This condo is located within the Diria Resort--the only Beachfront Resort in Tamarindo. Within the Diria Resort there are two different common areas, one for condo guests and the second one for hotel guests only. As a guest of the condo, you have access to the 10,000 square foot free-form pool right in front of the condo only, where you can enjoy access to the Tamarindo beach through the Diria Resort property, including access to Diria shops and restaurants. The breakfast buffet is not included in the rate but is available for an additional cost subject to availability.
The rest of the hotel amenities such as towels, Tropicana pool, lounge chairs and gym are only available for hotel guests. We provide pool and beach towels and foldable chairs specifically for your use within the condo area. completely free of charge, ensuring that you have everything you need right in your condo. With over 1500 SF of living area, there is plenty of room for your group to spread out and relax. The Master bedroom has a King bed and private bath. The guest bedroom has 2 Double beds. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living room. Spacious living and dining areas. Plasma TV in the family room, cable TV, high-speed WiFi, phone, and central A/C. Inside utility room. The kitchen features custom wood cabinets, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. The property has an in-room safe as well as 24-hour security, secure parking, and elevator access.
As a guest of this property, we also include complimentary such as salt, pepper, cooking oil, shampoo, and soap. The property is FULLY stocked with other bonus items for your personal use such as beach towels, folding beach chairs, a cooler, and more!!!

- A security deposit/authorization of $750 is due at CHECK-IN and it can only be secured via CREDIT CARD (note that security deposits are refunded 3 business days after check out unless there are missing or damaged items).

Policies
Cancellation Policy
Down payment and processing fee are non-refundable. If you cancel more than 30 days before your arrival date and we are able to re-rent the property for your dates at the same rate to another group, we will be happy to refund you 100% minus a 5% cancellation fee. There are NO refunds for holiday weeks and early departures, date changes, late arrivals or no-shows. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival are completely non-refundable.
Deposit Policy
50% down to reserve with balance due 30 days before arrival. We require a credit card authorization on the day of check in for Security Deposit. This authorization drops off within 72 hours after check out if everything is in satisfactory condition.

Alejandro’s condo is amazing. Visited Tamarindo for the first time and so happy we got to stay at his place. Everything about the condo was spotless, a 2 minute walk to the beach, endless things to do in the area, and the pool after a long day at the beach was great. He also provided a great list of restaurants, bars, activities, and more. Definitely will be back and will for sure be staying at this condo again. 10/10 recommend

3rd time staying here, the best location and the best pool! One note, the primary bedroom no longer has a bath tub, now it’s a very nice walk in shower (photos need updating). Highly recommended!

When booking our first trip ever to Costa Rica, we had mostly done all inclusive trips. I spent a lot of time reading reviews and looking at different options for our 11 day stay in Tamarindo. Being at Diria resort when here is AMAZING for kids. We have a 7 and 5 year old who couldn’t get enough of the pool. The walk in entry is also great for younger infant/ toddlers. Our friends have a nearly 2 year old who was able to also enjoy the pool at walk in entry. Atmosphere is very safe, staff and security are so friendly and always have a smile on their faces. Walking distance to the beach and all the amenities and activities Tamarindo has to offer. This particular unit is quite private with the foliage/ treed private yard. I worked out on the patio a few mornings so it was nice to not feel seen. You cannot walk out from the unit though - which was something I wasn’t super clear on from the photos. Condo was equipped with towels - very generous/ thick towels so great for the beach and pool. Condo had all the kitchen items you would need to make any meal. It already had cooking spray, sugar, salt etc - there was also 2 different coolers/ totes in the laundry room. The beds were surprisingly comfortable and the pillows also. We slept very well. Overall amazing experience with this company at this condo.

Diria #205 was a wonderful place! The condo itself was very clean, tastefully decorated, and had high end upgrades (granite, flat screens in ever room, walk in showers). Even small details like a large supply of beach towels for guests were thought of. The grounds were very well kept, and the staff was extremely friendly. The pool at the condo's was great for our children.
Diria is located in the middle of the great town of Tamarindo. It was our first time traveling to Costa Rica and it won't be our last. We would recommend this condo to family and friends.

This upscale and updated condo meets all your needs. The 2 bedrooms are spacious, the beds are very comfortable and the kitchen has all the conveniences of home. With 3 bathrooms there was plenty of room for all of us to get ready. The condo is one of the few on the property with a small yard which allowed us evenings on the patio with plenty of room. A much better option than a small balcony. The condo offers a pool with a swim up bar where we enjoyed ordering drinks and lunch. The jacuzzi was also available for night time relaxation. We even a secluded massage on the beach. The outdoor restaurant on site was delicious and the staff was very friendly. This condo is located in the heart of the town where all the restaurants, shops and bars are within walking distance. When bad weather delayed our flights and our new dates conflicted with our original stay, the property management company-Bluewater found us another place to transfer to for the remainder of our stay. They were amazing to work with!
