. You have access to multiple pools, a beach side area with chairs, and an entrance to the beach. There is no need to rent a car when you are so close to everything. Blue Waters picked us up at the airport and safely got us to our condo. The drivers are very friendly and responsible.

Matapalo 605 is equipped with everything you need for your vacation. Beach towels, beach lounge chairs, a cooler, pots and pans, dinnerware, bakeware, a toaster oven, a blender for your afternoon drinks and smoothies, a beautiful outdoor balcony with a grill, and a view to the amazing Costa Rica sunsets. We enjoyed a very care-free, relaxing vacation in a beautiful country at a beautiful condo. You really can’t ask for anything more than what Matapalo 605 and Blue Waters provides.

"We will be back"

The condo was very well appointed and included everything we needed. It is very spacious and was great for a family of four. It is just a few minutes to the pool and a five minute walk to the beach. The view is amazing and the location was nice and quiet. We were able to grill or make dinner several nights, which was great. There are also great restaurants in walking distance of the condo and a place for gelato very close by too! There were beach chairs that we were able to take to the beach, as well as a beach umbrella which we did not use. The Blue Water team also helped us arrange several tours, including a driver and a guide, which were awesome. This was our first trip to Costa Rica and we hope we can go back someday!

This is a fantastic condo! We have stayed her a few times now. Very clean, beautifully decorated, great view, comfortable for a family. We love walking to the beach to surf. Highly recommend!
