This condo is located within the Diria Resort--the only Beachfront Resort in Tamarindo.Within the Diria Resort there are two different common areas, one for condo guests and the second one for hotel guests only. As a guest of the condo, you have access to the 10,000 square foot free-form pool right in front of the condo only, where you can enjoy access to the Tamarindo beach through the Diria Resort property, including access to Diria shops and restaurants. The breakfast buffet is not included in the rate but is available for an additional cost subject to availability.
The rest of the hotel amenities such as towels, Tropicana pool, lounge chairs and gym are only available for hotel guests. We provide pool and beach towels and foldable chairs specifically for your use within the condo area. completely free of charge, ensuring that you have everything you need right in your condo. With over 1500 SF of living area, there is plenty of room for your group to spread out and relax. Spacious living and dining areas. Plasma TV in the family room, cable TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, phone, and central A/C. Both bedrooms are very spacious and have their own private full bathroom. The Master bedroom has a king bed and a private full bathroom. The guest bedroom has two Queen beds and a full bathroom. There is an Inside utility room with a washer/dryer. The kitchen features custom wood cabinets, granite countertops, and stainless-steel appliances. The property has an in-room safe as well as 24-hour security, secure parking, and elevator access.
As a guest of this property, we also include complimentary such as salt, pepper, cooking oil, shampoo, and soap. The property is FULLY stocked with other bonus items for your personal use such as beach towels, folding beach chairs, a cooler, and more!!!

Cancellation Policy
Down payment and processing fee are non-refundable. If you cancel more than 30 days before your arrival date and we are able to re-rent the property for your dates at the same rate to another group, we will be happy to refund you 100% minus a 5% cancellation fee. There are NO refunds for holiday weeks and early departures, date changes, late arrivals or no-shows. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival are completely non-refundable.
Deposit Policy
50% down to reserve with balance due 30 days before arrival. We require a credit card authorization on the day of check in for Security Deposit. This authorization drops off within 72 hours after check out if everything is in satisfactory condition.

The listing and the pics were pretty accurate. The condo was clean and kept up well. It was close to the pool and a short walk to the beach. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. They worked around our early arrival and somewhat late checkout. The concierge did a good job of handling our requests. If you want to visit Costa Rica, I would definitely recommend d this place for your stay.

We could not have been happier with our experience here! The condo is beautiful and so we’ll appointed. All of the little extras really made our stay so enjoyable (beach chairs! Coolers! Lovely shampoos and other toiletries!) And the location is amazing. The condo is located towards the back of the Diria property, overlooking the lagoon pool and it’s breathtaking at sunset. The ocean is a two minute walk through the open air hotel lobby and everything you could need in town is within five minutes. The property owners are kind and attentive. We cannot wait to come back!
We had a wonderful time at this spacious and luxurious condo that was part of the Tamarindo Doris resort. The home had everything we could have needed during our stay, and was very centrally located. Our children loved the resort pool downstairs. Thank you for a great stay!
This is probably my most favorite place that we've stayed as frequent patrons of airbnb. The pool was amazing, the beds were extremely comfortable and there was tons of space for my family of 4 to enjoy. This is the only place we will stay when we visit Tamarindo again!

Excelent apartment, incredible common areas and the location facilitate to walk around the city since is near the main restaurants/Night life as well as the Tamarindo beach.
