This second-level condo features a spacious balcony, with plenty of outdoor seating. Professionally decorated with all high-end furnishings. This condo is located within the Diria Resort--the only Beachfront Resort in Tamarindo. Within the Diria Resort there are two different common areas, one for condo guests and the second one for hotel guests only. As a guest of the condo, you have access to the 10,000 square foot free-form pool right in front of the condo only, where you can enjoy access to the Tamarindo beach through the Diria Resort property, including access to Diria shops and restaurants. The breakfast buffet is not included in the rate but is available for an additional cost subject to availability.
The rest of the hotel amenities such as towels, Tropicana pool, lounge chairs and gym are only available for hotel guests. We provide pool and beach towels and foldable chairs specifically for your use within the condo area. completely free of charge, ensuring that you have everything you need right in your condo. With over 1500 SF of living area, there is plenty of room for your group to spread out and relax. Spacious living and dining areas. Flat-screen TV in the family room, cable TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, phone, and central A/C. Both bedrooms are very spacious and have their own private full bathroom. The Master bedroom has a king bed and a private full bathroom. The guest bedroom has two Queen beds and a full private bathroom. There is an Inside utility room with a washer and dryer. The kitchen features custom wood cabinets, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. The property has an in-room safe as well as 24-hour security, secure parking, and elevator access. There is also a convenient third bathroom by the main entrance.
As a guest of this property, we also include complimentary amenities such as salt, pepper, cooking oil, shampoo, and soap. The condo is FULLY stocked with other bonus items for your personal use such as beach towels, folding beach chairs, a cooler, and more!!!
In order to maintain the security that everyone deserves, it is necessary to present the identification of the person who made the reservation at the time of check-in. We greatly appreciate your support.

We are happy to provide free, competitive quotes for private rental cars or transport to/from Liberia or San Jose International. Cancellation Policy
Down payment and processing fee are non-refundable. If you cancel more than 30 days before your arrival date and we are able to re-rent the property for your dates at the same rate to another group, we will be happy to refund you 100% minus a 5% cancellation fee. There are NO refunds for holiday weeks and early departures, date changes, late arrivals or no-shows. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival are completely non-refundable.
Deposit Policy
50% down to reserve with balance due 30 days before arrival. We require a credit card authorization on the day of check in for Security Deposit. This authorization drops off within 72 hours after check out if everything is in satisfactory condition.

Un lugar acogedor!
This is a beautiful modern condo in a little oasis in the center of Tamarindo. Ideal location - not loud, view of beautiful pool and grounds, with bustling town outside the gates. Best of both worlds.
The condo was perfect for our stay. Highly recommend. We will be back again and again.

The apartment is in an excellent location, very close to the beach, and Tamarindo's best restaurants. Pool was very nice. Property was clean.
The apartment is managed by a property management company - they were very responsive before check-in, but once we checked in they were slower to respond. We requested more toilet paper for example and didn't receive a response to that message. More check-in instructions are needed - upon arriving from the airport it was difficult to find the correct entrance and elevator to the apartment.
The management company also recommended a taxi driver to us who was completely unprofessional (name was Kenneth). We had a terrible experience with this driver - he yelled at us and drank an alcoholic beverage before one of our pre-arranged rides. I hope the property management company does not recommend this driver in the future.

These condos are great! The location is next to everything in Tamarindo. Communication is great — all of my questions were answered almost immediately via the air B and B app or WhatsApp. Additionally, the entrance guarded 24 hrs a day. The pool is amazing! There’s even a bar to get food and drinks from!

EXCEPTIONAL!
I own a vacation rental property and tend to expect a lot of the places I stay. This property is absolutely exceptional; the pictures do not do it justice. It would be considered a high end condo in the USA and was in the premier building in the Tamarindo. The condo has travertine floors, granite counters, valuated ceilings, nice furnishings, ceiling fans; large balcony with seating etc. All the little things were done right, a complete book about the condo and the town, very nice towels and linens, a well-appointed kitchen and the location is ideal. You get to use the hotel facility which is the only nice hotel on the beach in the entire town. There is also an incredible pool for the condos only which features a swim up bar etc. You can walk to everything you need; there is no need for a car. Do not even think of staying in another building.
Recommended for: Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Romantic Getaway
We had stayed in the Diria hotel before we discovered the condos. My only regret was not finding them earlier! A great value, a beautiful, well appointed property and the staff at Blue Water Properties were top notch. We will be back sooner rather than later! Thanks again for a great vacation we will not forget!
I stayed in this condo with my family the last week of January (parents and sister). The condo was beautiful and looked just like the pictures and included everything that we needed. Everything was new and very tidy. The staff at the Diria was friendly and kind and the guards were always polite. Tony and Rebecca were very helpful and added to the fun of our trip by their great recommendations and helping us to plan day trips. I would recommend Zip lining, ATV tour, and horseback riding. I still can't get over how fun and friendly the guides were! So much fun! Tamarindo has some great restaurants, if you know where to find them. We also had some very nice more pricey dinners at El Coconut, El Cocodrilo, and Seasons by Shlomy. Shlomy's was off a dark dirt road path, but beautiful once you walk around the building. The BBQ place with the flat screen tvs off the main road was also a lot of fun - the owner is from the US and she can give you some cool tips. All in all, great trip, great condo, and great location. Wonderful to have resort amentities but with more space. My sister and I are in our early 20's traveling with our parents - this condo gave us enough space so that we were able to get along all week!

Just got back - LOVED it - was concerned that it was not going to be anything like what is posted and was happy to find out it was exactly how it looks in the picture. Security was fantastic - the condo is unbelievable. Walked to the beach everyday (about 2 min walk). Grounds were very well maintained. Could not believe how clean the beach in Tamarindo is. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Can't wait to return with family and friends! We went with our 2 kids (in their 20's) and they really enloyed it also. The nearby beach is great for surfers and those who want to learn to surf. If you are going on excursions the drives are a little longer than if you stay in Liberia however it is well worth the drive. My kids thought the beds were a little hard but my husband loved them.
